One by one, Dorinda strips Minerva’s allies of their strength. She turns the King of the Lions into a pusillanimous lion. The emperor of an allied kingdom is now a straw effigy, the woodsman’s body now made of tin.

Dorinda Storm is a great threat to all of Oz. She causes so much chaos, so much devastation, and so much death. She is terror and a threat. She came from another world with her dog. The cyclone brought her here and I fear that she will be the death of me.

Nicole Zoltack takes a fairytale that we all know as The Wizzard of Oz and twists and turns it into something dark and sinister. This was another perfect retelling of a fairytale by Ms. Zoltack that had me so engrossed that I read the whole book in an afternoon. I can't wait to see what she writes about next.

It's kind a cute retell od the wizard of Oz. I enjoyed it. Mother/Daughter issues to solve along with some romance. It's a really good story.

A mother wants the best for her daughter, and wants to believe the best of her daughter. But what if her daughter turns out to be an evil witch? Retelling the Wizard of Oz fairytale through new eyes, with new interpretations, author Nicole Zoltack takes the tale in whole new directions – dark, sinister, thought-provoking. It’s a thoroughly good read.

I loved the nostalgic feel of this. It was a quick, enjoyable read.

It was difficult for me to keep track of the back and forth timelines. I had to keep going back to look at the dates. Also, there were quite a few grammatical/spelling issues.

I’m looking forward to reading more from this series.

While the story was good, there are so many errors it was hard to read. I like the imaginative retelling of classic stories. However, this author needs to take more time editing.
