Power is rarely an addiction of the pure. And he and I are both irrevocably tainted.

He should be the enemy, but Ronan Cole is an addiction that has driven me to madness. Back and forth we go, up and down, round and round. I hate him. I love him. I want to kill him. No man will ever love me with such twisted depravity. Together we are unstoppable.

But what happens when an enemy dares to comes after us?

The hunt is always better when the queen is just as hungry as her king.
This love story has no heroes.

You think if they confessed that they love each other nothing matter anymore but that’s wrong. They love each other but still, they try to kill each other!! Yeah, these two characters didn’t change at all. They’re as sick as in the first book. Just maybe in this one, Ronan went a bit soft on Camilla, just a bit! It’s just I don’t understand their infatuation with blood!!!

Told in dual POV, 1st person. It’s the second installment in the "Bad" series. It’s Dark so if you want a love story, you can’t find it in this one! Overall, it was a quick/good read and hope you enjoy it as well!

People like he and I...we fight, we draw blood, we go to war. There is nothing else. He is the Russian who kidnapped me and stole my cartel. I am the girl he took and used as a pawn, right up until only a few hours ago he put a gun to my ead and pulled the trigger.

the captor/captive position betweeen Ronan & Camilla continues...but it's not what is looks like at all, it's a power role play...it's testing the limits, the turf, the boundaries...
I'm inexplicably drawn to his sick and twisted nature. i respect it. The closer I get to Ronan the harder it is to remember all the reasons I hate him

Ronan is danger and adrenaline and raw powers. I both hate and love this twisted pull he has over me. The things is, he's right. I will like it. I'll stand in the fire and bask in the heat as it burns me. That is what he does to me.
- Camilla Estrada

the lines get blurred...
Ronan and I have gone from enemies to lovers, to both at the same time. And now...I can't even see the battle lines that were once drawn in blood.

the notion of beating the enemy is a slicky tempting feel of crave, but it also set the treacherous admition of the final defeat - losing control, or in their case, they take each other's control
Your life depends on my holding onto that silver of control, take that away and I know I will bleed you dry. I won't be able to help myself. - Ronan Cole

the way they struggle for power, while at the same time, the world spins on its axis, bringing a new enemy into a view...and yet still unknown...but his messing up Ronan's plans and will force him to act accordingly...bringing the united front with the woman, who he captured, tested, who pushed her inner cords, ravished in the sight of making her bleed and who he eventually deemed as his queen in all their twisted, carnal depravity....
"It's hard, isn't it?" he says. "Believing that people such as us can actually love."

BUT not before they were each other's ending...or so it seemed...at the time

But the world domination waits for no man, or woman. No one. Unless taken.
"Tell me", I wisper against her lips, "How does true power feel?"
"So very intoxicating."
"I always get what I want, Camilla. The world, you..."

There's not much to say... LP Lovell and Stevie J. Cole , when writing as a duo, always bring the darkness to its extreme extent and they stay consistent, giving us the characters who are as fictional within the fiction, and yet are so palpably realistic in the darkness of the most vivid, wild, expressively twisted imagination.

This was as twisted, as dark, as DIRTY, as it can possibly be, if you dare to experience it, you won't regret it.

I LOVED it.

Sometimes in mafia romances we get rly iconic, bloodthirsty antiheroines like Melody Giovanni from Ruthless People, Calliope from Vicious Minds, or Una from Kill Me. Sometimes they get pissed off and threaten to slit their love interests throat, but at the end of the day, it's all talk. That's why I tip my hat to Camilla Estrada, bc this bitch right here really did it.

What an absolute legend. And to make it even better, little did she know that same night her man was planning to kill her too. If that's not finding your perfect match, what is? 😌😇

"I love you, krasivaya. So much so I had to kill you."

These two idiots when it all came out:

A good finale to the Bad series.

A good finale to the Bad series. I enjoyed Ronan and Camilla’s story. They are NOT hero’s. They are the bad guys, but somehow I still ended up rooting for them. It probably helps that there aren’t any good guys to oppose them.

