Excellent story, with a well-written Harry who is only slowly getting to terms with what he went through in his childhood, while at the same time having more “fun” and trouble (and friends, oh my!) piled upon him. Great characterisation, good plotting, fun side hints and almost-mentions, and most importantly, realistic reactions from the various actors.

Thanks to BrilliantLady for the recommendation, I shall continue reading this series!

Absolutely in love with this series. The slow growth of Harry and Snape's relationship, plus Harry's friendships within Slytherin, is just delightful and very well done.
