I just so happened to find this book at the same time that I was looking to make changes in my life. I realized that I had a bad attitude, and needed to up my gratefulness. I found this book, and I fully believe that its philosophy will help me to change my life for the better.
The Fearless Path is a very accessible self-help book, as it follows the author's trek on a mountain (whether real or fictional). It's digestable, and not too dense. I also think that it explains the concepts well, and in a way that makes sense to someone who doesn't have much spiritual grounding. I followed the author's advice and read one chapter of the book a day. I think that this is a great way to consume the book, and to make sure that you really absorb everything that it has to offer.
Reading The Fearless Path has helped me make the decision to meditate every day. This is the first step I'm making from the ones the author outlines in this book. After I establish this habit, I plan to work to implement all of this advice. The book is very inspiring, and one that I plan to revisit.

The Fearless Path by Curtis Rivers is a wonderful book that will guide you to live your best life. This book shows us through the author's own quest as well as exercises for us to implement how to create a the life we want and how to create a life of joy. We are given seven chapters to read, one per day. Each chapter comes with an exercise for us to do from defining what we truly want, to meditation, and being charitable to others. We are also shown the impact living with gratitude has on our lives as well. This is a wonderful book for anyone wanting to realize how our thoughts create our reality and wanting a new way to see the world.
