A virginal hooker, a manwhore billionaire and a fake engagement. This is basically paint by numbers fiction. The romance novel equivalent of magnetic fridge poetry.

This is the first book I have read from Nicole Snow and it was such a great book! It was well written and flowed nicely.
Skye is working in a questionable job to support her brother, who is also sick, and to pay back her Uncle. She doesn't usually spend the night with the gentleman that frequent her place of work, but Cade makes her an offer she can't refuse! When she wakes in the morning her life is about to change forever! Can Skye's secrets stay hidden away, or will they risk breaking apart everything she has worked for?
Cade and Skye have incredible chemistry and this story is not to be missed.

This is the second book in the Only Pretend series and even though these can be read as a stand alone, I dare you to just stop after one as these books are addictive. Cade needs a bride and Skye needs to get out of debt and make a better life for her and her brother. When circumstances and feelings change this one night bride wants forever but when your soul feels as dirty as Skye’s does maybe forever is just as unobtainable as holding onto a rainbow. Your heart will break for what Skye has endured to protect her younger brother and Cade will have your soul crying out for his touch as this man realises that Skye is the light in his life that he never wants to dull. As their story wraps itself around you and you cling to every word on the page you will try to uncover the secrets that are hidden, your anxiety levels will be at an all time high but ultimately it will be the love that develops between these two from a lie to the brightest truth that will have you enraptured. One night bride by Nicole Snow a five-star read that will be with you more than one night. This is such a great story, what could have been another fake marriage romance turned into so much more. This was a story of mystery and intrigue, double crossing and singing on a piano naked. The ups and downs Skye faces and the hardships and decisions she makes are her own and she shows us how strong she really is. Cade Turnbladt goes through a metamorphosis in this story he starts as a typical playboy trying to make his family happy, and turns into a different man a man his Skittle could be proud of. This was such a compelling story, I couldn’t stop reading, I had to devour every page as they were coming. What a well written and beautiful play on words.

Nicole Snow never disappoints. I loved the characters. Cade started out as a jerk but after awhile you came to love him and even felt for what he was trying to do.
Now Skye just stole my heart. She was so strong. She was trying to take care of her little brother. Her so called uncle had her over a barrel and she needed a way out of the mess her life had became.
Can Cade and Skye make their arrangement work?? Or will the lies backfire on them. Read and find out you will not be disappointed.

This was a fantastic read! An engaging story and passion continue to keep Nicole Snow’s readers glued to the pages of this fascinating storyline. From the very first page, I was spellbound by these fantastically described characters that you will find yourself falling in love with—or not. I was enthralled with the characters of Skye Coyle and Cade Turnbladt. Cade is an alpha billionaire who is tall, handsome, and sexy as hell! Cade is very persistent, and he does not take no for an answer—whatever Cade wants, he gets. Skye is in graduate school and taking care of her younger brother, but she is working a part-time job that she hates, but is necessary in order to pay off the debt that she incurred from her parents from her ruthless uncle. When Skye meets Cade where she works, they have an instant connection. Cade makes a proposition to Skye that she accepts and this will pay off the debt she owes her uncle—so she thinks. Being with Cade is like living in a fairytale. The chemistry between Skye and Cade grows more potent the more time they spend together—the sex is off the chart hot! In this story we meet Skye and Cade. Skye is working to support her brother and help out her uncle. She works at a club and is trying to make ends meet, all while trying to keep her dignity in working a job she dislikes. Cade comes to the club and spots Skye. He has feelings he is unsure off and that are new to him; the desire to claim and keep Skye. He does not immediately stake his claim and this confuses Skye. Cade comes up with a plan to “marry” Skye. This benefits her by paying off her debt and helping her brother, and it helps Cade by meeting the requirements his mother set for him. It seems like a simple deal, until love and feelings become involved. The romance that blooms between these two characters is great. The have the same values in life: family, friends, love, and dedication.
This was a fun story to read and a great way to answer any lingering questions I had from the first story (as far as Cades romance goes). I enjoyed reading it and look forward to the next story with characters I meet in this one. This story has great writing, character development, plot and steamy scenes as always. Cade Turnbladt was this sexy billionaire who comes to the club and spots Skye. Cade finds Skye when he needs a wife in order to keep the family castle so he makes her an offer she can’t refuse— which is get engaged, get married and be his wife for a few months. After all, its pretend and she’ll get to start over debt free.
It seemed so easy for Skye and Cade but what they didn’t factor in was those fake feelings becoming real plus there is sabotage is in play when a cousin trying to steal the castle and a greedy, corrupt uncle that wants a huge piece of the “pie”- so Skye and Cade had to work together to fight off the villains and determine if this relationship was worth fighting for. This is a smoking hot story and a great plot. I enjoyed this read and I look forward to Ms. Snow’s next story eagerly.