There is a bunch of blood. These two love blood play. If that’s not your thing AT ALL, the naughty bits may not be for you, but it’s not my thing but I still could be okay with them enough since it just fits with the characters.

I thought this was a great read with and ending I honestly WAS not expecting. Would like to see some tough chick come in and have a quick story with Gabe. It could be kind of dark campy funny!

I was hoping that the chemistry and feelings between these two would be developed in this book but sadly it wasn’t.
I really disliked both main leads. I could not see why they liked each other. It wasn’t dark and sexy it was just gross and unhinged. Trying to kill each other at every turn. Letting other men have sex with her when captured. Getting off on stabbing each other and wanting to kill the other. I like my hero’s obsessed. I’m not against pain and a bit of blood but I need to feel the connection and the want. This was so lacking it just left me disgusted with both main leads.

WOW!

Dirty was so freaking good!! I'm so in love with Ronan and Camilla that's it not even funny. Their twisted and super fucked up romance was amazing to read. I swear.. their love man.. I mean, who tries to kill the one person they love!??! MURDERERS.

Okay so this book had it's fair share of twists and turns. Of course someone is trying to screw over the big man on top - aka, Ronan. He doesn't take it too lightly when they go over his queen. God, I really did love their relationship. Even when Ronan would go behind her back just so he could get whatever the hell he wanted - oh god, heart eyes guys!

That ending was so good. Kind of makes me wish there was a third book out.. or in the works. Mostly because the series is called Bad. Dirty. Power. We had the Bad, we got the Dirty, and now I want the Power!

Please tell me there's a third book coming out tomorrow?!?

Dirty picks up where Bad left off. I have to say that I loved Ronan and Camilla. They were both crazy killers who were so cold and ruthless but I actually felt the love and affection that gradually grew between the two. Although you have to dig deep since they consistently try to kill each other. This may have driven readers crazy but it helps to see inside both of them because they saw their affection and love as a weakness, so I wouldn't have expected anything else from the two. Now my biggest complaint was I was kind of bored with the beginning and Ronan with his world domination. I would have rather seen him fighting an enemy like he did towards the end which wrapped up to quickly I would have preferred it to have been drawn out some. Overall I would definitely recommend this one but be aware it's not a sweet romance. Ronan is definitely not a Prince and Camilla is no Damsel in Distress but they are both worth the ride.

Well I found a new trigger.

I love dark and I can deal with unconventional romance but I need redemption and what h/H do is unredeemable in my eyes. MC attempt to kill their love interest knowing they love them only because they are selfish pricks is an absolute deal breaker for me. I don't belive in their HEA.. they get it only because destiny went against their plans and honestly? I lost interest in it.
Pity because book one was really great and I loved these two together.

This was an amazing read. This was my favourite book. I really loved the story and the relationship between Ronan and Camilla. They really do make a great couple. I thought this book had me on the edge of my seat. Although their relationship may be twisted, I do see the love that these two characters share. The smut scenes were fantastic. I thought the reveal of The Horseman was cleverly executed. The ending was my favourite part. I am happy that these two finally got a happy ending. I can't wait to read more books by L.P. Lovell and Stevie J. Cole. Overall, an incredible read.

Book one to be read first. Available in KU.

Wow! this isn't just another mafia romance, Dirty is intense, dark, blood thirsty, exciting and the epitome of a love hate relationship.

"The power that surrounds him crackles through the air, choking me until he seems like the oxygen I need to breathe".

I had to read the last chapter of bad to refresh my memory and once I did I was reminded of the intense and dangerous relationship Ronan and Camilla had.

A Cartel queen taken by a Russian mafia boss, enemies who become lovers, two wrongs that make a right.

"Ronan is danger and adrenaline and raw power. I both hate and love this twisted pull he has over me".

This is the kind of book you read with bated breath you can never quit tell where these two authors have conspired for the plot to go.

"Yes, Ronan Cole has laid claim to me. The devil wants my soul, and maybe I want him to have it. The power he has over me terrifies me. I'm not sure I can do this".

This is an intense war of love, lust and hate while fighting off other enemies. The race to the epilogue was thrilling, I was desperate to see how it would all work out.

