I'm rating this book 4.25 stars. I have been waiting for Mercury's book a while now, and I'm glad i finally got to read it. One think i liked about this book was the tournament plot. I loved how Marnia had the dragons of Drakkaris as possible suitors. And i am excited for their series, i look forward to reading chromium, cobalt, and lead's books. In this book i ended up really liking Mercury's character. I also loved reading the chapters with his point of view and getting insight into his mind. I really enjoyed the new world different planet aspect. I did also like the authors creative reasoning behind why mercury was so devilish in some of the previous books. The reason this book was not 5 stars is that i need more romance and less fighting. And that Marina's character could have been more developed and interesting. Overall i really liked and enjoyed this read and i was not at all disappointed by this book.

I really like reformed villains, especially the broody kind. I’m glad Mercury (H) was finally redeemed. The story is ok, as a follower of this series, it’s quite interesting to meet other alien dragons. I’m looking forward to the next installment!

Marina the the sister of the other water dragons. She is kind, cheerful and loving. She is feeling a strange draw to Mercury and is doing her best to get him to open up to her. After he broke her restraining bracelet so she could go save her brother, she thought he wasn't as bad as everyone thought, The kiss he gave her fired up a desire for more but now he is ignoring her. One day, she is visiting him in his cell when she feels something is very wrong. Angry alien dragons are there to capture Mercury and return him back to his birth planet. Marina tries to stop them but she is unsuccessful and they transport Mercury away. Marina want to go free him like her freed her so she goes to the oracle for help. The oracle arranges for Marina to be transported to the alien dragon planet.
Mercury has been filled with rage and hatred for a long time but Marina is stirring up new uncomfortable feelings. It is almost a relief when the alien dragons kidnap him so he can get away from these new feelings. On the planet it is made clear to him that he is going to be executed for for crimes he doesn't remember doing. Just before they execute him, Marina shows up and makes a bargain for his freedom. The rulers agree to free Mercury if Marina agrees to a right of union challenge. She is going to be courted by six of the dragon guard and she will have to chose one to be her mate. She agrees to save Mercury and give him his freedom back. To Mercury's surprise, he is uncomfortable with Marina's sacrifice and challenges to join the right of union. Now he is competing to win a woman he feels unworthy of.
This is a great story with new world building. I loved seeing Marina getting Mercury to open up and at the end he becomes a good guy. I also can't wait for the spin off series with the alien dragons finding mates. I voluntarily received a copy of this story and this is my honest review.

Ever since a devious, trouble making dragon first showed up I’ve been wanting to see this dragon turn away from what he is and become what he should have been all along. I wasn’t certain if Ms. Bolryder was going to give Mercury the chance to redeem himself eventually… and I’m very glad that she made the decision to explain how Mercury came to be the dragon who caused such trouble and destruction. There usually is a reason why, and I began to have hope for Mercury once Marina entered his cell the first time.

I have to be frank and say that the alien romance has never captured my attention. Yet with this romance, these dragons are so familiar to me in their honor and in some cases, dishonor, that the dragons of Drakkaris fit quite well into the established world I was comfortable with already.

I enjoyed Aquamarine very much, in some ways I think it was the best of this particular Awakened Sea Dragons series. Mercury is conflicted, and changing – and he isn’t always happy about it, but he feels it nonetheless. Marina has done everything she can to save the dragon she believes is her mate – now it’s up to him to do some saving of himself for her. Fast paced, sexy in all the right places with danger, intrigue and redemption. All combine into an exciting, enjoyable story that I’d happily recommend to any Paranormal Romance or Shifter Romance reader.

I can’t wait to get started on the next adventure with some pretty amazing sets of dragons in the Dragon Guard of Drakkaris.

I read this title through my Kindle Unlimited subscription.

Mercury and Marina

This is the best book in the three Sea Dragon books. Mercury gets taken to the planet Drakkaris by Lead and four other men on a spaceship. The planet is based on dragon honor and Mercury had lived a very dishonorable life.
Marina pleads with the oracle to help her get to Drakkaris to help Mercury. The oracle tells her she can help her get there but not back. Marina agrees.
Once she gets to the planet, dragonsNow start chasing after her with mate lust. She runs to the palace and closes the door only to see Mercury on his knees ready to be executed. She begs the king and queen to set him free. They agree as long as she agrees to a mate challenge. She says yes, then asks what a mate challenge is. Six of the noble families put forth a dragon to compete in sword fights as an exhibition for her to choose a mate from. Mercury jumps up and says he challenges. So now Marina has seven men to choose a mate from.
There is time to get to know all of the challengers and Marina likes them but her heart belongs to Mercury. He tries to push her away because he doesn't believe he is good enough.
There is fighting and betrayal, love and acceptance from many of the characters in the story. Looking forward to the next set of book with the Drakkaris guard coming to Earth to find mates.

