If you're struggling to work out what's wrong with you, but you suspect that it's 'them and not you' regarding a dysfunctional family (or other types of toxic people who might be around you), this book has the answers*.

Randi Fine really understands narcissistic abuse, and this book gives you that 'aha' moment where (*if this is the situation you're in or have been in) you gain real understanding and many practical tools to heal yourself and deal with the people and situations in your life which can and will continue to crop up if you don't 'do the work'.

I absolutely recommend this book to those who suspect this is their situation - and to be fair it can take a long time to realise and identify what is going on. So, if in doubt, take a copy of this book and education yourself on how to deal with these tricky situations, as you never know when you'll find yourself in these situations, and being pre-warned is pre-armed.

I wish I had found this book 40 years ago. A truly insightful, useful and practical book, and great value too.