Skye did some things she shouldn't have to take care of her brother. Cade meets Skye at party she working at and he propositions her. Cade needs a fake wife so he can try to save his inheritance. So when he offers to pay Skye to help him she agrees so she can protect her brother from their uncle and his business. Things get heated as they continue their fake relationship until Skye and Cade given in to each other and have sex. Skye's uncle refuses to leave them alone so she decides to take matters into her own hands. When Cade sees how upset her brother is he knows that he might lose Skye before he gets the chance to confess his feelings for her. Will Skye get free of her uncle's evil clutches?
This was a nice quick read. The chemistry between Cade and Skye is electric. This was a well written story with great characters. I couldn't put it down once I started. If you haven't had the chance to read any of Nicole Snow's book this would be a great start you definitely won't regret it.

Cade met Skye in a most unconventional way, and at first he only sees her as a solution to his problem. Skye is feisty but needs money to save her brother. I loved the dialogue and the flow of the story. The attraction between Cade and Skye was undeniable and so steamy hot! I loved when Cade starts thinking beyond the fake marriage! This romance was entertaining and so fun to read!

This was such a good book! If you're looking for a book that has angst,, passion, and most importantly Love with an HEA!! Then you will love this book! I was on the edge of my seat reading this. I love Skye and Cade, their passion is off the charts hot!😉 I highly recommend this book, you will not be disappointed!

Oh my gosh how I loved this book. I was just simply a lot of fun to read and I didn't put it down until I read the very last word. Nicole Snow has a way of hooking you and not letting you go till the very end. Nicole is young and doing everything she can to save her brother. She is working her butt off because he is sick and to pay her Uncle back. When Cade shows up where she works he makes her an offer she can not refuse. All they need to do is get engaged, get married and be his wife for a few months. Easy peasy you would think until things get very complicated. You have to read to find out what happens but I promise you will love every single second of this book. It is one you do not want to miss.

This is quite an indepth storyline that has a lot of twists and turns throughout, making it an intriguing and fascinating tale. Skye is in a fix and cannot see any way out of it until she meets Cade, but even then she keeps getting dragged back by her despicable Uncle Harry with threats of blackmail and the continual implication he will take Vinnie away from her. Cade is forced to look for a fake wife to protect the family castle in Iceland, his mother’s pride and joy, but while things look bleak initially, everything is not quite what it seems. I enjoyed the story immensely and would have no hesitation in recommending it.
After a year in the job, Skye remembers why she is there; she owes a debt to her Uncle Harry and what little money she has left is running out. The medication Vinnie needs is also an ongoing worry for her. Uncle Harry is a mobster and isn’t shy about being a pimp; it is just one of the many mysterious disgusting hats he wears after a long career in Seattle’s gritty underworld. Skye didn’t do the after-shows; she is not like any of the other girls who work for Adele willingly, but when she meets Cade it makes her wonder what it would be like to do the unthinkable. When Cade agrees to Skye’s three rules, she questions whether she is doing the right thing or making a big mistake. Skye expects seduction, not an interrogation, but Cade wants to know who, or what he is dealing with. Skye knows she is a mess; nevertheless, for Cade she is the one and he is offering her a job, if she will only hear him out. Because Cade’s cousin, Jonas, is married he is set to get the Turnbladt castle, his mother’s favourite place, and intends to turn it into an amusement park, but if Cade marries that will shed a whole different light on the matter. Cade hasn’t given up on convincing Skye to marry him yet and if he can fix her problems too all the better; one way or another Skye will be marrying him. Finally out from Uncle Harry’s grasp, Skye and Vinnie settle down with Cade and then the charade begins. Bless her heart......
Skittles (Skye) just whines and whines. Her negative attitude is a downer. She has a degree. She can make enough money at a real job with insurance while she goes to graduate school. People do it ALL OF THE TIME.
She turns her back on opportunities yet takes a dead end job playing the piano in a bordello. I am 18% into the book. I will try to make it to 25% .
The guy....Cade..... Needs a fake fiancee. Has billions. Yet goes to gentleman's club to look for a wife? Seriously?
Is this woman a f'ing moron? She doesn't bother to find out her balance... she relies on crooks to determine her debt? I am at 23%.
"I've already told Adele to send a million right to Harry's account, and take whatever cut she thinks I owe." Turn up the volume on your kindle. You can hear me screaming. Oh wait. The next paragraph is classic. In case you choose not to read the book here it is straight from the woman's mouth.
" My naked nights in front of the piano are through. But the extra pay he's doling out doesn't sit right with my wonky moral compass. “Go ahead and strike out the salary part. Skittles (Skye) just whines and whines. Her negative attitude is a downer. She has a degree. She can make enough money at a real job with insurance while she goes to graduate school. People do it ALL OF THE TIME.
She turns her back on opportunities yet takes a dead end job playing the piano in a bordello. I am 18% into the book. I will try to make it to 25% .
The guy....Cade..... Needs a fake fiancee. Has billions. Yet goes to gentleman's club to look for a wife? Seriously?
Is this woman a f'ing moron? She doesn't bother to find out her balance... she relies on crooks to determine her debt? I am at 23%.
"I've already told Adele to send a million right to Harry's account, and take whatever cut she thinks I owe." Turn up the volume on your kindle. You can hear me screaming. Oh wait. The next paragraph is classic. In case you choose not to read the book here it is straight from the woman's mouth.

