About the author

Linda Hubalek had written over fifty books about strong women and honorable men, with a touch of humor, despair, and drama woven into the stories. The setting for all the series is the Kansas prairie which Linda enjoys daily, be it being outside or looking out her office window.

I have read many books by this author and she always write great romances. I love how she uses alliteration in her titles. In this boxed set I find my strong women. I always look for a strong woman in most of the books I read. These three women have problems that they must overcome before their happy life.

Linda does a good job facing the issues of the period, and not sidestepping them, making light of them, or surcumming to being dragged down by the problems families faced. And you know, these are some of the same issues people face today.

Heartwarming pioneer romance!
I fell in love with Rania and Jacob’s story right from the start. The historical detail made me feel like I was right there on the cattle trails and in early Kansas. Each character feels so real and relatable, you can’t help but root for them.
Perfect for anyone who enjoys clean, wholesome romance with grit and charm.

This is the books 1-3 in the Brides with Grit series. There are some tears, some fears, some funny times, sweet love and happy happy endings. I enjoyed this set of books and if you read I'm sure you will enjoy them too.

This series has captivating characters, with intriguing twists and turns, and interesting story lines to follow along. I recommend this series to anyone who likes historical romance. Loved getting to know the whole family and extended family!!
