About the author

As a civil lawyer, I spent many, many years writing complex legal briefs for unappreciative bosses. To keep from stabbing myself (or them) in the eye with a fork during all of that, I also started writing down the stories in my head. All on my own time, of course ;) Turns out, I'm a sucker for hot, alpha male shifters and kickass heroines.

Gunnar is really strong, holding it out in prisons so long and being tortured.
Jett has escaped from the terror of the college town, before Gunnar and his friends rescues most of the girls now.
Together with 3 others so is still on the run and surviving. Jett is a strong woman and taking real good care for her friends.

But when she locks eyes with Gunnar something changes. She is being connected to him and he to her.
He only wants to die when he hears the alpha is going to come the next day, but Jett helps him out.
Now they are on the run together with her friends who don’t trust him.

He story about faith and trust and true friendship.
But also a story about true mates and how hot their connection is, but Gunnar gives her space first. Taking a step back and not pushing her into a relationship.

Will they make it out okay in the end? Will they get out from under the alpha? Will they reach his friends the other alpha’s?
For that you have to read the book, you won’t regret it when you are into a werewolf story with action, evil guys and strong women.

It is a part of a series, but you can read it as a standalone. But why would you? The other books in this series are great to read too!

Gunnar Cole has been a prisoner since The Birch Haven rescue. He's been holding out on the information the Alpha wants desperately. Gunnar along with his fellow prisoners try to keep each other's spirits in Camp Hell. Jett Magrum is apart of a group that used to number twelve. She's been scouting out Camp Hell for a while now but didn't have reason to step further into camp. Until she meets Gunnar's eyes. Jett can't seem to stay away from Camp Hell wanting to know more about this stranger. Jett's been out of the Pack's sight for three years and plans on keeping it that way. Can Jett make the other's understand her to need to be at Camp Hell? Can Gunnar keep The Alpha out of his head? Why is Jett drawn to Gunnar? Your answers await you in Gunnar.

I'm really loving this series! I want to see The Alpha being taken down for good soon. The story and characters are complicated, flawed, rich, bold, complex, honest, passionate, raw, and mysterious. I can't wait for my next adventure in this series.

Damn these shifters really are strong! Almost six months of constant torture, not allowed to shift and one crazy tyrannical alpha intent on taking over your mind! Gunnar showed what its like to be a true alpha! Survival of the fittest and its blatantly obvious Able Valent is no longer the fittest nor the strongest, at least with these alphas gunning for him. They have him shook, which is why their situation gets more and more dangerous as time passes.

Jett was amazing! As with all the female leads in this series, she was no wilting flower, she was tough! I liked her character immensely, part of the Original 12, mentioned in book two...as a bedtime story, she was fierce in her determination to find her lost 'sisters' from Birch Haven and eventually in rescuing Gunnar! She was a wily thing!!! Very easy to like!

Overall another nail biting read, with smoking hot sexual chemistry between the H and h...

GUNNAR

Gunnar and Jett’s story continues from book two, whilst trying to help the girls escape from Birch Haven, Gunnar is caught and tortured. Been an alpha wolf he is stronger and tougher than most but his not sure how much longer he can hold out. Hope comes in the form of a beautiful woman, but his not sure if he can trust her. And she doesn’t know if she can trust him either. Not only that but been on the run brings its own set of turns and troubles.

I loved Gunnar and Jett’s story, it was a captivating read. The storyline was exciting and intriguing, and filled with action, trust, friendship, and romance. The characters were awesome, I loved Gunnar and Jett a lot. They made a sweet couple with a instant connection and sizzling chemistry. A very enjoyable read. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Gunnar book 3 of Kimber White's Mammoth Forrest Wolves is absolutely wonderful. Every book in this series keeps getting better and better. It will have you on the edge of your seat. At times your heart will be pounding just hoping for the Alpha Valent to finally get what's coming to him. Gunnar was taken captive at the end of book 2 and we learn what had happened to him in book 3. It's both heartbreaking and powerful to read how he's been surviving. You are going to love Jett. She is strong and loyal,a true survivor. Their story is like a rollercoaster ride. Kimber has out done herself with this book. I can't wait to read Payne's book next. I'm so excited that she is bringing some of the Michigan wolves into back into the Mammoth Wolves storyline. I love the Wild Lake Wolves series. I received an ARC from the author. This is my honest voluntary review.

You’re Gunnar want to read this book, make that this series!

Wow, this book surpassed all my expectations and is by far my favourite of the series but don’t get me wrong this series is just amazing. Gunnar was taken hostage at the end of book two when they helped free the female students. Now he is being held prisoner and is interacting with Jett, whom he thinks is a figment of his imagination but she feels too real for that. Eventually she helps him escape from this prison, but the Alpha and his followers are hot on their trail! They are in danger and need to get back to the Mammoth Forest Wolves and underground!

Fantastic read and loved the chemistry of Jett and Gunnar and I’m holding on to the edge of my seat for the next instalment ❣ I received an advance copy for my honest review which is willingly given.