Dragons go galactic and love bridges the gap

Terry Bolryder's wonderful dragons never fail to entertain. Aquamarine is a rare female dragon, one of Earth's sea dragons, and her power is a type of healing. Perhaps that was her initial attraction to Mercury, the unrepentant and treacherous metal dragon whose formidable powers are like no other dragon on Earth. And when Lead and a cohort of strange dragons appear and drag Mercury away to their planet Drakkonis, Marina feels compelled to appeal to the Oracle for help. The Oracle sets Marina a task - go to Drakkonis and save Mercury. The mission is a huge challenge, but the strange and honorable ways of the Drakkonis dragons, their mysterious powers, and the poisons that are killing them, all play vital roles in Marina's rescue attempt. Honor, self-respect, empathy, and the life-altering tragedy which befell the young Mercury are the recurrent themes in this novel of redemption, second chances, and the soul-healing power of love. The character-driven romance between Marina and Mercury is scorching hot, beautiful, and poignant. Bolryder's new alien metal dragons from Drakkonis promise yet more tales of dragon romance and derring-do, and I'm eager to read every one!

I love this story! Guess I'm one of those gotta-love-the-bad-boy gals. Mercury is that for sure. The author has promised she had something in store for him. Who knew. Thank you, Terry Bolryder.

Mercury is imprisoned in the basement of the mansion. Marina owes him for saving her brother, or make it so she could. During one of her visits to try to get through to him, a group of men, dragons come to take him away. She is startled but can't stop them. Where did they take him? What are they going to do? She has to save him. She promised.

She gives up her place on earth to follow him to his home planet. There are differences and similarities, but the mate situation is dire. Can she save him? What about the situation on the planet? The other dragons.

We get so many answers about Mercury and why he is the dragon he is. The feelings between Marina and Mercury are hot, unexpected, and touching. So many answers, so many new opportunities. This is one of my favorite stories from the author who is also a favorite of mine. While this is part of a series, it does stand alone as well. I recommend all to the reader, but be sure to read this one.

Marine is the aquamarine dragon, she is even more special since female dragons are rare. She is determined to fulfill the promise she made to Mercury, the bad dragon that is locked in the mansions dungeon for all his misdeeds. Mercury helped her save one of her brothers and she wants to save him in return. When she goes to the dungeon for her daily visit, strangers are there to take Mercury away to their home planet to be tried for his crimes. With help from the oracle, Marina also makes her way to the dragon planet to save Mercury. To spare Mercury’s life Marina agrees to a mate challenge, six dragons will fight for her and out of the two finalists, she will pick her mate. Mercury enters the contest but he is fighting for much more then just the right to mate Marina. He is fighting himself to become a better dragon so he could deserve someone like her and fighting for acceptance. Mercury and Marina’s story was amazing! I loved how Marina wouldn’t give up on Mercury even though he’d given up on himself long ago. I also love the fact that introducing the dragon planet will give us more dragon stories!!!!!

Marina has found Mercury intriguing for a while; visiting him in his cell and spending hours just talking to him, even when he doesn't talk back. What makes him tick? Why is he so fascinating to her? But once Mercury aides her so she can help her brother, she's determined to pay back his kindness.

Mercury has a shaded past filled with hurt and want. He's determined to treat everyone as poorly has he's been treated, and refuses to let Marina's daily visits soften him in any way. But when he's taken from his cell and transported to a distant planet, every thing begins to change. Mercury learns of his past, his family, and what it means to have someone special in his life.

I enjoyed watching Mercury grow and learn to love. He and Marina are a good balance for each other. There's a lot of world building, rituals, and history of the planet Drakkaris and its people. At times a bit distracting, but ultimately, all the dots are connected and the set up is perfect for the next set of dragons in search of their mates.

Looking forward to the next installment of Terry's dragons.

This is the third book in the Sea Dragon series. The story can be read as a stand-a-lone, but I believe it will mean more when the series is read in order. I really loved this story which contains mystery, space travel and romance.
Marina is the Aquamarine Dragon and sister to Seaton and Kai. She has been visiting the dungeon trying to get Mercury to talk to her. She does not see Mercury as the arch villain the other dragons see. Mercury helped remove he bracelet so she could save her brother.
Mercury is talking to Marina when Lead and three others blow up the cells. Mercury is kidnapped and Marina needs to help him. Why did Lead ask her to go with them to their home. Marina needs to visit the oracle. Will she help save Mercury?
Why did they take him with them? Will going there start a war? Where is Drakkaris and how to travel there? Come read the story and find out. I give it 5 stars. "I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced readers copy without pressure to do so".

