A Roadmap to Success

I have worked for small, medium and very large companies managing customer service departments, sales departments and operations a couple even mentioned in thus book. Most of what is in this book I have personally went through and this book is spot on with the issues I faced and had too go through by trial and error. I wish the authors would have written this book thirty years ago so it wouldnt have taken all these years to get it right. I hope people with a real desire to make a difference in their company and the people they manage and work with take an inexpensive chance to change their lives and the people around them. This book will help relieve stress from work if you put a few of the models in this book into practice!

Great how to guide to build execution habits in your company.

Patrick and the rhythm team did a great job of including real case studies in addition to their robust experience helping mid-size companies.