"Ah, but you crave me just as much as I crave you. We're two addicts chasing the same dark high,"

Another brilliant read by L.P. Lovell & Stevie J Cole.

This isn't a book for the faint hearted it's a gripping and passionate read filled with suspense. There's blood play and sex, lots of hot agressive sex, I loved it!

Fabulous ending to this duet. Told in first pers dual pov & leads to a hea.

This is my review for both books in this duet.

I FREAKING love these books. They were easily the reading highlight of my year.

I have a tag named favorite guys and after reading this I may have to add a favorite girls tag just so I can add Camilla.

Ronan is probably my favorite mafia boss ever he is probably also THE ultimate mafia boss. Nothing happens in Russia without his say so. I lost count of how many politicians he had killed I think he even killed the Prime Minister. The amount of funerals he and Camilla attended had me laughing.

Ronan and Camilla were both great characters, they had great chemistry and the games they played were amazing. Twisted as fuck.

Both these books are hat tricks for me. Favorite guy, favorite couple and favorite book.

These two gave me actual whiplash and they are most definitely peas from the same pod. They are both so absolutely bloody ruthless that I couldn’t even find it in me to get upset over their constant betrayals of each other. They really don’t know whether they want to kiss or kill. Or maybe it’s they just need to kill what they perceive as making them vulnerable love being a weakness and all. What’s the old adage you don’t know what you’ve lost until it’s actually gone it’s just ironic this feat is nearly accomplished at their own hands as a form of self-preservation.

The twisted mindset in this story was bloody fascinating to me and this is definitely different to any dark romance I’ve read previously it’s way more cold and callous usually adding some emotion to the mix makes the key players go all protective here it had the exact opposite reaction. Camilla and Roman most definitely take the crown for the most depraved fucked up love match you could ever imagine. And I’d imagine they’ll both have to sleep with one eye open for the rest of their lives if they stay together.

I enjoyed this second book and the conclusion to Ronan and Camilla’s story much more than its predecessor. It was fast-paced edge of your seat toxic mayhem from start to finish. It’s most definitely an unconventional romance and I was left still feeling that one of these two will eventually annihilate the other it’s inevitable. I’m going to remember this one just because of how different it was and also for going where others fear to tread full marks for that one.

I would recommend this duet but be aware it’s not a light or easy one so if you have triggers or don’t like story’s about morally questionable people who do fucked up things with no remorse this is probably not going to be for you. I appreciated it for what it was and it was definitely entertaining and sticks out from the crowd in a sea of sameness.

Did it get worse?
A lot.

Did it get weirdly cheesy and corny?
In an unexpected way.

Abusive, toxic, controlling relationship?
Yes.
(I'm still not convinced it isn't captivity)

Smut get better?
Nope.
I came for the smut and either I've been completely desensitized or this book was just not it.

Was it worth the read?
Absolutely not.

But at least now I feel compelled to read something else just to get this horrid book out and remind myself why I continue to read

Dirty concludes Ronan’s and Camilla’s story from Bad.

Ronan Cole is on the verge of world domination; he is the Head of the Russian Bratva and all the ruthless plans that he’s set into play over the past ten years are beginning to come into fruition. His only problem now is: Camilla.

Camilla was his hostage. Towards the end of the last book she became his weakness.

Camilla was also torn; she wanted to leave Ronan and get back to her Cartel, yet when she was granted freedom, she just couldn’t leave him.

Sadly, I felt this one lugged in the middle, hence my first ever less than four stars for this author.

As always the book is full of blood, violence and passion, but I felt that Lovell and Cole lost their way. The scenes became very repetitive and they didn’t leave Roman’s house at all during the first half of this. I personally think that this story could have been a standalone but was pushed into a duet.

I felt that Camilla became rather contradicting throughout. She’s worked hard to become the boss of her cartel, yet she was constantly being abducted and was made to appear weak in this.

The ending of this saved Roman and Camilla’s story. I hadn’t guessed who the Horseman was, so this twist was exciting. However, I was worried that this was going towards a third book at one point, as the action at the end didn’t start until around 95%. This meant that the excitement and build up was rushed and wasn’t as satisfying as I had hoped it would be.

