The Biting Cold: High School Bites Book 2

Rate this book
It's been a month since I was bitten and turned into a werewolf. While meeting others of my kind at a yearly gathering called The Summit, I suddenly find myself the center of unwanted attention. When another pack's Alpha asks for help in locating a missing boy, I head further up the mountain into the ice-cold snow with my mate, Kodi, by my side. One thing this trip may just teach us both? Sometimes, even he can't protect me.

Good read

This was way better then the first. I think it was the intrigue, mystery thriller aspect I enjoyed about it.

Im still confused as to why Meghan was asked to investigate the disappearance of a boy but nevertheless I still enjoyed the story. I would have liked the mystery to go on a little more and to be thrown off on who it could be because pretty much from the moment we meet the character I instantly knew who did it.

But I enjoyed Meghan and Kodis relationship pregression and growth both as a couple and individually. I like how Meghan has her own presence in the book and not just because of her being the FMC but its more than that. She has an aura about her that really trabslates well out of the pages.

I didn’t expect this world to go the direction it did and im intrigues to learn more about it. I hope we get another book soon because I need to know whats gonna happen next after how this one ended.

What a surprise!!!

Where do I start? This little duet couldn't be so far removed from what I usually read... And I LOVED it!

We meet Meghan a human that feels a pull towards a bit in her school. They haven't really ever spoken and for some reason the start of the school year he feels a pull to her... little does Meghan know that Kodi is a wolf!
I won't give any spoilers but after some dreams and other events Meghan is pulled into Kodi world.

There are no TW or sex in this duet but it's such a great storyline that I was INVESTED from the start!

This is a cute high school wolf shifter romance.

This duet has so many things that I like about wolf shifter stories! Plus, I really enjoyed how the relationship developed between the FMC and MMC. Definitely a wolf shifter story to put on your list, especially if you like to stay more on the close door side of romances.

Really enjoyed

I have really enjoyed this series.
You might want to read the first book. The characters are well developed with an interesting plot. I hope there will be a third book. I would like to see the rest of Senior year.

If you like teenage paranormal romance you'll enjoy this book. My only complaint it was never explained why the heroine was getting visions even tho she Was human before she turned into a wolf? I understand the matebond but it doesn't explain the seer abilitie!.!

Amazing read

This storyline was much better than the first. I actually read the whole book in about five hours. The were a whole lot less errors than the 1st book which made much easier to. Couldn't stop. I really hope there will be a 3rd book and possibly more.

better than the first one

Was a pretty good read. Kinda wish there was a book 3. Not a cliff hanger ending, but definitely left wide open for the opportunity for more to come.

Really good

Some punctuation & spelling errors but those didn't really effect the story line for me. I really enjoyed the characters and the flow of every thing.
