Can a woman actually make you feel like you’re losing your damn mind?
Yes.
If she is Corina Miller.
The only woman who has ever made me long for something more, and let me tell you, that has me all kinds of messed up. After months of ignoring my feelings, it’s clear to me I’ve fallen for those piercing blue eyes and sexy smile.
But is it too late?
Have I pushed her into the arms of someone else?
Hell no am I letting that happen.
I’m on a mission to win the heart of the only woman I’ve ever cared about—and the only thing standing in my way is one stubborn and pissed off Corina.

That said, there were a couple of places where I was more than a little irritated with Corina and the games she seemed determined to play with Mitchell. I get it. He ran and she is annoyed...BUT, and this matters to me, his emotions were genuine and hers were a "I am feeling this way, but I am not going to tell him as I want him to suffer a little" and, well, I struggled with this.
As a result, while I was able to believe in the relationship between Mitchell and Corina there were times where I really wasn't all that engaged with the heroine.
There were also times where I really enjoyed the characters and their story. I liked the connection they had, the belief that they were meant to be that Mitchell has was compelling. I loved that once he decided she was what he wanted, he was all in. This part worked and it went a long way to showing the reader (and Corina when she was willing to listen) that he was serious about their relationship.
I enjoyed the writing style of the author. I believed in the dialogue and I thought it was authentic. And, as annoyed as I was at Corina and what I saw as her intentional game=playing, I believed it. It was in character and I thought that was how she would act. So, oddly, while the personality trait did not exactly endear me to her, I did believe it. So, that is something...and I think the reason I was able to mostly ignore it.
I do recommend this title, and I did enjoy it overall.

Yet another Parker falls under the spell of love in Tempting Love by New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Kelly Elliott.
Mitchell Parker is a one-night kind of guy. Love ‘em and leave ‘em is just the way he likes it. Then he meets a woman he can’t stop thinking about. Her eyes, her smile, every single curve is etched into his mind. Corina Miller is everything he wants, but in resisting the fall he may have pushed her away for good.
I love me a sexy determined cowboy, and oh boy, that is exactly what Mitchell is. Corina is stubborn and ticked at Mitchell and it makes him work harder to win her over. The entire span of their relationship, from lovers to not, from acquaintances to friends and then finally more, is a wild and fun ride that will have you falling for yet another Parker sibling.
I want to be a part of the Parker family! Having read all three current books in the Cowboys & Angels series I have decided that I should be an honorary Parker. I’m sure Ms. Elliott would agree. Mostly though I just want more of Chloe, who once again makes her presence known.
Elliott’s impeccable and emotional writing really speaks to the heart and gives you what you are looking for, a heartfelt romance. And sexy cowboys! FIVE stars.
“He held me gently even as he kissed me urgently, like he needed my kiss to breathe”
“I’ve never met a woman I felt like sharing a bed with. Until I met you. “
“It was those moments that made me realize I was in love with her. That no matter what, I would never leave her side.”
Finally, finally we get Corina and Mitchell’s story. And let me tell you, it was so worth the wait. I had so many burning questions about what happened with these two. There were so many missed opportunities and fears clouding decisions. The tension surrounding Corina and Mitchell was delicious, intense and totally undeniable. I just couldn’t get enough of it. I was dying for them to give in to what they both wanted and needed. They kept me on pins and needles and had me waiting with baited breath. And I loved every single moment of it.
Mitchell is far from perfect. He’s made mistakes, and has lots of fears when it comes to relationships: fear of love, commitment, the impact of his job. He thought he was going the right thing staying away from Corina, but he couldn’t have been more wrong….Corina’s world off it’s axis when she spent that fateful night with Mitchell. She thought what they shared was magic, but fate had other plans. She tried to move on and deny the pull , but Mitchell is not the guy you could ever forget…
I really enjoyed watching Mitchell and Corina’s relationship grow. They were both hurt by Mitchell’s past actions. And Mitchell had to really prove himself. I appreciated that Corina made Mitchell work for her affection and didn’t instantly forgive him. I think it really added to their relationship and made them really get to know one another. And the pull between Corina and Mitchell….it was so palpable, so undeniable. And if fate was offering up a second chance, well these two best not screw it up.
