This book was nothing but pure smut. Page after page of hot, sweaty, nasty sex with five guys. I loved every single minute of it.
SIDE NOTE: While having five guys service you in every which way known to man is super hot in theory. This practical thinking woman can't even begin to imagine the size of the grocery bill or how much laundry there would be in this situation. Also, I really hope she owns stocks in ice packs...because she ain't NEVER gonna walk normally again!

3 ‘I’m Being Generous Because the First Sex Scene was Hot and I liked Gaige’ Stars
Tess is the new bartender at an exclusive club. It’s a real “hot spot” and she finds herself on the radar of not one but five of her bosses— Gaige, Dane, Vince, Luke, and Noah.
“‘Nah, we don’t take turns, Tess…We share.’”
It started out promising, but this book suffers from…giving mixed signals. What you get is various tales of their sexual encounters. But the message the characters keep feeding is their special connection, the real deal, the one, head over heels in love (Yes, even one of the guys says that!)
Had the story actually delivered that, it could have made a huge difference in the rating. For example, we’re told that in the hour after Tess, Gaige, and Dane’s first encounter, they talk, drink, and share over their lives and backgrounds, and this is where they start falling for each other. It’s not the sex, they stress, but “the part that came after that” which made the difference. But instead of getting the actual scene, it’s summarized. Total missed opportunity. Sure readers can read between the lines, but if we’re supposed to be convinced that this is really love and not just three horny people, let’s be tuned in to their dialogue, grin at their banter, hear the clink of their bottles, experience the connection when they find some common ground in their lives, and sigh sweetly at their post nookie cuddling. In the words of the great Banky Edwards, “Now THAT, my friend, is a shared moment.”
It happens again about a chapter later. We next meet Vince who relates:
“She was captivating before. Knowing what she did last night and knowing now the wildness she’s capable of makes her irresistible.”
It seems that Tess made quite the impression on these men from the moment she walked through the door looking for a job, but that scene is never provided either even though several of them reference it. Shame, it would have made a fitting prologue.
The characters had potential, and I would have liked to know more about them individually. I liked Tess alright, but nothing that was depicted cast a light on why she was so special. The guys could say it all they liked, but the burden of proof is on the storytelling. Basically, it suffers from too much ‘tell’ rather than ‘show’ when it comes to the relationship and character development. Insta-love is something anyone can say. A solid narrative and plotting will prove it.
As the tale wears on, the professions of love grow worse, the character development more scant, and the sex scenes more repetitive. It was like a bad porn that was trying to pass itself off as romance. And the number of times the men insist that they aren’t jealous of each other—mind-boggling.
By the final absurd five-way scene, I was losing track of who was where and how she had enough limbs and openings to service these dudes. It played out more like a game of Twister on a poker table. Which, by the way, that must have been one supersized, industrial made table to hold all six of them. I think at the point where I was calculating the total estimated weight of the men in my head, it was clear that even the smut factor had lost me.
Told via all six of their first person POVs, this is erotica, not romance. Make no mistake, there’s a slim plotline with only one action scene that’s not sex; the characters are barely distinguishable from each other making them hard to connect with; and this is 100% lust/infatuation, not love. The safety factor was good though.

This book was a read for me just for the smut. And let me tell you that it did not disappoint! Because I read it for the smut I had to give it 5 stars because the smut was that good! And because the story is so short (150 pages) there really wasn't anything to this story other than the smut. And of course the guys were fucking mind blown sexy! :D
I definitely have to check out more of Madison's writing if the smut is anything like it was in this book! I definitely recommend this if you're looking for a short, smut-filled read. (:

Lo leí en una noche y un cuarto de mañana y la verdad me encantó. Fue súper candente y espectacular que mi leería de nuevo si pudiera.
Todos tenías su forma de «cogerla» y ella era un bolita de ternura, toda satisfecha cuando todos o de a dos le hacían cosas en, ya sabemos dónde. Eran una bomba todos juntos, unas ganas de ser ella.. y que siguiera trabajando incluso saliendo con sus jefes era increíble. Yo esperaba un spin of con ella embarazada o con ella en la regla o algo por el estilo para ver a Vincen... Luke parece que era el que más grande la tenía y que siempre la quería hacer más grande. Encantadores todos los hombres. Noah se supone que era él más grande en contextuara pero más tierno era jajaja. Después Dane y Gaige que compartieron todo también eran súper joya...
Me encantó la verdad para ser una lectura rapidita y calienta para ver cómo funcionan los órganos reproductores jajaja

Wow. The filthy five! I absolutley loved this story. Reverse harem and basically instalove in one. And these alpha males are hot, in charge and so dirty! They found the perfect woman and have no problem going after her, even if that means sharing. Loved this! I could not put it down. It is definitley a book you have to get, and you may need a shower when it is all over :). I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

Tess may be the new bartender at the night club Lume, but she's smart and adept at keeping the customers happy slinging drinks, even on the busiest night. She's also caught the eye of Gaige and Dane, two of the five co-owners of Lume. Not only that, but as we meet the other three co-owners, Vince, Noah and Luke, they're all enamored with the lovely Tess. Sexy times abound in this reverse harem romance!

