Very basic. One short question a day, such as where you see yourself in five years. I never found one that inspired a day’s journal entry. I am usually a believer in less is more, but this needed more.

With a years worth of prompts, some will connect to the reader and some will not. I appreciate her work collecting all of them and organizing them into sections!

A good start

This is a good idea to use it for times you can't prompt yourself for a journal. So even if you don't use it the way the author wants it is great

Really focused me

I enjoyed using this book as a prompt for journaling and it has really focussed me in terms of what I want to do and what I have achieved. Love that there is a monthly theme. Would recommend to others.

Such a lazy piece of work. The few interesting prompts are shattered into tens of fragments to take a whole month on a particular theme. The result is drawn out, repetitive, and lacks inspiration. This book will be of use only to the most unreflective of readers.