Tempting Love is an enjoyable second chance romance. It’s filled with lots of love, wonderful family dynamics, and fighting for what you want. This book is the perfect example of everything I have come to know and love from this author. Kelly Elliot has once again delivered a swoon worthy romance with just the right amount of alpha and steam and a little drama thrown into the mix. I am 100% addicted to these characters and their families and can not wait to see where the Cowboys and Angels series will take us next.
*I was provided an ARC copy of this book, in exchange for an honest review*
Kelly nailed yet another fantastic read. Corina and Mitchell are probably my favorite couple of this series so far. I was hooked from the beginning and couldn't get enough. I love how Kelly takes her sexy cowboys and sassy heroines on a journey that you cant forget! Nothing is ever easy for her couples and I think that to me it makes them more real. More relatable. I get this is a romance novel but being able to connect with the characters almost makes them feel like family. Kelly does that for me with every book. This one is no different. There plenty of heat and lots of laughs as well! Definitely don't want to miss this one!
Due to work and school, this took me a little longer than usual to get through... I feel like I’ve been waiting for Mitchell’s book for...like forever! I’m obsessed with these books and Parker men!
I can’t wait for Waylynn’s story next! 😬😆💚
I do have to say that the whole Lane thing didn’t ever seem to get resolved...he just wasn’t mentioned anymore. And the house thing just kind of simmered down and was quietly resolved, I guess. It didn’t really feel like it to me though....I would’ve liked it to have played out a little differently. But overall, still a great book.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book, given by the author. https://thesecretworldofbooklovers.bl... And another one bites the dust! The Parker brothers are unbelievable, I'm never getting tired of saying that. Bad boys and still gentleman, sexy but still sweet, they are the perfect combination and we all want one for ourselves.
Now its Mitchell and Corina's time, and I have to say we saw it coming, even before the last book was over, I could see the distress these whole situation with her and his brother was causing him... he had it bad.
The moment he accepted that he had feelings for her was the changing point for everything, because if we know something about these men, is that they don't take no for an answer and once they want something there is no stopping them from getting it. Pure Alpha male fantasyland over here!
Still Corina is a strong woman, and even though she is inexperienced she is not gonna let him keep playing with her. He run away from her when she opened her heart to him once, she is not doing that again any time soon.
Mitchell has to find a way to prove to her that he is in for the long haul. He has let her down before but he has no intentions of doing that again, she is his now.
They had a crazy intensity about them, it was as if they could never hold themselves back, and that was just perfect!
He is willing to change his life for her and if he opens his heart to her, she would leave everything behind for him.
I love Steed & Wade... But now I'm so in love with Mitchell ♡
Damn woman... these men make me swoon and just go all gooey.
Mitchell ♡ God I seriously love him. He's sexy, swoony, likes to dirty talk and loves hard. They way he is with Milo hahaha he says he hates him but you know he loves him really.
Corina ♡ I loved her in the other books but her having her own book was just amazing and loved getting to know her alot more.
I laughed/snorted alot, swooned soooo much and got a little teary a few times.
I say I love Mitchell more then the others but Kelly hasnt released the rest of the books yet hahaha.
Nice read. Tempting Love is the 3rd book of Cowboys and Angels and is Mitch's story. If you read the first book in the series, you'll meet both the main characters of this story. Mitch and Corina met on the first book of the series and I want to punch Mitch when I read the first book because of what he did to Corina. Ugghh.. Anyway, as the story goes, I started to like Mitch more. Overall, this book is a good read.
