I have read the second edition of this book, and it is basically a manual for the freely available energy integration software EnergyPLAN developed by Prof Henrik Lund and his team at Aalborg University, Denmark. The software is relatively easy to pick up, but this book helps to understand the theory behind it. I would highly recommend this book to anybody who wants to theoretically understand how various renewable energy systems could be integrated in the future and what issues they might come up with. This book and the associated software is very useful for businesses to plan their future energy business models.