Gunnar, book three in the Mammoth Forest Wolves series follows Gunnar Cole, having been captured in the women’s rescue from Birch Haven in book two, has been tortured for the last few months and is beginning to wonder if he can hold out much longer, so when Gunnar begins to hear a voice from a woman named Jett Magrum, he isn’t sure if she is real or not. When the beautiful woman appears to help him, and the beginning of a mate bond begins to draw them together, Gunnar and Jett must eventually work together if he plans to escape. Can they trust each other long enough for Gunnar to escape? Will they give in to the bond that is beginning between them? Or will Gunnar be broken before they can have a chance?

Wolf shifter Gunner was in hell. A prison made by an evil alpha. He had helped a group of women escape from a place called Birch Haven. Its a school set up to trick women to come and get a free education but its a prison. Gunner had been caught.

Jet is a human who had fallen in the Birch haven trap but escaped a few years ago. Her and a handful of women were still living in hiding, in fear of the alpha and his pack when she found Gunnar.
Wow great story . it's action packed , some drama, mystery, and lots of spice. The characters are great and easy to fall for. I couldn't stop reading! Shifter fans its awesome. Don't miss it.

Gunnar is a captured alpha. Held against his will in an attempt to gain information to further the Lead Alpha’s agenda. He’s held on for this long but unsure for how much longer. Hope comes in the form of a beautiful young woman. Should he trust her? Can she trust him? Their journey takes many turns as the Mammouth Forest wolves continue. Kimber White creates such an engaging and suspenseful romance that can occur while on the run and fighting for not only their lives but the lives of their friends.

This book has my attention. Gunnar is the strong type and can take a lot of punishment but even he will have a breaking point.

This book continues the saga of the Mammoth Forest Wolves who are seeking a way a life from the oppressive Alpha ruling their area. The captured wolves are being interrogated harshly at the start of the story. The author has done a good job of building up the suspense of what is going to happen to the prisoner and you will not want to miss one second of this story.

Imprisoned for months in a place they call Camp Hell, Gunner finds himself freed at the last minute by Jett. Jett is drawn to the big wolf, desperate for news of friends left behind. This tale is a journey of fated mates, trust and survival. We get one step closer to finding out who and what the Alpha is all about, in this story Gunner confronts him. We learn what has happened to the others in the tunnels and we get a glimpse at Payne & Jagger.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves to read....Gunnar showed himself to be a very strong character. And Jett was amazing at his side. Each book shows how they are getting ready to finish him off.(don't want to spoil). And I am waiting to see how it all comes together....

This third book in a five part series was the best so far. Rip roaring intense drama carries you thru the whole book. So close in their directive towards the end of the whole series, it was mind numbing. But I knew there was two more books to come so I was not too surprised at the end. Great story line and can not wait till I get to those two others. WTG author!

I can't begin to tell you how amazing Jett and Gunner's story is. 
Captured by the pack when the wolves helped the girls escape from Birch Haven, the chance of Gunner still being alive should have been nil. He was an Alpha wolf though, and tougher than most.
Jett and 11 other girls had escaped prior to that time, and had been attempting to find the sister of one of their group, but had not been successful.
Their story is definitely action packed, but trust is hard to come by. 
This third book in the series will not disappoint you! It can be read as a standalone,  but the stories are much easier to follow if read in order...just read them!

Jett made a promise to her friend, and is determined to find out what happened at Birch Haven. Gunnar was captured by The Pack and has been held prisoner and tortured for months. Jett will be instrumental in Gunnar's escape from the prison camp, and will have to come to terms with being mate an alpha shifter. Jett and Gunnar are sizzling hot, sexy, and unique characters that are determined to fight against the alpha who has subjugated the shifters of Kentucky for far too long. Fantastic action-packed and suspenseful shifter romance, I think this is a must read.

     Ms Kimber that's quite asleep. I love it, the action, the characters, definitely a phenomenal book and a magnificent series.

      Jett Magrum is a human who ran away from Birch Haven College, in Kentucky. For a year the girls have been hiding trying to get across the border but every time they get close enough the pack patrol is there and they can't cross over. Caroline, Melanie, Vera, and Jett was all that was left of the girls that they still were living off the bare minimum in the caves underground. They had to hide Melanie because of her neck, Caroline's leg was getting worse they didn't know what to do. When Jett found a camp it seemed like she was drawn to one of the prisoners. She just couldn't stay away.
     Gunnar Cole is a Wolf Shifter who is strong and fast but apparently not fast enough. Gunnar, Liam, Mac, Jagger and Payne were all Wolf Shifters who escaped from The Pack and they are the resistance, living underground in caverns in the Mammoth Forest by Shadow Springs, Kentucky. There were three other prisoners Finn, Rackham and Jones being starved and beaten in Camp Hell as Gunnar named it. But Gunna was beaten unmercifully, he knew if he told them what they wanted he would be dead Seeing a women with a gun he begged her to kill him but instead she released him they ran.

Third book in the series

Gunnar and Jett have a connection from the very beginning. She helps him resist the Alpha, she grounds him. In turn, Gunnar draws her in, she absolutely can’t resist him. We learn several more key items in the fight of the Chief Pack vs. the Resistance. I’m on pins and needles waiting for the next book!
