This quick and smutty read played out like a cheesy porno in my head.
You get the idea from the title, if you want a bit of cheesy filthy smut then you'll enjoy this.

Received an ARC at no cost to author...This is the first time I read this author..Wow, this is a taboo setting, but she did a great job. You can't help but root for Heath and Liv. Heath is a priest and Liv has always had a crush on him. What happens, you need to read.

Forgiven by Piper Phoenix a sublime five-star read. Wow what a great read, I wish it was longer, I’m a good catholic girl at heart (honestly, I was even taught by nuns) (ok so I was a good catholic girl now it’s a grey area). Normally priest stories are too close to my heart and all the ones I knew were old and grey and warty, not a pretty look, so I struggle to get a good picture in my head, but Piper managed to do something few other have before her. I wanted to go back and kneel at the feet of my priest. What a hot, hot story!! Livie is no longer the little girl Heath once knew, she is so much more, but he has given himself to god hasn’t he? It was well written and had a great flow and pace to it. Well done Piper on a job well done, I can’t wait to read more of your stories.

This forbidden romance is hot. It is very interesting how and when Liv meets Heath again—as a priest. Someone she has had a crush on since she was a teenager, but she has not seen him in years. Although Heath is off limits, you can see and feel the chemistry between Liv and Heath, with some simmering tension underneath that was hot! Will Heath be forgiven for the sinful thoughts and repent or save Liv by getting rid of the evil demons? This is the first time I read a book by Piper Phoenix, but this story was short but good—wished it was longer. The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next. This story will pique your interest and draw you in from the beginning to the very end.

Oh how this book nicely tell the story of how nice it is to be sinfully desired. Dangerous pleasure. Tempted. Wrong but oh so right.

You have been warned! This book told a story about priest in the process of breaking his vows to God. All that because of a girl that is so hot🔥🔥🔥 it's illegal. And so, they commited the sin. A promised HEA. I like the way the author wrote this story seamelessly on the inner dillema struggle between the characters, making them taking into account of repercussions of their acts. Repent. But, too bad; it's too short. Short but beautifully decorated with pages and pages of beautiful sexy times. And finally, this book give me the give of outdoor s*x time!! What a give!!

Taboo story
This is the first book I am reading by this author and it won’t be my last. The storyline is a taboo one. The author presented it in such a way that the reader is routing for the two main characters to have an HEA. Heath is a priest and a friend Liv’s older brother. Liv has had a crush on Heath since she was a young girl. The story progresses quickly with some very hot steamy sexy scenes between these two. I enjoyed the story although I did wish it was longer. I received an Advance Reader Copy of this book for my honest review. But I bought it so my review would be a verified purchase.

A quick taboo read. I have never read anything by Piper Phoenix before Forgiven.

I agree with people saying it was too short that there wasn’t a lot of character development. I was still rooting for Liv & Heath. I love a happy ending. I just wish there was more to Liv & Health’s story.

So this is just me, but it drove me nuts how Health kept calling his congregation “flock”.
He could have said congregation or parish. Again a minor detail in grand scheme doesn’t matter, but bugged me.

I would read more by Piper Phoenix.

A super quick and SUPER STEAMY read with a dash of taboo.
Heath is a priest and Liv’s childhood crush due to him being her brothers best friend. They meet again, years later, at the church that he is a priest at. Sparks fly instantly and the saintly priest does some not so saintly things to Liv.
An insta love story that will knock your socks off, maybe some other clothes as well 😜

Okay

This was more of a priest/virgin sexual fantasy than a brother's best friend romance. It was a shame that it was so very short as exploring the characters and their feelings would have made it more interesting, erotic and believable instead of pornographic. However, it was an engaging book and I did want to know what was going to happen, so if a short, hot fantasy is what floats your boat, then go for it.

I was a bit reluctant to read this book as a priest is the love interest. I ended up enjoying the book after all. Although this is usually a taboo topic, Piper handles the story amazingly well. Liv comes home to find her teenage crush Heath, is now a priest. They are still extremely attracted to each other and Heath must make a decision regarding his vows to the priesthood. A quick but very enjoyable story.

Forgiven - A Brother's Best Friend Romance by Piper Phoenix is a very good book. Scorching hot and with a touch of taboo this is an entertaining and enjoyable read. This quick read insta-love story is about Liv and Heath. These two really sizzle together. Full of passion, steamy scenes and emotional drama, Forgiven is well worth a read. I am posting an honest review after reading an ARC copy of this book.

A short novella that's taboo... Liv's brother's best friend Heath has become a priest and she's always had a crush on him. When she returns home they are reunited and the attraction and chemistry is off the charts. Lots of drama and decisions. Does he continue to honor his vows or does he yield to his passions? The story is too short for much character development, but is a good quick read. I read an advance copy and voluntarily chose to review this book.

Quick n dirty! In this short novella the chemistry was hot and steamy between Heath & Liv. I would have enjoyed if the book was longer, giving the characters more time to develop. It seemed to happened all too quickly.

Completely unexpected story for me because I didn’t read the blurb before, so I was really surprised and I loved it. The story is intense because of the forbidden relation Hearth and Liv have.
