The Runelords is a first rate tale, an epic fantasy that more than delivers on its promise. Read it soon and treat yourself to an adventure you won't forget.” Terry Brooks

It’s a world where kings battle while armies look on. Where sorcerers can draw the attributes from one person and grant them to another. Where strengths such as wit, brawn, and speed—even such basic sensory powers like sight, hearing and smell—can all be given or taken away. Where a person’s strength or beauty can be bought or stolen.

The dangerous Raj Ahten of Indhopal has taken so many attributes, he’s all but invincible. He can heal almost instantly from any wound, is faster than an arrow, is stronger than any ten men, and is gifted with godlike beauty. And now a young prince must stand up against this invincible foe to rescue the woman he loves and the land that he is sworn to protect.

I read the first 4 or 5 books in this series. I absolutely love the storyline, except that the Villain is like Superman's older badass brother. The hero on the other hand (even when he gets a ton of enhancements) is about as strong as a 13 yr/old Japanese girl. So I just discovered there are a few more books out and hopefully things even out a bit 😏

8 books and still a lot of story left to tell

Enjoyed the first 4 books more than the second 4 but overall an interesting story, I can see why people are asking about when the next book will come out

Interesting tale. Need to be patient while the story builds. Couldn't decide whether this is young adult or adult. Will carry on with book two
