The Hichhicker's Guide to Agile Coaching

Rate this book
With this book we wanted to create an introductory reference for new Agile Coaches as well as experienced ScrumMasters. It contains much of the theory that we teach our new colleagues at agile42, and hopefully lots of insights for new coaches. This is the book we wish we had had when we started out as agile coaches.

That was a very interesting read and I would recommend this book to every agile coach. Doesn't matter if you are already very experienced or new to the role. This book offers you a lot of inspiring topics to think about. Giving you some exercises to try out in your daily work and techniques to read more about.
I noted down so much stuff I now want to try out in the real world! I don't even know what to start with :-D. Maybe using more powerful questions as a first step.

Overall I would say the book gives you a good overview of what coaching really means and how you can improve your work as a coach, independent from agile as a focus.
