Read this probably 10 years ago. It isn't so much a book, as a "Life's little lessons" book.

I can't stand staccato pinball style, except, for some odd reason, when it comes to Tom Peters. He and his messages resonate with me. Not all of them, of course, but many more than the average book. MANY more. Nothing earth-shattering here, just plain sense...wrapped in a Dorling Kindersley package which is the perfect format for Peters.

Lots of sticky notes, underlines, and takeaways. Recommended.

I like Tom Peter's approach, using a lot of quick punches to pound home a change in thinking. The novel graphics and his intentional break from the old, tired words (e.g. "motivation") are welcome and illustrative. This is a useful book, worth reading in its entirety and then convenient for keeping as a handy reference or for quick inspiration.

TOM PETERS isn't a boring businessperson. Most business books are boring, but not Tom Peters.

His books are excellent and they’re full of passionate, emotional language and words and emotional passionate ideas about how to make business into something more, something special, not just greedy.

I always enjoy Tom Peter's irreverent writing style and layout but this one was especially "all over the place". Still, as always, there are great insights and thought-provoking snippets to help readers think through their current leadership approach and look toward next steps in their career. I liked it.