Five Card Studs is a delicious and naughty reverse harem read with chemistry that sizzles and jumps off the pages and plenty of scorching hot sex that will have steam rising and puddles forming. This is a definite page turner from beginning to end.

El inta-love no me agrada pero en este libro incluso lo disfruté.

If you are looking for something with sex, passion, and action involved this is the book to get. Tess is working at and most popular bar in town as a bartender; the bar that is owned by Vince, Gaige, Dane, Noah, and Luck. Her first night there though the other person that was also a new hire failed to show up. So it was Tess and one of her bosses Gaige that ended up serving the nightly crowd. After the evening is over things heated between her Gaige and Dane. The next morning she goes to see Vince the boss that is mainly in control of things and things heat up with him and he also has her to help with a poker game that the would be hosting that night where she meets Noah and Luke. This does have a story line involving the both the Italian mafia, and Russian mafia with a gun stand off at one point. Not going to tell everything because that would really be a spoiler.
This book also included two other bonus books
1. Paid for Three Time: The main characters are Mia, Oliver, Erik, and Ash. Mia is struggling to find a job but her roommate seems to have money coming out of her ears. Finally her roommate tells her that she is dating a guy who pays her to be arm candy, and that she could get someone for Mia as well. That sex did not have to be involved. So Mia takes it but it does not turn out to be what her roommate had said. That man that she was to have a date with is a rich brute, and during the evening she finds herself kidnapped and put up on an auction block being bought by three men, Oliver, Erik and Ash. Now this book could be a trigger for some just to let you know. These three men are trying to keep her away from the nasty guy but she has a hard time believing them at first but it doesn't take long to convince her. This is one story that I loved because the bad guy gets what he deserves and then some.
2. Sugar and Spice: Collin and Isabella; Isabella goes to a nightclub to stop everyone from harassing her and she does the deed with Collin in the woman's restroom. Isabella is a straight a student in her final year at college, and the next week she goes on a interview with one of her college professors giving her high complements. Collin is looking for a nanny to watch help watch his children during the Christmas break. During the week nether could stop think about the other and imagine the surprise when he entered his library and standing in the line of applicants was Isabella, and her surprise that he was the one looking for an employee. If you like Diamante men that is what you get with Collin. This is such a sexy story but there is still a wicked ex-wife trying her darnedest to mess everything and everyone's lives. Great story

I Don't Know Where to Begin!
Before I start, let me set the stage at where I am and how I had to keep myself composed from laughing out loud! I am at my university proctoring a standardized test. I figured I'll go ahead and finish this book, so I can start on another. WHY IN THE HELL DID I DO THAT?!!!
Let me explain why I gave it 3 stars. I am a visual person, so scenes have to make sense for me to flow with the story. The beginning of it flowed smoothly, actually the whole story did until the last two chapters! I kept saying to myself, "How is this even possible?!" At times, I felt like I was reading a bad fight scene and couldn't figure out who was throwing the punches! So during this test, I had to cover my mouth to keep from saying, "Oh come on!", or just falling out my chair laughing at the scenes.
Madison Faye is a very good story teller, but for me, I probably need not read about no more than 3 at a time. I was completely DIZZY!😝 If you are looking for a sexually charged story that will have you counting in 5's, this is the one! HOWEVER, IT'S NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART!

This story is FILTHY
And I ate it up. I loved all the guys, and couldn't pick a favorite. I'm leaning towards Vince or Luke, but I can't decide. They were all great. I didn't love how every time out heroine described the guys, one of the-if not the first thing she !mentions is how gorgeous they are. That started to grate on me, but it's my only complaint. The bad reviews really pissed me off. NOBODY reads a Faye story expecting realism. She even makes it a point to mention how OTT and unrealistic her stories are in the summary. Stop giving bad reviews when you are warned about what you're going in to. That isn't fair for her as an author to be low balled, because someone took her warnings with a grain of salt. If you want a quick, sexy read, with lots of smut, and five alpha heros with FILTHY mouths, you have to check out this story. It might be the sexiest story I have ever read