Tempting Love by Kelly Elliott “Falling into temptation can be right, 5 stars”
Corina and Mitchell belong together, we all know it. Its just a matter of them getting them coming to their senses and going for it. Elliott gave us a story that at times we wanted to slap the characters upside their heads yet cheer for them all at once. Tempting Love can be read as a standalone but I recommend you read the first two books in the Cowboy’s and Angels series to really understand the family dynamic. Because one thing is for sure, family is everything in this series, which I absolutely love. Mitchell knew Corina was the type of girl you court and take home to Momma. She wasn’t one-night stand material. The most concerning thing is he wants to spend his days and nights with her, but something is holding him back. Can he get over his hang ups about them being together before it’s too late? Corina is the sweet and innocent elementary teacher, unless she’s alone with Mitchell. He makes her feel things she’s never felt before, but he keeps pushing her away. Does she needs to face the facts and accept she may never have Mitchell like she wants? Because one things for sure, Corina is playing for keeps. Take a ride with this cowboy and his teacher. You will giggle, swoon, and see the perfect set up for not one, but two books coming in the future. Also you get a extremely tight, supportive family who will do anything for one of their own. Plot-5/5 Characters-5/5 Heat-5/5 Writing style-5/5 Overall-5/5 **SBR Reviews**
Tempting Love (Cowboys & Angels #3) by Kelly Elliott 4 stars M/F Romance I was given this book for an honest review by Wicked Reads.
This is the third book in this series and while it's not necessary to read the previous books, I highly recommend it. They are all wonderful and you'll see the same characters grow and change throughout the series.
Corina is a wonderful character. She is kind, gentle and sometimes, way too forgiving. She is the perfect match for Mitchell. Despite their rocky beginning, you want to cheer for this couple - through all of their blunders and missteps, you truly want to see them succeed.
Mitchell is written like the typical clueless guy. He runs scared and when he runs, he runs hard and fast. Even though he knows he shouldn't be running, his instincts can't do anything but that. When he realizes his mistake, he asks his best friends/brothers and family what he can do in order to remedy his situation.
Mitchell's family razz him enough about his situation, but they ultimately want what's best for him. He loves Corina and knows that she loves him too. Both characters seem to get in their own way.
This is a sweet story with a lot of build up. There are a lot of miscommunication mistakes and a lot of assumptions made on both sides. While it was somewhat annoying to watch all of their mistakes, you knew that in the end, it would all pay off.
Just when I think my literary heart can’t possibly have room for another bbf, Kelly writes yet again another swoon worthy, heart stoppingly incredible cowboy that I TOTALLY fell for....just like Gunner, Steed and Wade!!!!! The list goes on and on really....
This amazing story is told through the eyes of Mitchell and Corina. These two have had one night together, but Mitch being a typical Parker boy is too scared to admit his true feelings. Fast forward and the one night so many months ago keeps playing on repeat in Mitch’s mind....and also Corina’s.
Can Mitch admit his true feelings for Corina and TEMPT her at a second chance? Well if Mitch needs a push in the right direction, he can surely count on his larger than life family to help him along the way! The Parker clan are one of my all time FAVOURITE families!! Their love for each other knows no bounds!
Mitch had his head up his butt at times, alright most of the time, but the man was honest, "I shrugged. “What? Normally I walk in here butt *** naked. So, compared to my normal attire, this is a one-hundred-percent improvement.” I love a man who talks to animals, because I talk to animals, “where’s your momma? I’ve got some goodies here to make the dinner I owe her from yesterday’s bet.” The cat continued to bathe himself as he ignored me. “Fine, but I’m shutting my effing door tonight. I’ve had to double up on allergy pills because of you.” Mitchell doesn't mind explaining the facts of life to his brother, “well, when you’re with the woman you love and she says she wants you, it means effing sand in your *** and between your bal—” I liked this book, I loved Mitchell.
Haunted by a night that never should have been, two broken hearts are figuring out how to piece themselves together again. Tempting Love speaks a language that is universal to everyone. Corina and Mitchell are mirror images of each other until it comes to love. Now they have to decide if they have the strength to build something special together or weather the heartache apart. What makes an author like Ms. Elliott a treasure is her ability to speak on subjects close to the heart with insightful humor and heartbreaking drama and come out the other side with an inspiring perspective.
Kelly Elliott has never disappointed me. Her books are truly what makes a book boyfriend so perfect. I get that Parker boys are considered players. But once they find that right lady to tame them they are the most romantic men around. What I loved about Mitchell is how he could be really dirty but so romantic at the sametime..