Still I loved Roman and Camilla and I am excited to go back and dip into the Kiss of Death world and get Sasha’s story.

3 Destructive-Stars! ★★★
“I want the taste of my blood on your tongue, Ronan," I tease.
With a smirk, he leans between my legs, his hot tongue sweeping over me. My back bows and my fingers dive into his hair. Ronan groans, his fingers digging into my thighs so hard I know he'll leave bruises. He f#%ks me with his tongue until I'm on the edge and then, he's gone and his mouth presses to my lips, coating them in my p#ssy and my blood. "Do you like the way it tastes?" He asks.”

-It’s this kind of writing that forced me to give it three stars, if not for this twisted, hot & demented story telling, I would have given 1 star.

Book two picks up where the first left off. Camilla is still in Ronan’s captivity. Her brother is still f#%king up her cartel and there is a new evil villain, The Horseman. Besides all this, the story sucked this time around. It was long and stretched out to the point that even when guns were fired and panties were ripped, I yawned.

“Ms. Estrada is tied to my bed." He lifts a brow. "Go untie her, stand guard outside my room. If she tries to leave, choke her out.”
-HA! Wait, what?!

I was not a fan of Camilla’s nickname. I actually hated it when Ronan called her ‘little kitty.’ I may have glossed over it if it was mentioned once. But it seemed to be said every other sentence in some chapters. It was either that or he called her ‘krasivaya’ (beautiful-in Russian). But even that pissed me off. He spoke English perfectly fine and then called her beautiful in Russian. I swear I wanted to punch my tablet at one point.

“She's like a caged bird. As long as I keep her trapped, she'll stay. But I want to be able to open the doors and have her not fly away.
I need to clip her wings so she'll forget she can fly.”
-Ronan has lost his mind!

I was bored. I thought in book 2 of a great starting series, I would be wowed and even more impressed. However, the story was dragging... nothing really new or climactic happened for most of the story. And the few Wow-Worthy parts got lost in the shuffle. I will not be continuing this series if there is a book 3.

"His cold eyes stare through me, studying me, and I wonder what he's thinking. If he's wishing to kill me. Kiss me. Keep me..."

Ronan and Camilla are up there with my all time favorite couples EVER!! They play off each other so masterfully, and it is sinfully intoxicating to watch them in action. I was hypnotized by their power and intensity, and that they took the world by storm. Not able to look away for a second, I was enchanted by their perfect storm. Dark, twisty, and so much fun to read!!

"I've grown attached to her, like any man would a beautiful object, she dazzles me, seduces me. She is every bit as ruthless as I am. A queen. My queen."

These two! Camilla and Ronan! They were wonderful to read about! So ruthless and blood thirsty! It made for an amazing read!

Ronan is the head of the Russian Bratva and Camilla, a Mexican Cartel leader, has him wrapped around her little finger even if he doesn't show to her that she does. They work wonderfully together. Their depraved ways just click together and it just gets more and more intense in this finale!

The action continues right from where the first book ended and this book definitely doesn't disappoint. There is basically no downtime in this book. Whether it be the action or the smut it is just non stop and it was SOOO GOOD!

I was good with where this duology ended. Granted it left a little to the imagination, but I still loved where these two ended up. Such a good book. <3

This book was awesome! Honestly, I almost skipped it because I looooved the ending of the first book. I’m so glad I read it! Ronan and Camilla are FIRE! Their love is insane (and I mean that literally- they should definitely be institutionalized). It is also hot as fuck! Some of the scenes in Dirty were down right gruesome and I loved every filthy moment. I can’t wait to see what’s next!

Ruthless King and Savage Queen

I loved this book. There was no questions that I would continue to love the crazy twisted characters, Ronan and Camilla. I never seen an enemies to lovers quite like this.... I was jumping up and down at times, laughing other times, and saying wtf most of the time.

If you are a reader and you finished up Bad, you need to start on Dirty. There are too many crazy moments. I just can't count them all. I'm not going to give anything away but just know Ronan met his match with Camilla and so did she in him.

Dark Romance at it's finest!!

Book 2 in this duo.