4.5/5 STARS. UM I THOUGHT WAS GONNA BE SOME FORBIDDEN TYPE OF ROMANCE WITH ANGST AND TENSION BUT IT WASN’T. I loved it tho. So basically Vince, Gaige, Luke, Noah, and Dane own Lume where Tess works at and she’s lusting after Gaige but doesn’t do anything about it until Gaige makes the first move with Dane. They have a 3 way and eventually the truth comes out that they’re head over heels for her. The day after she goes into quit but Vince has been lusting after her since the day she came for an interview and Vince gets his turn separately. After that Tess meets Luke and Noah who are equally as hot and they fall for her too and they fuck on the same day. So and then basically after poker night she takes them all together and to be honest I was flustered and wanting more. I tell you there was more smut in here that all the other reverse harems combined and this isn’t even a series.
SMUT:5/5. I loved it. Nearly every chapter. OOF.

Oh god, look it started off good but then it was super meh, it's a smut book that only has smut, there's no plot involved, I mean the cover mesmerized me I thought I was finally going to find the reverse harem story I needed in my life but the truth is that since I saw the number of pages I knew that it was not going to be the great story, it is not bad but it was a duty, apart from that I have already said, unless there are werewolves the instalove is not my thing, I could even say that I hate it and most of them had barely met her and already loved her and she was the same with then, well, not for me, but yeah, we will continue looking for the smut of the year, sadly, I don't recommend it the truth is that if you are looking for a story with a plot this book it's not for you, but if you just want a porn story well I guess you're going to like it? Idk, the only thing WHY i put two stars was a character and THAT'S IT

Read the Title and if you know or have read any of Ms. Faye's titles you know what to expect. She has become one of my fav writers easy hot durty durty reads.
One + five could make for a bit of confusion but not this group, the win for me reading this was there wasn't a hint of jealousy among the males. There are brothers and best friends and they've made it a name for themselves with a very hot and popular club.
the One? self-talked a lot and even "tried" to quit and leave. Only to be shown why she should stay. I didn't see any mixed signals, except just Tess back peddling a bit worried about her "9-5" the males did there best to relive her of any concerns.
hot, sweaty, dirty sex at its finest, not to hard a chore for the One each male had their distinct personality and how they loved on her. I had fun and enjoyed it.

Mini-Review:
Halfway into the book and I was thinking what I would write about it. I laughed at the handful of thoughts rolling in my head because they were vague. This is a sex story. Don't go into it thinking that it's going to have deep characters, plot and setting. It's a gal and five guys hooking up and falling instantly in lusty love.
You know what? That's fine. I like the book for being a simple, ridiculous sex story. The characters were likable and all the reasons they had for why it worked were fine. The story was exactly what it said it would be and I like that.
Someone should go back and edit the book a bit more because there are some minor errors that were not caught & fixed. Other than that, this was an easy, fun read that made me laugh. The laughing was due more to my brand of humor than the book trying to be funny. =P

Obviously this is all about the banging and that’s cool. I will roll with all kinds of ridiculousness for sexy fun times, but this one wasted a lot of time trying to convince me that their relationship was deep and profound love. Usually Madison Faye’s stories are all hot sex followed by a few sweet words to give it a romantic feel, and that works. Gushing about how completely and profoundly in love she is after a five minute conversation and a few orgasms is beyond silly, and several paragraphs of that for each of the five guys? And then each of them gushing about how deep their connection is, apparently because they connected through her magical 🐱? Come on, now. It’s not even insta-love, it’s just poorly trying to convince the reader that something is there that definitely isn’t. Don’t bore me with many paragraphs of that.

Three stories in one book
“Five Card Studs” was my least favorite because of the insta-love element. Five guys professing love to a woman who was their individual missing piece was just too much. Each guy is huge yet only minor soreness expressed. It’s more erotica than tale; but, it’s a scorching read. “Paid for Three Times” was strangely more believable in its insta-love angle. The storyline had some layers that made this flaming read more tantalizing. Finally, “Sugar and Spice” has a predictable plot; but, it’s a sweet journey to HEA.

Libro culiao Malo literalmente es horrible de insta love, era el PRIMER CAPITULO Y YA ESTABAN COGIENDO Y NO SOLO ESO LITERALMENTE LOS MANES DECIAN "ES LA MUJER DE NUESTRA VIDA" Y QUE PUTO CRIGE DABA, en fin yo no tengo nada contra los libros poli amorosos, Yo amo los libros poli amorosos, pero este nose, tipo no conecte con ningún personaje y literalmente eran solo unos personajes a los que se le prestaba más atención(Vince), lo pero es que este libro no tenía una trama weon literalmente era pornhub en un libro. En fin no se lo lean si no es que quieran solo ver porno.
