Great

I love these little snaps. They help understand the development of the character. It answered some questions I had but also kept me looking for more.

This is another of the very short stories in the Alice series, this one taking place at first in Lainz Asylum. The place is run by really vicious people who use electric shock therapy a lot, 'mushing' the patients brains and referring to the patients as 'mushroomers.'

There's references to the 'six keys' and trying to get Patient 14 to reveal what he or she knows about them. The story basically requires a person to have read the other regular books in the series to understand what is going on.

A portrait of Wonderland sanity

Tweedledee and Tweedledum, twisted beyond recognition by their crazed mushing of the mushroomer brains.

Even in the snap format, Cameron paints the world with such vivid details all while giving clues to the next novel. Super fun!
