Heartwarming wonderful contemporary romance set in New Zealand – great characters, stories and series – I loved them all!
Three sisters move to New Zealand to decide what to do with an unexpected inheritance that includes a B&B, winery and restaurant. In book one Winifred, “Fred”, takes the lead focusing on the vineyard and winery and marries Mac. Ginger’s interest is in the restaurant and she falls for Sam – The Muffin Man - a baker, in book two. And in the third book of the series Alexandra “Sandi” Cartwright learns to trust again and falls for Jace Hart while running the B&B.

As Deep as the Ocean. 4*
Three sisters who were cheated out of their inheritance go to New Zealand to recover it. Blue Penguin Bay estate consists of a vineyard, B&B and restaurant and each sister plans to be responsible and make a success of these businesses. Without the vineyard being a success though the other two businesses will fail. Winifred Cartwright has read up on viniculture but is far from being an expert, Mac however is and he informs the sisters that a large investment in new machinery and barrels is required, money that the estate doesn't have........ but there is a further inheritance which comes to each of the sisters on their marriage!

I loved this second book set in Blue Penguin Bay with its vivid descriptions of the area. This story is about the youngest sister Ginger (Virginia) Cartwright, a gifted chef who is hoping the restaurant she is setting up at the vineyard will be award winning. However, when she tells Sam Pankhurst, bakery owner of All or Muffin, of her entry into the Bay of Islands Gold Food Awards and boasts how she will win; he decides to enter too and he is likely to garner the local votes. Sparks fly between the pair but she refuses to accept his weekly attempts to date her. Strong, likeable characters with plenty of sizzle.
As Timeless as the Sea. 5*
The final sister gets her story. The first man that Sandi has been interested in since her unfortunate romance with Brodie, and he is keeping secrets from her! Dare she trust her instincts when they were wrong before? A fitting ending to this trilogy. Loved this story and the fact that both characters had been through so much but had come through to the other side.

The BLUE PENGUIN BAY BOX SET is a collection of stories that really enjoyed.
AS DEEP AS THE OCEAN has Mac doing the right thing which might cost him the one thing he wants most in life, the vineyard. So when he asks Fred (Winifred) to marry him, it is just to save the vineyard or is it more? Ms. Woods describes the scenes with such detail, I was there listening to the ocean in Penguin Bay, smelling the grapes as they grow and feeling the warm gentle breezes while Mac and Fred steal kisses in their strictly business marriage. Highly recommend, it is 5 stars!
AS BEAUTIFUL AS THE BAY had me turning pages so fast and I couldn't stop until The End. This is Sam and Ginger's love story set in Blue Penguin Bay. The characters are strong. I loved the way I was pulled into the very heart of Sam and Ginger's lives. Looking forward to the next book in this series. Ms. Woods, USA Today Best Selling Author, is a favorite of mine. She writes books that speak to my heart with smiles. I highly recommend to everyone!

A lovely continuing story of 3 1/2 British, 1/2 Kiwi girls each disillusioned with Britain, who arrive in New Zealand to attempt to start a new life on the land of their father and forefathers. The situation they arrive to is not at all what they expected and many hurdles will have to be overcome before they can make a life for themselves there. In Book 1, a wonderful man, Mac, who had been corresponding with them in Britain, turns out to be the lifeline that the oldest daughter Winnifred can cling to. In Book 2, the youngest sister, Virginia must relive the horrors in her past to overcome her fears with the hunky Kiwi Sam, as she shelters with him during a cyclone. In this book, the middle sister Alexandra wonders if she is going through the worst time in her life all over again. Can she trust Jace? Will he betray her? What secret is he hiding?
Awesome trilogy set in the beautiful Bay of Islands, New Zealand. You have to read them all.

Enjoyed all three books

The series was sublime. So sexy, humorous, passionate, lots of Awww moments, tears, love and of course, romance galore. The women found their men and the men found their forevers.

The series is like Woods other books, keeps you interested from the very first sentence till the very end of the series. Each book has a new spin from the previous and gives you that feel good persona.

This was a really fun story about three English women moving to New Zealand to ponder taking their inheritance. They find a lot more fun and love, too. I thoroughly enjoyed this trilogy.

I’ve written reviews for the 3 books in this series. I thought the first two books were particularly strong. The third book was weaker, but overall the series deserves a top rating.

This series was excellent. I loved all 3 of the stories each one was different but they were very good and they could each be read as a stand alone.

I loved these books. There is a real sweetness to them and I truly liked the characters of each book. Well worth the read for those who enjoy romances and HEA.