I just love Nicole Snow’s books and one of the things I love about her her books is that from time to time you we see other characters from previous books in the story. It gives the feeling that it is a small world. I just love that.
I can not imagine what is was like for Skye. She had lost her mother and was raising her 15 year old brother Vinnie. Her mother’s death had left her with her mother’s mess and a victim to her Uncle Harry.
Skye was working for her uncle to pay of her mother’s debt. She was having to very humility by being a peep show. At least her uncle did not require her to do after hour shows.
Cade Turnbladt was this sexy billionaire. His family had family roots from Iceland and was getting ready to lose the castle that his mother loved so much. I can tell that how much Cade loved his parents. I think this spoke a lot of Cade.

This story is about two opposites that have one common thread, protecting the ones they Love! Skye has been dealt a pretty bad hand and doing what she needs to survive. Along with way she had to make a deal with the devil, her uncle Harry who is a mobster to have money for graduate school, rent, food and the medical cost for her brother, Vinnie. Cade is a very wealthy man that has a great family, friends and a family castle. Cade has one goal to do what is necessary to save his mother’s family castle. Skye does what’s needs to be done each day, even it it means working for a madam playing the piano basically nude, no other activities for her! Skye has a sharp mind and tongue on her and meets her match with Cade once she meets him on her piano bench. Some how he gets her to agree to an arrangement and goes home with him and what happens is one you’ll need to read. Skye does wake up with a ring on her finger! Cade is one determined man and ends up getting part of what he wants, a marriage with a contract to satisfy an old law to keep the family castle. At some point along the way the relationship becomes real, will they be able to move on from the fake to a real relationship? Bad events keep being thrown at Skye and it all becomes too much so she takes things into her own hands and causes those around her nothing but PAIN. Will Cade be able to figure out why Skye “Skittle” really walked away in order to get her back? The chemistry between these two is very HOT and I loved how Cade keeps chipping away Skye’s walls. Forced to buy into a heck of a fairy tale…when life was already pretty complicated!
I received an Advance Reader Copy for One Night Bride written by Nicole Snow and voluntarily reviewed this book. Cade Turnbladt was mesmerized by a topless-and-piano-playing Skye Coyle at an exclusive Seattle men’s club to chip away at paying off a staggering debt she owed to her Uncle Harry. Skye is struggling daily to put herself through grad school at twenty-one-years old and to take care of her special-needs bratty little brother. So when a rich-looking Viking comes up to her and ends up asking for her help to save a family-owned property for the sake of his mother, Skye had to consider Cade’s request carefully, because it will make her independent with means to take care of her brother as well as finally be in the free and clear with her Uncle. The only thing was, she had to pretend to be engaged and then married to Cade. And it was not just a little property, it was a fairy-tale-worthy castle in Iceland.
This book was pleasantly well multi-layered and detailed with a few more sinister themes regarding close family members of both characters, as well as themselves, all of which are sources of angst and suspense for the story. With so many challenges ahead of them, they would be better sticking together through all of it, but suddenly things take a turn for the worse and begin to look dangerous for all involved. An interesting tale with a very twisty plot.

Now that was a ~Yummy~ Thrill Ride~ Intensely Passionate ~ Maddening Romance with some well-placed humor and a whole lot of emotional turbulence that left me in a puddle of eractic feels! I could not get enough!
Skye is working off her never-ending debt when she meets the larger than life, would be fairytale-like man Cade, who does not take no for an answer. Skye knows this man is trouble, but he is offering her something she needs money, enough to pay off her debt and take care of her responsibilities.
Cade starts out knowing that she is reluctant but is in a tight spot- he has his own family responsibilities at stake, but her not wanting him makes the end game all that much sweeter. That's all this is about right? Crazy times, blackmailing, debauchery secrets and lies here they come!
Such a detailed one-way crazy train! I loved it; I disliked it- I wanted to hug some fictional characters! This sexy suspense ridden one sitting read had me wanting to throttle Skye ( I mean really, the girl needed to take some meds or something) and her goofy brother Vinnie (teenagers I swear). Cade would have to be my favorite- the strong, but sweet talking alpha male with heart- yes, please! Did you all see the cover? I mean Hello!

