Hope City is a place with a lot of heroes. Here, more than anywhere else in the world, people with supernormal powers gather to indulge dreams of larceny or of world conquest, and others fight the good fight to stop them. But there are other stories as well. Tales that involve heroes and powers well beyond the abilities of normal men, but that probably aren’t a part of the same world.