Picking right up after Bad. The monstrous duo carry on with Ronan plotting his world domination. Everything is in place the pawn's are set but Ronan's obsession with Camilla may be compromising all his plans. His life's work could be in jeopardy because he can't let her go.

Their lives are in danger from an unknown enemy. Camilla will never be Ronan's weak little pet. They may still be enemies but Camilla refuses to let someone else take Ronan out.

Neither will stop until the threat is taken out. Will they stop trying to kill each other long enough to take out the real threat? When they are under attack can enemies join forces and put their lives on the line for each other?

Just fucking brilliant!!! When these two authors come together it can only mean one thing... DARK DELICIOUS GOODNESS!!!

It's really hard to put my feelings for these two into words. I mean they are both pretty messed up. Both as evil as the devil himself. But oddly enough i loved em both!!! Ronan is pretty bad to the core but his need to possess and own Camilla kinda gives him a nice side? Maybe? I mean he doesn't completely kill her sooooooo... that's good right?!?! bahahaha

Then we have Camilla. She's equally as bad to be honest but Ronan's just slightly more unhinged than her. She at least loves her brother... maybe... ok so she wouldn't die for him but meh she likes him. She's such a great character though. She's so strong nothing but maybe Ronan could break her. Not rape, not torture, not family death, nothing BUT The Russian fuck!

This book was such a rush. A shot of Adrenalin. It's just a huge battle of wit's, a human game of chess. Always waiting for someone to make the checkmate move.

I'm not gonna lie it's pretty damn dark. Some of the torture scenes had me nervously praying for the victims death. The "love" scenes if you can call it that were pretty brutal. I found myself squirming at their wrongness whilst fanning my face trying to cool off. I felt pretty dirty for feeling that way but phewwwww it was HOT AS HELL!! One scene, i won't say which it's best it takes you by surprise was sooooo wrong. Soooo dirty it was actually absolutely them. It made me laugh and gave me twitches when i should have been saying it was wrong!! lol

The plot and storyline was the perfect tempo. I didn't see the real bad guy coming. i didn't see all the pieces slotting into place, i was shocked and surprised and love it when a book can do that to me. It's pretty fucking exciting!! If i was that way inclined i may have felt like going on a blood spree myself!!!

Always have loved a dark read and this is one of the finest. Ronan Cole a cold, dark, delicious anti hero. Camilla Estrada is a strong, torturous, warrior. Together.... King and Queen of the villains!!

English

Lp Lovell and Sj Cole - Dirty Game

This last part is about attracting each other, burning each other and attracting each other again.
It is a real Tom and Jerry effect.
They can kill each other, but also refuse to continue without each other.
In this last part I think the building tension comes into its own better than in the first part.
I think the story in this part is told more from both sides, compared to the first part. Still, I thought the story was too short. I felt like something was missing.. I can't really put my finger on it.
But the story ended too quickly.
They could have gone into more detail about the moment they were apart.
This could have given the story a bit more character.

But all in all this was definitely a dark romance.
Contains the well-known tension that the dark romance is known for.

"To many, death seems like such a tragedy, but it's not. It'd the final act, the grand crescendo of life. There is beauty within one's final breath. Such a shame more people don't understand what a masterpiece it can be."

"And I love you as all evil things love the darkness in which they were created-infinitely."

Alright, after a not good review of Bad, I'm happy to announce this review is much better.

Im still not a fan of the whole alpha vs. alpha just constantly butting heads. But with that being said, this book had a much better plot, spice level, and kept me extremely involved.

Its equal parts Russian mafia vs Mexican cartel, love vs lust, enemies, enemies, and more enemies. What could possibly go wrong? A lote more than I expected to! So much death, torture, near death, injuries, sex, and a potential wedding? Yep. This second book in the series has it all this time around.

Ronan Cole is the definition of an "ALPHA MALE..."

The conclusion to the Bad Series.
The second books picks up right where the first one ended...

Lemme say nothing has changed. Ronan & Camilla still tip toe around each other, trying to kill each other. Sigh & their obsession with blood. Sigh!!!

But what a conclusion wow...

This series was so worth my time!!!