I loved the latest from Nicole Snow! When Cade decides he needs a wife to help save his mom's favorite place he winds up meeting the woman he thinks will be perfect in the last place he thought he would find her, at one of Adele's little get-togethers for the rich men of Seattle. One look at Skye and he knows she is different, doesn't belong in that room and wants to help her in order for her to help him. What he didn't expect was for her to be the one thing his life was missing and wanting to turn the fake into real. Skye's life has been a struggle and working for Adele is a way to pay off the debt she owes to her uncle and help take care of her little brother, yet she draws the line at actually being with the men that show up, that is until Cade. When the two decide to fake being together to save a piece of his family's history-a castle-neither expected it to become real and yet in the magic that is his family's castle that's just what happens. Yet Skye will end up pushing away the best thing to happen in her life when the toxic that is her uncle tears into the happiness. These two will go through the worst to get to the best. I loved Skye and Cade. I loved his nickname for her, Skittle because of her hair, and her little brother, even when he was being a brat. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

I have to admit, to me, Cade and Skye seem less “made for each other,” when the book begins, than most of the couples in books written with this storyline, but that quickly changes, and you see, although they both have their own reasons and secrets, for this “fake marriage,” the outcome is the kind I like to read....Nicole Snow made me feel the emotions of both Cade and Skye, unhappiness, despair, determination, hopelessness, frustration and lots of love, plus they had lots of chemistry, which means this book had some Nicole Snow heat, and I loved it....❤️🌼🔥
My only problem: Cade was supposed to have this big sun tatoo on his chest and the book cover model didn’t...Did this make the book any less? Absolutely not! I just like for my book cover model to represent the main character..just because I need that visual.....❤️🌼🔥

OMG!! Another great book from Nicole Snow. I've been a huge fan for a long time and have written many reviews over the years for her books. Each one has had characters that you can believe in. They can be alpha, over the top hot heads, but they always manage to find there mushy insides and do right by the strong women they are paired with. "One Night Bride" does the same thing with the lead characters, Cade needs a wife to make his family happy, Skye needs a miracle to help her out of a problem with a nasty family member. Cade finds her in a strip joint where she only dances part time, she's not for sale. But then again, maybe she is. They make a deal, he sort of becomes her protector but he's not sure if that's what he really wants. It's not insta love and they both have issues to deal with. So much emotion, lots of sizzle and great chemistry mixed with some intrigue, will keep you reading this book until you finish it. Read the book and enjoy the ride.

This was the first story I read by this author. This story was very well-written. Kudos to whoever edited it. I haven't read the first book in the Only Pretend story so didn't know Cal's story but it didn't take away from reading this one.
When I first started reading it, I was finding it hard to understand but then the next couple of chapters took us back in time and when I re-read the first chapter, it made sense.
The story is about Skye, but we know her as Skittle, an amazing name given to her by Cade, our hero of the story. I liked the passion they both had and it may not be right but it was sweet what they did for people they loved.
This story had twists and turns and had me continue reading it even when I found it a bit too stretched at some times. The end result made me happy. Skye and Cade had their happy ever after.
Skye's brother, Vinnie, looked like a typical selfish teen and the reason why Skye did what she did.

I recieved this book as an ARC for my honest review. Skye just needed a break, she is raising her 15 year old brother that needs medication every month, she is in debt to her uncle, who happens to be a mob boss, and she is so ashamed of the things she has done she can hardly breathe and make it though another day. In walks a cocky, arrogant, wealthy, Cade. What does he want with her, he has all the girls he needs and all the money as well. What he does not have is a wife to help pull off a scheme to keep his mother's favorite place, which happens to be a castle. A fake engagement, he just needs Skye to say yes. This book was a roller coaster of excitment, kept secrets, falling in love, and making what is suppose to be pretend, real. Cade wants Skye to be the one, he just needs her to open up before she does something to get herself killed. Great HEA, with all the answers to all the questions coming out in the end.

This is my first book by Nicole Snow. “One Night Bride” is exciting, suspenseful and romantic. Overall I really enjoyed the book. This is a story of a wealthy man trying to save his family castle in Iceland. He needs to be married in order to inherit by law. Skye is a terrific woman who is raising her younger brother while being tormented by her criminal uncle. I enjoyed Cade’s character very much. He comes across like an honestly nice guy who loves his parents and would do anything to make his mom happy. The chemistry between Skye and Cade is terrific. All of the characters in this book are very well developed with great depth to each of their characters. The book flowed so well between each scene. Overall a really great book to read. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

Cade is looking for someone to help him keep something that means more than anything to his family. Skye just wants to be free Cade just wants to know he has done the right thing. Can they both get what they want or will they both loose more than they ever planned?
This book is an amazing story about finding love and fighting for the right thing. There are many ups and downs I want to tell you all about but don't want to ruin it for anyone else. I will say you will be hooked on this book from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.
