Greed and Fear, two emotions that rule both individuals...and Countries.

Now, China has decided that they will do whatever it takes to acquire TQB technology.

There was a glaring flaw in their plan. When they kill an unborn little baby in a raid, the Queen Bitch is Released.

Now, China has two options...Kill Bethany Anne, or Sue For Peace.

**Please note, as mentioned in a review, there is flagrantly foul language in these novels. The main character does not have a problem with cussing, just uninspired cussing.

Oh China, you dastardly bunch of scum sucking cretins!! << My attempt at TQB cussing. Not quite their level of vitriol, but I think Bethany Anne might give me a pass, considering it's my first try and the fact that it's 2:41 AM.

Addictive? Defiantly!

So, what would you do if someone attacked your businesses and killed your employees along with an unborn baby girl? Well, BA hit the total mayhem button.

China attacked. China surrendered. After their infrastructure, financial, firewalls, military and political structures were attacked. No civilian was harmed during this utter mayhem madness.

BUT! Another Kurtherian player has emerged. The Leopard Empress. Nasty nasty women. The chosen individual is Stephanie Lee who organised the attack on TBQ in Colorado. She has been inhabited by two entities a male called Yang and a female called Yin. Both entered her via a similar pod used on BA in book one.

Difference is, unlike Tom they want to change the human race by using it's food to spread nannites. They would change humans regardless. The entities were meant to control the host but she is too strong. Stephanie control's them. She isn't a nice person. She is all in for power. The destructive kind.

Think blockbusters Independence Day and Armageddon. Put them together. Bingo, you now get the idea of the destruction of China.

Hell, it's exciting stuff. You find yourself cheering from the sidelines. Yep, you become the Queen Bitch cheer leading squad. I'm off to read number twelve. I know there are other books I've promised to read but I need to know what happens next. I just don't need, I really NEED to know. Enjoy!

Rating: minus 5 on a scale of minus 5 to plus five.

This book is now up for a rewrite and as usual it is doubtful that anyone else will read this. This is probably the first writer that I ever "hate" read. I came to despise his writing and have seen the same limited imagination in Kindle Unlimited repeated in title after title over more than a 1000 books.

Before I continue I must visit the YouTube to fortify the spirit. This was made possible by the channels Doctor Who/They Break My Heart - RecklessGirl100, NCMI, Heather Cox Richardson, Maggie Mae Fish, Red Glasgow, Ukraine Calling, LuckyBlackCat, Fit 2B Read, Truth to Power, Aid Thompsin, Top Ten Sci-Fi Web Series, Reese Waters, Broken Peach, Postmodern Jukebox, Mia Mulder, The Ritual Kitchen with Laura May, Guard the Leaf, Bobbing Along, Real Time History, Lady Knight the Brave, Authors Behaving badly, Jean's Thoughts, Vlad Vexler, Squire, Outlaw Bookseller, Vizyon Baba, Viva La Dirt League, Terrible Writing Advice, Just in Time Worldbuilding, ThePrimeChronus, Cruising Alba, The Discriminating Wargamer, Belle of the Ranch, Dungeons and Discourse, Players Aid, Ukraine Matters, Octopus Lady, Twinshangout, The Historian's Craft, Brandon Fisichella, Matriarchetype, SandRhoman History, Keffals, Gutsick Gibbon, Ben G Thomas, Planarwalker, Biz, Dr Fatima, Kazachka, Art Deco, DUST, Broken Peach, KernowDamo, Cruising Crafts, Caelan Conrad, Leeja Miller, Well Deck Diaries, Tabithaspeakspolitics, The Alt-Right in Table Top Games, Horses, Narrowboat Pirate, Kiko1006, It's Black Friday, NerdForge, Mynameismarines, With Cindy, The Shades of Orange, Sci-fi Odyssey, Tod Maffin, Cruising Alba, ReligionForBreakfast, Jay Exci, Skip Intro, Lady of the Library, Texas Paul, Eugenia from Ukraine, Radio Retrofuture, SciencePhile the AI, Art Deco, Apostolic Majesty, ScaredKetchup, Kent, Turn Left, The Scottish Clans, Hoots, Wily Films, Think That Through, Brian Keating, Lily Simpson, The Map Reading Company, The Juice Media, Rebecca Watson, Ask a Mortician, Nora's Guide to the Galaxy, HaleysTusk, Bookpilled, Eurasia Naval Insight, The Bands of HM Royal Marines, SK Media, Vidar Solaas - Wyrd Sisters, Mercado Media, Owen Jones, Jessie Gender, RevolutionarythOt, Vidya Mitra, JohnTheDuncan.