Best One Yet!

I've read all of Terry Bolryder's book and freely admit that I dearly love her dragons and the world she's built. This was my favorite story so far. I love how she redeemed Mercury. I'm glad we got to see where he was coming from and finally unlocked the secret as to why he was so angry at the metal dragons. I personally can well understand how their seemingly innocuous rejection would have been so devastating given how abused and alone he was. I was also excited to see Marina in the role of knight in shining scales. Our Dragon Princess is one bad @ss! Of all the characters, Marina has the purest heart. It's no wonder that fate decreed she be the one to mate Mercury and bring the goodness back to his heart. I also loved exploring the new world of Drakkaris. I can't wait for our Space Dragons to find their mates, and I hope we get to spend more time on Drakkaris!

A Bad Boy Dragon Redeemed On An Alien Planet

This is the story of our villain Mercury and his journey into redemption with the Aquamarine Dragon Marina. They face obstacles and difficulties on the planet Drakkaris full of poisonous metal dragons. I like that this story is a little different, taking place on another planet and introducing foreign customs and new kind of dragons and their powers. I also like to get to know more about Mercury and his past and complexities and what made him so cold and full of rage. Everyone deserves a second and third chance, as Marina says.
I would have liked to see Marina's empathetic powers and visions developed in the story. And I still don't know how exactly the noble metal dragons were awakened, and how Mercury ended up put to sleep and awakened alongside with them; one only has to assume it was the oracle's doing somehow.
In the next series we get to see how the Dragon Guard of Drakkaris find their mates on Earth.

Wonderful!

I absolutely loved this last book in the sea dragon series! Marina is a kind and generous dragon with a healing heart. Mercury is not any of those things, at least not on surface. As Mercury sits in prison Marina chooses to visit him almost daily. The oracle approves as she believes Marina might could get information from him. Lead, the head of the dragon guard of planet Drakkiris, is in the cell next door. Mercury apparently is from another planet and they came for him. The dragon guard break in to free their leader and take Mercury back to face justice for all his crimes. Marina has decisions to make that will change so many things. This book was full of excitement and danger and all kinds of new adventures. Best of all, with its ending another dragon series begins. Yay!!

I had high expectations for this book - and boy ... did it meet them!! I LOVED Mercury and Marina. Mercury has been the bad apple and endangered all the dragons’ lives over the past few books , so i couldn’t wait to see him redeem himself. Marina is a sea dragon and the only one believing in Mercury’s goodness and willing to save his heart and life. That journey takes her and Mercury to his native Dragon land, where other poisonous metal dragons are slowly dying... Mercury has to compete against the best dragon warriors in order to prove he is worthy of a female dragon. In the process, he discovers more about himself, Love and acceptance...
I can’t wait to discover more about the next dragons!! Amazing read!!

Regrets, Love and Redemption

So glad that Terry decided to write Mercury's story. I love stories of redemption and "Aquamarine" is an exciting tale about love's healing power. Marina, aka Aguamarine, risks everything...her home, her family, even her life to rescue Mercury from a death sentence for past dishonorable deeds. She travels to the planet Drakkair where she discovers a population of mostly male, metal dragons who are slowly being poisoned by their own toxic metals. These gorgeous, strong and oh so sexy dragons need mates and it seems like Marina is their best chance to have one. But wait. Mercury just might have something to say about that. Let the games begin. Regrets, love and redemption. Best awakened dragons book so far! Read them all. Enjoy!

Redemption!

Mercury has been a misfit, capricious and sometimes dangerous Dragon shifter. Marina is a sea dragon shiftrr, beautiful, caring and drawn to Mercury although he sits in a jail cell for his misdeeds. The dramatic interstellar adventure they are drawn into is intriguing exciting and dangerous. Mercury is back at the home plane he doesn't remember. Marina is there to help and heal her damaged Mercury Dragon. Their challenges and escapades are all about the transition Mercury must make and the support Marina provides him, even when he's not ready. The redemption he seeks, even if he doesn't realize it, can only occur with Marina's love and loyalty. Can he find his way to a better life? Only if he can trust Marina. Redeeming story of a tortured soul.

This book was artfully crafted and uniquely designed to pull you into the pages where secrets and fairytales live and dreams come true for those who believe!

This book was enchanting, enthralling and endlessly entertaining where stubbornness and determination to rise above conflict with a core of steel and a heart of gold to get to where love and happiness lives! Mercury and Marina's story was epic!!! I absolutely fell in love with Mercury after reading about his past and I think that the metal dragons should apologize for the way they treated Mercury when they met him, because he was only trying to find others of his kind to accept him!

