Josh and Jennifer have one special story to tell. This isn’t your average romance by no means. It’s unique, and deep rooted, and the love these two share span across countless lifetimes, realms and alternate realities. Not only are they soulmates with the strongest sort of pull to one another, but they also have quite the list of responsibilities on their shoulders and burdens to bare all the while exploring their love.
You see, Josh is the main protector in the spirit realms for the one and only High Priestess. I know, quite the job, right?! Jennifer, although in human form for most of the tale, also has some secrets hidden away about the spiritual life she’s meant to live in the fairly near future. A responsibility that’s been cloaked from even her for most of the book. Let’s just say that her old soul is not as naive and simple as her current lifetime may portray it to be.
When Josh was first recruited by Gisabella, the High Priestess, to join her team of guards he had just witnessed the woman he loved commit suicide. Gisabella informed him that this woman must live thousands of lifetimes as punishment, and asked him to join her warriors in exchange for living one of the women's lives as her husband. It was one hell of an opener to an all around impressive book.
Many years, battles and lifetimes later Gisabella assigns Josh to watch over and protect a gifted human. He is clueless that this young girl he’s been assigned to, Jennifer, is in fact the woman he loved so long ago. Gisabella also takes the young gifted girl to her realm and cloaks her of many her gifts and tells her not to let Josh know that he can see her until she turns 18. Jenifer follows this task, and although she sees Josh in his spirit form over the years it isn’t until she’s old enough that Gisabella lifts the cloak and the two of them spiral into an insanely passionate future. They get to know each other rather quickly through telepathic messages and eventually they decide to wed.
The marriage is conducted in Gisabella’s realm, with her blessing and she gives them a ceremony and honeymoon to remember. Their love is passionate, and after they’re united for eternity Gisabella comes clean on who exactly Jenifer is, along with what exactly they must accomplish together. Wow, just wow!! I loved this book all around and look forward to reading the next in the series! 5 stars for me!

When the door closed, Josh’s grin widened. Oh baby, I might be a lot of things, but shy isn’t one of them. He wanted Jennifer’s first kiss to be special, and one that they would both remember forever.

I meant to take this story with me in the year 2019, but I just couldn't stop reading.
Suzanne has a fabulous imagination. I really enjoyed reading about the world she’s created. It has plenty of charm, many surprising twists and turns, a fabulous plot line and beautiful true love. Her detailed and dynamic descriptions of both emotions and situations put a big smile on my face.
I'm looking forward to the next book in the Destined To Be Lovers saga.

This is a long sweet paranormal romance. Isn’t the cover beautiful?
It’s about how true love, love of soulmates could be stronger than high powers like high priestesses and or Merlin…or not. It’s very well edited and the language is easy to follow, though along with Jennifer you get to learn about gemstones and white light.
Suzanne does a good job bringing out the characters and their inner thoughts. Plus, though it’s a slow burning romance at the beginning and there is a lot of detail; all events still fall into place. My favorite character was Merlin, and hopefully there will be more of him in book 2.
I recommend this novel to those who like well developed characters and story lines. Liking metaphysical properties is a plus.

What do you do when you can see a ghost of a man standing there watching you . If you are Jennifer you smile at him and continue to go on with your life . Josh has guarded people for centuries but when he gets assigned to watch Jennifer there is something different about the young woman . Gisabella has something up her sleeve when she puts Jennifer and Josh together . As we find out theirs is a love story that spans centuries . Will they be able to love each other and keep the forces that want to hurt Jennifer and will their love survive .
What can i say about these characters , they are written very well and honestly they are complex . Jennifer is a sweet young woman who well actually comes off a bit naive in the first half of this book . She is sweet and kind but she is also the baby of the family and is treated like a baby by her parents. She does do some growing up and she really becomes a strong woman . Josh is a strong character who has a heart of gold but also has a hard job to do and he totally loves Jennifer but doesn't let her know cause he is scared of what could happen. He has been a guardian for centuries but his mind has been wiped . He is kind and sexy in his own way . Now my favourite character of them all Gisabella, she is hilarious and fun loving , but she is also kick butt as the boss of Josh. The patter between Gisabella and Josh are so much fun to read , they fight like brother and sisters but they also have a love that has grown .
I sat down with no preconceived notions of what this book was about . I was going in blind and I must say I was impressed . It took me just a little bit to get into the book but once i did i was hooked and couldn't put it down . The characters are well written and you can't help but fall in love with them . This sweet paranormal romance follows Demetri and Astraea's love story through the centuries . This sweet story has romance and a mystery and trials of love . The story will keep you reading all night long . You really want to find out what is going on and who is trying to keep these two apart. The only thing I found at the beginning it just seemed a bit slow and it was kind of hard to connect with the main characters . Just keep going the book gets so good and you will not put the book down . There is a cliff hanger at the end so i can't wait to see where book two takes us . So if you want a sweet paranormal romance check it out .

