I'm the twisted mind behind The Gallows Novels and the After Death Series. If you want to know a bit about me, here it is: I spend too much time indoors and probably watch too many horror films. Some of my favourite things are; Alone time, people who know when to shut up, having a drink, eating pizza (usually after having too much drink the night before), reading books, adult swim cartoons, bad horror and sci-fi movies, proper good TV shows like Dexter & The Walking Dead, and last but not least having a laugh with my hilarious other half - this would usually include some of the above.

A wonderful addition to this captivating series! Sharon is a great writer and an expert at cliffhangers! In this installment we see Shaun a lot as well meet the princess and her friends. There is not much mention of Sarah in this book, as Shaun and Sarah have different places they have to be at this point in their lives. It is awesome to see how Shaun functions without her, it seems he used her as a crutch to do a lot of the work early on in the series. Exciting through and through, this books ends with one of Sharon's expert cliffhangers.

I for one love this series, especially Shaun but it was also nice to see things from Teri's viewpoint as well. From the previous books in the series we continue on with the storyline from a different perspective and this is basically when Shaun meets Teri. I believe this book made things a lot clearer within the storyline itself. I also got a bunch of questions answered but a few more popped up in it's place. I getting close to the end of the series but can't wait to dive into book 9.

The prophecy grows close in this eighth installment of the series. Adrian is still plotting and using all his wiles to get what he wants. Shaun and Andi grow closer while trying to protect the Seelie princess. It's non-stop action and drama with plenty of twists to keep you on your toes. Love this series and all the characters. I volunteered to read this series.
