I am new to air frying and I absolutely LOVE this book! A great mix of recipes for any food type and a lot of pictures - more than other air frying books out there right now.
I am a little late to the air fryer game, but I like all good suburbanites I do love a kitchen gadget and I had to get one (on discount of course, which may be why the cookbook insert was not included). I don't normally read cookbooks (because the Internet and Food Network), but after a cauterization of some onion rings by he who shall remain nameless, an intervention was needed. Air Fry Everything covers everything, such as conversions and mis-en-place, but offers some unique takes on the classics. If you are a non-domestic goddess like me, or you just love a gadget than this cookbook is work a look-see.
Just finished thumbing through this this well written cookbook. I can tell you that I’ve bookmarked a bunch of recipes and can’t wait to get cooking! I’ve had an air fryer for over a year and love it, but this book has inspired me to expand my culinary horizons! From healthy chicken fingers to (gasp) chocolate molten cake! OMG Clear concise instructions and professional pictures of the finished product makes this a must for anyone who owns an air fryer.
Purchased this book for my daughter and she loved it so much I purchased one for my kindle. I gave air fryers to my adult children for Christmas last year they use them everyday. I love mine so much I had to add more variety to my menu. This book has so many tips, suggestions, substitutes and easy recipes, it is a must have for air fryer cooks. Perfect for beginners.
I have been reviewing air fryer cookbooks to learn more about how to use the one I got as a Christmas gift, and I like this one a lot. Good tips and directions, and as a rule the recipes are easy and use a reasonable number of ingredients. The foods presented would appeal to the average American household, I think. I would recommend this cookbook over the author's follow-up one, Air Fryer Genius. This one made my top three air fryer cookbook choices.
This book is an absolute must for any air fryer owners! It takes the confusion of converting your favorite foods from oven to air fryer ratios; ensuring the best results of all your favorites, cooked in an air fryer. Beautiful illustrations and added tips make this an even better read!
Another good installment from this author and provided a wide range of recipes for the air fryer. Still learning my way around my new toy and made note of more than one of these ideas for future experimentation. I may be most excited about the “hush puffins” – an interesting combo between hush puppies and muffins that sound amazing.
Bought an air fryer and after watching her on QVC needed some instruction on using it. What a great book. She has great recipes and ideas on using air fryer that I wouldn't have known about.
Meredith Laurence is a born teacher. She anticipates the questions I'd have while making a recipe and answers them right in the recipe! All winners, Simeon semi-permanent rotation in our house.
A great place to start if you don't know anything about air frying (and I didn't). Very helpful recipes which I could tailor to my own needs. Great pictures too.
I picked this up more to learn how to use my air fryer rather than for the recipes. And I still found some I will be using. A fun way to learn about a new tool.
This book is a must have for new Air Fryer owners. I purchased for my daughter in law for Christmas and both of us immediately set out for recipes to try. If I had one criticism of the book, it would be the author didn't supply regular oven instructions as well like Skinnytaste provides. This is a great cookbook though and well worth the purchase investment.