Marina and Mercury's story.

What's not to like? Do you love Dragons who turn into awesome handsome men? Do you love sexy love stories? Stories that are funny, informative, and full of adventure? Then you will most definitely want to read Awakened Sea Dragons , from book 1 to now, book 3. Marina, the soft hearted Aquamarine Dragon follows after Mercury, a Dragon she has vowed to help, across the galaxy to Drakkaris. The dragons home planet. Where Mercury is on trial for his misdeeds. What follows is a cleverly intricate and totally fascinating love story that is a must read for lovers of dragons and finding their mates. Don't miss any of these books.

Marina and Mercury ❤️

Im glad Mercury got his story. It open a new possibility for other dragons from another planet to come forth to earth...and find mates! Mercury is not entirely bad as we thought he was... i mean he has baggage. He has a past. Dont we all!? Marina was willing to give him a chance because he did help her get to her brother and save him so she owes him. (Book 2 awakened sea dragons) She also feels a connection to him... she sees more than just a dragon gone rouge... which is why she goes to the extreme to save him since his planet has decided to kill him for all his bad deeds . This story is book 3 from the awakened sea dragons.

Aquamarine Rules

So happy to see Mercury find his mate. For the little boy inside who never knew or felt love from anyone. Marina wasn't sure why she was drawn to Mercury but she wasn't giving up on him then if she needed the Oracles help. This book is fierce and loving at the same time. It is a quick read and you won't put it down. Terry Bolryder definitely knows how to make the bad boy worth caring about and Mercury was as bad as they come. All he needed was someone to trust and care for him and his heart opened. This HEA was worth waiting for.

Can’t stop reading this series

I love this series of books so much and Ik technically each group is separate but there all connected too. And the author connects all the books so beautifully well without it seeming like it’s over the top or just needs to end. I love the stories I love seeing past characters I can’t wait for the next collection of books about the poisonous metal dragons I’m so ready !!!! Honestly 100% recommend reading these books though I’d start from the beginning there not really stand alone start with the series of paired dragons then go from there.

it's Not Over Until The Fat Lady Sings

SORRY, Mercury and Marina's story is not finished, not by a long shot. Mercury and Marina's story is only half finished.. The author knows, whether she admits it or not, they are on a venture that will affect both worlds. Consequently, we must be very careful to adapt to every slight change. When those changes occur we must be extremely difficult in making sure we don't disturb the contentment. Be prepared to whatever we need to do in order for everything to work well. Enjoy!

Aquamarine

Terry Bolryder has done it again. A new series but still tied to the other Dragon series. Glad that the book was entirely T Bolryder's book and preview of another of hers. I'll admit that I do like the free books that are included in some of the books I buy but when the extras are a really bad choices that's another story altogether. T Bolryder is a good 1st class writer and her books prove that. Be sure to read any of her series you'll be very pleasantly surprised. This new one is great.

THE HEALING POWERS OF AQUAMARINE

Marina, the Aquamarine Dragon, has convinced the Oracle to allow her to follow the Mercury Dragon when the Dragon guards from Drakkaris kidnap Mercury. Little did she know initially that Drakkaris is a totally different planet in a different universe.
Terry Bolryder is a master of the paranormal romance genre. I totally love her fantastic dragon shifters, and they provide me with a little light escapism that I believe we all need from time to time.

Third times the charm...
Marina, the last of the sea dragon siblings, has a wild story for sure. There is plenty of danger and suspense and a bad boy's redemption to keep the pages turning. This book takes things in an unexpected and exciting direction. As a bonus, we get to discover why Mercury is the way he is. I am really looking forward to seeing more dragons in the (hopefully) new series!

Amazing

This was the last in the water Dragon series but not the last we'll see of the Dragons.
After all the trouble Mercury has caused there is still 1 person who's willing to try and help Marina. Unfortunately however Mercury is kidnapped and taken to a different planet which we find is his actual home not Earth so Marina asks for help from the Oracle.
Will Marina save Mercury or will she be too late. Find out in this amazing adventure

Even better than the first two!!!!

This is the third in the series of Awakened Sea Dragons and you should read them in order. Finally Mercury has his own story along with Marina and it is amazing. I have to say this book is by far my favorite! Mercury is taken back to his home planet and Marina follows to save him. I know Mercury is a bad guy, but I just love him in this book. He is so bada@@!!!!

There was so much hidden behind the rage

Mercury has held a special spot to me since his first appearance in the awakened dragons. I had been holding on to hope that she would give us a chance to see what made him tick and become that way as well as get his chance to be loved with a forever mate. Marina with her kind heart, sass, and strength was the perfect balance to what his heart needed to finally heal. My favorite couple yet!
