It took me long to finish this book due to my personal commitments but it sure is a good read. Passion , grit , hard work ,determination - all of it counts when it comes to success. Nothing comes easy and we have to work towards it. It sure is a motivation reading a glimpse of other people lives , their struggles and how they juggles their way up inspite of all hardships. Set your mind to a goal and then it will be accomplished .

Sometimes we need motivation in any form. In our childhood, we never had depression, sadness, or whatever. We used to have fun, laugh, and do something new, of course, we cried but eventually, we came out of it. But once we enter adulthood we are constantly worried about something, we think about other's opinions, society, etc. But these things need to stop. That is not that easy thing to do all of a sudden, especially for women in this environment. And to make a change we need some advice or motivation who achieve something in their lives. This book had many women who achieved in their lives, how they did it, what they faced, how they restarted all over again, and how they managed. All this in one book. I recommend it for all particularly for working women.

A good book if only because it provided me the list of senior women professionals in the country. A lot of advice is repetitive & nothing new. Also, I would give the benefit of doubt to business heirs for their work but the advantages due to their family name cannot be discounted.

Also, the book seemed to concentrate on mothers & not enough on advice for women as they start in their careers and then gradually progress. I would also have liked some tips on how to deal with sexual harassment prevalent in the corporate world.

This book is a must read for all the women who have multiple roles to handle in life. Leader, Wife, Mother, Daughter and many other roles which a lot of women juggle together. This book gives the reader a sneak peek into the lives of highly successful women leaders when they narrate the struggles faced by them in managing various roles.

It is a compilation of real stories from real women. A different kind of read I was used to but after 2 chapters you get the hang of it and you get more immersed in the stories of these women taking work and life and leading a fulfilled life. Definately worth the read.