This is no ordinary boy meets girl and then years later (1,787 to be precise) they fall back in love and live happily together.
The Prologue, captures you straight away and sets the events up nicely between Astraea & Demetri (Jennifer & Joshua) and introducing Gisabella into the mix.
I really enjoyed reading this story, what I loved was the detail that the author put into each chapter, that you could picture it all clearly and feel the emotion coming off the pages. Love the characters and how they developed. The fact the Jennifer wasn't perfect, her fun innocence- yet sexy side that comes out and you can see how strong she will become. Josh is a heartthrob need I say much more, he is not without faults of his own, but he is a strong leading male that this story needs. Gisabella may be a High Priestess and you wouldn't cross her. I thought she was great character and I loved the banter that she had with the characters.
Another element to this story has is the inner thoughts. Now, this was clever because you had the character inner thoughts in italic and then in a different font as a inner thought that character used to send messages to one another.
Minor error - the odd letter or speech marks would be missed where it should have been highlighted. BUT was not a common issue just something that I picked up on.
Also, you got different points of view from all of the characters which given the story was a nice touch and worked really well.
Overall, I really enjoyed reading this, can see the author put a lot of time into it with the knowledge, clear detail and the diversity with all the characters. A few twists too keep you guessing and leads very nicely into the next story that I can't wait to read.

This is book one in the Destined to be Lovers saga and OH MY GOODNESS I cannot wait to read book two. This is a paranormal/sci-fi romance that seems more realistic than anything I have ever read before. I am not a fan of paranormal usually but this book sucked me in from the prologue and held me there. It is a long story and leaves you desperately wanting to know what happens next but in the mean time Josh and Jennifer stay with you.
This book begins in 180AD and it brings you to the late 70s over the course of all of these centuries Josh has been a protector, keeping those that need to be protected, safe. Now he is in charge of protecting Jennifer. I can't get into too much detail here for fear of spoiling this story, just know it is well worth the time to read it.
Well developed characters both main and secondary. You really get a feel of them all. From the minor roles of Jennifers friends to the major roles of Jennifer, Josh and Gisabella. The extent to which Ms. Nemec goes to put into detail the different ways that Jennifer must learn her roll. Awesome.
I am so glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone and jumped into this book. I will be waiting anxiously to read the next part of this saga.

A story that'll unravel something so much bigger. It's a page turner that'll keep you engrossed from the beginning. So many layers and details to this amazing story. It's a must read that I'd recommend.

This is a great read that keeps your attention. When you are soul mates your love with last through time no matter what happens your love will always be just as with Jennifer and Josh but sometimes things happens that love isn’t enough to keep you together, sometimes for different reasons you have to step away from each other when deceit and lies get in the way. This is a unique story that is powerful and full of emotion as well as chemistry with very steamy scenes that will make you fan yourself.

What a well written book Crossing Boundaries really aligned the stars and came out a winner for me. The chase of love across time was so interesting to me. Could you really cross the planes of time and space and love someone so much you would never forget them? This for me is what made this story so great I had to know does a love like that exist could one person love another so much that no matter what was thrown at them their love would always bring them back to each other. Intriguing concept and an even deeper story that I am still hung up on.

This was such a great story. Jennifer and Josh are soul mates and their love has stood the test of time. But lies and deceit have kept them from being together. Can they overcome these trials and finally be together?
I really enjoyed the uniqueness of this story as well as the chemistry between the main characters. The secondary characters were just as awesome and I need the second book right now!!!!

This is the first book by this author that I've read, and what a Discovery! This book is just breathtaking. The world and character building are complex and three dimensional from the outset, but continue to deepen as the novel progresses. A special shout out for Gisabella who could be easy to hate, but sucked me in with the intricacies of her motivations. I was hooked by this one right from the beginning, and through out the whole novel. I loved this one.

A love that our lives time
...wow...just wow! I was reading another book at the same time as this one and got so sucked into Crossing All Boundaries that I almost completely ignored the other book. This romance was packed full of surprising twists and the ending had me screaming, “Where’s the rest?” Good thing I have next book, because I HAVE to find out what happens between Josh and Jennifer next!

This is a great story that quickly pulled me in and kept me glued to the pages. The characters are complex, interesting, and likable. The story is sweet and full of love. I look forward to reading more from this author.

What do you do when the fates bring you both back at the same time but will there love be able to last for them this time? A wonderful story with fabulous characters that will steal your hearts and have you cheering for them and booing any villains that show up. Love this book and ready for the next in this series

Very interesting view point.
While to so many Faith is blind. What if someone could see more. What if there was a bigger picture than most could understand. In this story many of those things are hard to accept for our Heroine. Yet has her destiny been written already?

I am so happy I gave this book a try because it is an amazing book. The characters are very detailed and they suck you in. I haven't read anything like this ever and it didnt disappoint at all. I couldnt put it down this story was that good.

A thrilling read that's very different
Well, I was blown away by how different this story is and how well it's written. I was totally drawn in and struggled to put it down. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series! A fantastic read!

Phenomenal read
I absolutely loved Josh and Jennifer.
This book was well written and had some twist in it.
I never would of thought who Jennifer's grandma was and did that shock me.
I highly recommend this book.