I knew I was going to love Mitchell and Corina, but let me tell y’all I flipping floved these two so much more than even I thought I would!!!! This story was everything I thought it was going to be and so much more!
Ms. Elliott has a way of creating these families that are just so incredible….you just can feel The Parkers were the “cool house” to hang out at when we were growing up lol…
If you have read the first two books in this series (which I highly recommend you do because they are awesome and because you will be a little lost if you haven’t) then you know that Mitchell really messed things up when him and Corina first got together. I mean the boy has some serious making up to do if he is going to win Sweet Corina’s heart.
Corina, I don’t think I can say enough nice things about his girl. I just loved her so much. I was so impressed by how she stood her ground and didn’t just wilt and fall into Mitchell’s arms when he realized he had made the biggest mistake of his life. I mean I don’t think I would have really blamed her if she didn’t, cuz the man is fiiinnne, but I respected her even more for making him work for it. And work for it he does, Mitchell isn’t letting anyone get in the way of winning Corina’s heart, not even her.
These two were just so perfect together and when you add all the spectacular side characters to their story you have the makings for a phenomenal read.
I adore the Parker family, and each and every time Kelly Elliott puts the right person in one of the Parker sibling’s paths, readers can anticipate the push and pull that’s going to happen between the hero and heroine, regardless of how opposed to commitment and relationships one or the other might be and we can also expect the other Parkers to do whatever they can to allow their sibling to have the happily ever after that s/he deserves.
Book Three is Mitchell’s story and Tempting Love is the perfect title for what occurs after he spends one night/morning with Corina Miller because regardless of his less than gentlemanly actions after their encounter, Mitchell can’t get Corina out of his head and for the next six months despite his best effort to resume his normal routine when it comes to the fairer sex, he can’t escape his feelings for Corina…too bad he might have already crashed and burned without really trying to woo or win Corina’s heart.
Corina is a heroine who readers can relate to, especially those readers who have given their heart to someone and watched him destroy it with insensitive behavior. Corina was invested in building something with Mitchell from the start, but their one night together and his subsequent actions after forced her to attempt to move on from her deep feelings for him, which means when he finally does come around, she’ll have to determine if she’s willing to give Mitchell a second chance when he’s already broken her heart one time too many.
The fact that Mitchell has to work for another chance with Corina proves the kind of woman she is and the type of man she deserves and while she puts Mitchell through his paces, it’s also clear just how much she wants to give into her feelings for him even though she’s still recovering from the first time he broke her heart, and as mad as I was at Mitchell for his callous and clueless behavior after his night with Corina, he proves himself to her and to readers when he goes all in, working to win Corina’s heart one woo and one seduction at a time.
I love the world and characters that Kelly Elliott has created in her Cowboys & Angels’ series. I feel like I’m an honorary resident of Oak Springs and a part of the Parker clan. The Parker siblings work their magic in Tempting Love and prove just how amazing and somewhat obnoxious it is to have a big, close family where there’s no privacy and people aren’t afraid to call other people out on their behavior and actions regardless of the fact that it just might be none of their business!
I do have to admit that the ending seemed like it was going at warp speed when it came to Corina and Mitchell’s relationship, which made me question why everything needed to happen as quickly as it does, but regardless of my concern about the conclusion of the story, I enjoyed my time spent with the Parkers and I can’t wait to see what happens to one Parker in particular now that Harley Carbajal is back in town.
**I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.**
Tempting Love is the third installment int he Cowboys and Angels series. It is Mitchell and Corina's book. Personally, you can't read as a stand alone. You will miss so much of the back story and secondary stories that you need to read them in order to truly appreciate it.
This Parker family is my favorite group of cowboys. Kelly Elliott has a way to get you so invested within the first few chapters, you have keep flipping those pages to find out what's going to happen. Not with just the main characters the secondary are just as intriguing as well. I need all their stories!
Mitchell, just like the rest of the Parker brothers, is a big player. He's slept with most of Oak Springs with commitment never in his sights. One night with Corina Miller has Mitchell questioning everything. He's scared and distances himself from the one woman who has made his heart beat differently. Can he fix what he destroyed? Can he admit what everyone else sees?
