The to-do list can be one of the most frustrating and discouraging things we have to encounter. The to-do list is supposed to work for us and help us to accomplish our goals, but for many of us it seems to work against us. Many people become overwhelmed with all that they have to do on a daily basis. When they don't accomplish what they felt needed to get done more stress and anxiety is added to their day. Conquering our to-do lists is critical to our success and our emotional state. It is important that we not only accomplish the to-do's that need to get done but that we also feel good about how the to-do list is working for us. It is important to be able to track how well our to-do list is functioning, so that we can know what to change and how to make it work for us instead of against us.