Corina Miller is best friend's with Paxton, Steed's wife. She got lost in Mitchell's sexy blue eyes the first time she saw him. After one night together, she knew he was the man for her, but when he walked away without a look back. She fell in love and he used her as any one night stand. Her heart broke with every day that past. When they are thrown together after tragedy, can she keep that wall up she's built around her heart? Or will Mitchell prove to her he's in it for the long haul?
I adored Mitch and Corina's story, but really any glimpse I get of the Parker's make me happy. Mitch was swoon worthy and the chemistry with Corina is explosive. Chloe serious makes everyone one of these books hilarious, she is adorable! I laughed, I cried and loved every minute of it!
Waylynn is up next and can't wait but I need Cord's book in my life...he's such a sexy mystery.
Book Three is HERE! This is all about Mitchell and Corina. This book had all the storytelling I love form Kelly Elliot and all the angst we know is coming. Tempting Love is the BEST. It might also be the best novel ever in this series for me.
Back at it with the cowboys y'all. I must be on a kick because I AM LOVING them.
I love second changes and I love novels that the characters really have to work at it to find their HEA. This is one of those novels. This was a novel that had all the push and pull and even the falling out that you get to hurt for.
I was WITH IT. I love getting to read a couples story form the start to finish with the good and the bad.
I can't wait to see what we get next because I adore The Parker Family and honestly could read 10 more books about them. Add to Goodreads Buy On Amazon: http://amzn.to/2EHp1NG Synopsis: Can a woman actually make you feel like you’re losing your damn mind?
I always did like a challenge.

Tempting Love is another swoony, sweet and sexy romance. The perfect addition to an already GREAT series. I don’t know how Kelly keeps giving us these outstanding stories!! I am loving this series so much.
Tempting Love is the third book in Kelly’s Cowboys and Angels Series. Each of these books focus on a new couple but the storyline is an ongoing storyline. So it is recommended to read these books in order. Don’t go into this series thinking each book is a standalone, because there will be spoilers for the previous books and some of the storyline won’t make sense.
I have been anxious to read Mitchell and Corina’s story since we met them in the previous books. You just knew that they were meant to be together, we just had to see how long they would fight it. I absolutely LOVED Mitchell in this story, but I wanted to smack Corina a couple times in the beginning. I was extremely glad to see her character grow and mature as the story progressed. I thought she acted kind of childish in the beginning. I understood why she was mad at Mitchell but when he finally came around I thought she was just being stubborn and it drove me crazy. Even with that though I thoroughly enjoyed this story.
I will say it again and again, Ms. Elliott knows her cowboys and how to write a swoon worthy and heart fluttering romance story. Yes she always gives us those characters we hate, but she also gives us the stories you can’t put down. This is one of those!!! I loved the storyline of Corina and Mitchell. Although I would’ve liked to see some closure regarding two characters (Lane and Cassidy) they just dropped out of the story. I thought the flow and pace of the story is perfect. This story is told in Dual POV. I also loved that we get to see all the members of the Parker family and of course more of Chloe and Patches.
I would 100% recommend this book/series to all of Kelly Elliott’s fans. If you haven’t had the pleasure of reading a Kelly Elliott book, then this series is a great place to start. You will fall in love with the Parker family and the ones that steal their hearts!!! Definitely a 1-click!!
After seeing sparks fly between Corina and Mitchell in Lost Love and the heartbreaking fallout in Love Profound, I couldn't wait to see what Tempting Love had in store for them. Personally I was hoping for a big ol' HEA, and luckily, that's exactly what I received!
Corina has been a favorite of mine ever since she was introduced as Paxton's best friend in Lost Love. She's sweet yet sassy. She's unapologetic and fiercely independent yet willing to wear her heart on her sleeve and see the good in just about anyone. Her only problem? The one arrogant, flirty cowboy that refuses to let her heart go. When the book first begins, Corina is reluctant to let Mitchell back in, and rightfully so. He may be charming and drop dead gorgeous, but he pulled some jerky moves in the past. I appreciated that she put him through the ringer.
Mitchell, on the other hand, is the typical alpha hero. He avoids relationships like the plague, refusing to let any one woman get too close. Corina, however, has changed his stance. He wants more than a relationship with her: he wants marriage, kids, the whole nine yards, and it scares the s**t out of him. Even though he did pull some nasty moves with Corina, I could understand his fear. I feel like when your as closed off as Mitchell is it's hard to let anyone in; however, over the course of the book, Mitchell begins to let go of his fear and pursue Corina. I loved when he turned to his sister and brothers for advice. It was so funny, especially when Amelia bought him romance audiobooks.
The plot in Tempting Love mainly revolves around Corina and Mitchell's romance as well as furthering past story lines as well as bringing out new ones for future books. The romance was hot, hot, hot. Seriously, I don't think anyone writes romance nearly as steamy as Kelly Elliott! While I did think things moved rather fast towards the end, I still loved the overall result. Additionally, I loved catching up with past favs - Paxton, Amelia, Wade, Steed, and, most importantly, little Chloe! Honestly, Chloe still steals the show every time. There's nothing funnier than her obsession with her pet goats.
Overall, Tempting Love is yet another solid addition to the Cowboys and Angels series; however, after reading the first three books in two days, I don't know how I'm possibly going to wait until April for book #4.

Tempting Love is the third book in the Cowboys and Angels series. It can be read as a standalone, but I suggest reading the other books in this series. I love this family and everyone around them.
Tempting Love is Corinna and Mitchell’s story. I have been waiting for their story. We meet them in the other books and they have somewhat of a rocky history. They hooked up and Mitchell ran from his feelings so there is a lot of hurt and anger between them. I really did like Mitchell. He does have feelings for Corinna, but he doesn’t know what to do with them. He has never felt this way before and it scares him. Once he decides to stop fighting them Corinna better watch out because he is coming for her. Corinna is sweet, has the best heart and would do anything for those she loves. She is extremely cautious about giving Mitchell another chance to break her heart.
Chemistry is not a problem with Corinna and Mitchell. They cannot keep their hands to themselves whenever they are around each other. Their problem is lack of communication and this leads to many misunderstandings. That is the most frustrating thing about this book. How many issues could have been avoided if they just would have talked to each other. But what I loved about this book is they did figure things out and we are able to see a true love story without unnecessary drama.
I really like this series. Kelly Elliott does a fantastic job of making this series flow and making me want to be part of the Parker family. I cannot wait for the rest of the Parkers to get their story.
Oh lordy Mitchell Parker... Mitchell is the next Parker to fall in love but will he admit to himself and his family and friends that he's in love with Corina Miller?!?! Corina Miller is Paxton's BFF and moved to town when she moved back to Oak Springs. She is a grade one teacher and her job is everything to her but she is missing love. When Corina first see's Mitchell, it's love at first sight and they spend one amazing night together. Twelve months later Corina is still heartbroken that Mitchell never contacted her after that one night and now as far as they go as of talking to each other is a "Hello". Corina's heart cannot take it much longer as she is tired of Mitchell pushing her away and the glances and longing that she receives from Mitchell is getting too much. Corina is scared of the feelings she has for Mitchell and just does not know what to do. Mitchell Parker is a real ladies man and will never spend a night with a woman until he meets Corina Miller. His plan was to just drop her off at her house but turned out to spending the entire night and making love to Corina. This scared the living hell out of Mitchell which had him running and never looking back. But the pull Corina had over him, had Mitchell feeling certain emotions that he had never felt before and screwing up everytime he tried to confront Corina. Will Corina give Mitchell another chance? Will Mitchell be able to confront his feelings for Corina and be the man Corina deserves? I am really enjoying Cowboys and Angels series and the Parker family I found Corina to be a tad annoying in this and some parts of the story did not flow as well as previous stories. Some little bits to the story I don't understand how they made it into the storyline and were never followed up into the story. I really loved the ending and it was beautifully written Kelly, just WOW! If you wanna know what I mean, then get reading... Tempting Love is the third title in the Cowboys and Angels series, and is a second chance, small town love story features Corina Miller and Mitchel Parker. Both characters have appeared in the previous titles in the series, and I honestly wasn’t sure if I was going to love Mitchel, as much as his predecessors. His past actions left a lot to be desired, but in true Kelly Elliott fashion, by the end of this title I had found a new book boyfriend.
This pair of characters are endearing, relatable and fallible. Mitchell Parker is your eternal bachelor, he loves nothing more than a no strings attached hook-up that is until Corina Miller. This sexy cowboy has a range of fears relating to commitment and love, but is determined to win over Corina. Corina Miller is a sweet, loyal, funny and kind, despite the fact that she is fearful of her feelings she is determined to make him work for her affections.
I adore the tight knit Parker family, and I love the way in which the previous characters are intertwined into the story, and little hints are dropped throughout that give you an idea of which of the siblings will find their happy ever after, and whom with in the future.
The Sexual tension between this pair is intense and undeniable and just oozes off the page. Tempting Love is an wonderfully written, inspiring, heart-warming story full of heat, heart, humour, drama and steam.
As much as I’ve enjoyed the previous titles in this series, I couldn’t put down Tempting Love and read it in one sitting and it’s my favourite of the series so far. I will be eagerly anticipating the remaining titles in this series, and look forward to adding them to my shelves.
Kelly Elliott will always be a yes in my book, no matter what she writes. While I've not read every single book, she's on my TBR and I've read enough to keep coming back. And while Wanted will always be my very top favorite, there is something to be said for this new-ish series by her. Sexy. Sweet. Intense. Captivating. Unforgettable. The Cowboys and Angels series... just my new obsession and Mitchell *sigh* the man was everything.
He's a one night stand kind of guy...until her. Can he redeem himself and get his forever.... or is it too late?
Tempting Love is the third standalone in this series and let me tell y'all.... Corina and Mitchell lit up my heart, gave me all of the feels, had me swooning *Mitchell was so irresistible*, and completely stole my breath at times. Their journey was brilliantly penned with sexy chemistry, great banter, steamy steamy times, quite a few giggles, and two characters who burrowed themselves deep. I fell harder every moment in their story and I rooted hard as those pages turned.
Kelly always delivers a spectacular romance. Sweet words and sexy romance.... I honestly can't get enough.
Awwww these two finally got their act together. Mitchell and Corina were attracted to each other since she arrived at the small town with her best friend Paxton who happens to be married to Mitchell twin brother, lol.
These two have pushed and shoved; Mitchell wanting Corina but had a huge fear of commitment and Corina getting tired of waiting for him. They had a one night stand and Corina wanted more and Mitchell just couldn’t bring himself to do more. He loved her but his fear was too much.
Corina gave up and tried to move on. These two were frustrating at times; I wanted to shake them. They just couldn’t get in sync but then something happened and they finally got their act together. It was an obstacle for Corina because of Mitchell’s past but she rolled with the punches.
As always it’s never a dull moment with The Parkers especially Chloe, 😊. This is one supportive family and Tripp was the best in this particular story.
I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, steam, and heartbreak.
Before reading this story please read the below books first Lost Love (Cowboys & Angels #1) Love Profound (Cowboys & Angels #2)
This is Corina and Mitchell’s story. Mitchell is all about only one night. But with Corina he wants more but he is resisting with everything he has. He thinks about her all the time but continues to push her away. One time he is going to push her away right into another man’s arms. Just when she is starting to move on from Mitchell he decides he wants her just for himself. Can he convince her to give him another chance? Or will all the pushing away make her think he should not get another change with her? Are they just going to be friends or will he get her to fall for a forever kind of relationship.
I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I love this series and Kelly did a great job again! I Iove this family!! And I am glad we got Mitchell and Corina’s story.
Kelly’s writing is perfect and she gets me so invested in the characters. I want to be there with them. I loved Mitchell and Corina. They were prefect for each other even if Mitchell did mess things up at first. Can he redeem himself? I will say this- he sure is set on trying.