One idiot whilst insulting a trans female creators complained to her that I list trans female channel creators. I do not understand how these US males manage to survive with so little self-awareness. To him and his be aware that my list of channels include boater, archaeologist, bi, military historian, socialist, Irish, intersex, anthropologist, physicist, trans, redhead, cis, Indian, hobbyist, asexual, tall, WOC, communist and other female creators known as Women. Almost as harmful to self-indulgent ignorance are the Kenyan, other LGBTQ+, anarchist, economist, ginger, other BIPOC, naval historian, Danish, military board gamer, modeller, fashion historian, Canadian, ethnocynologist, chemist, and other creators known as Human Beings. If the voices still urge you to expose yourself to reality, immediately consume 12 to 18 hours of GB, develop a hobby (not to include abusing a suspected immigrant, which is mental illness (Georges flag notwithstanding) or seek an emergency exorcism. The tedium of these revisions is sometimes overwhelming. At that point, I am reminded of the early days interview with the middle age teacher who organised and led her civilian anti-tank team hunting Russian armour North of Kyiv. With that example, I cannot but continue. Glory to Ukraine. Glory to the Heroes. Crimea is Ukraine.

Anderle books never rest on a sane, plausible or consistent background universe. His books always feature a plot which is indecipherable. His characters can never manage to finish a story with a logical arc, neither does he develop depth for them. The dialogue mimics the same poorly thought out character interactions. The style and word usage are not worthy of analysis. Suffice it to say that story structure, storytelling worldbuilding and prose are a disjointed mess, even in books listing him as secondary author.

Combat in these boom-boom spacey-space books in Unlimited are particularly offensive, since I have seen almost none demonstrate the least understanding of combat, current naval usage, military organisation or plausible political aims.

There was one exception in which a writer wrote an actual novel based on what seems to be the Anderle shared universe. That book was almost enjoyable and as I remember it, she hinted at a world of far more depth than I thought was possible given the hot mess she was handed. I am not hopeful that she will be given another opportunity to further contribute to that universe. I suspect that the publisher, not the writer will veto that possibility.

I found ridiculous prose, no plot, contrivance as plot device, dialogue befitting an eight year old of no particular talent writing under the influence of too much sugar, to be van odd choice for publication.

This book might be the model for for S J Maas fantasy and is written for that audience. This appeals to those women readers probably, so is a disjointed girl boss mess. It seems to be exciting to a reader in the mood but science fiction it is not.

The Spaceships are easily replaced by dragons, the vampire by elf, the angels by gods and do not look for recognisable logic, context and definitely not character.

I truly hated this writer until I realised that publishers promoted him and his pretence of story specifically by attaching the Anderle name to other poor first time writers. He is such an awful writer that I suspect he is one of the "trust fund baby become a writer" club. I forced myself to read eight of this series if such it can be called. I had not heard or thought the term "hate read" before this.

The writer paints an all white middle age white male group as solely representative of US adults. Women involved in changing the world stop midstream for shoe shopping and what he imagined is girl talk. Women writers churn out the same drivel.

I had one commenter on my last book, who might have explained the nature of the fiction. Instead she was a condescending idiot. Imagine Philomena Cunk minus the charming earnestness. That reader is symptomatic of the membership which lack media literacy, their poor socialisation, their parochial worldview. She was a Karen, not a fellow reader and Goodreads would normalise that condition.

US publishers have apparently decided that average reading level for Romance must be that for eleven years old, which I discovered from a quick internet search. That of science fiction is probably that for the ten year old based on my 1000+ attempts at Kindle Unlimited fare. Neither is a particular problem for either genre. However neither level demands nor excuses poor writing, lack of editing even to misspelling, uneven style, absence of worldbuilding, no character development and the rest.

Continuing required another visit to the YouTube and some TV. This next was made possible by Doctor Who/Be Kind -Reality Genre Studios, Red Glasgow, The Kavernacle, AllShorts, Royal Institution, Jay Exci, ScaredKetchup. I am not certain but It seems there are only four major US publishing houses, which makes a consensus of quality standards almost guaranteed. This does not benefit the reader and has fostered repeated ugly themes, characterisation and have normalised writers such as Dalzelle, Chaney, Anderle and Ringo. I lost interest in US science fiction written after 2010 and Kindle Unlimited do not promote even Weber, McCaffrey, Drake, Silverberg, Cherryh and others.

I watched rather than read fiction as a result. YouTube is host to DUST, Omeleto, and other entertaining and thoughtful short film channels, as well as Reddit amateur science fiction fantasy narration channels. These despite their flaws are superior stories to most of the 1000+ Kindle titles on my Goodreads shelves. I doubt that the quality of print speculative fiction will improve without a reader rejection of the current standard.

Consider treating this as a potentially hostile site. 🤔

Goodreads discourse is not encouraged. As example, a bit more than four years ago I wrote a short negative review of Powers of the Earth, a poorly written, juvenile salute to what would now be called the sociopathic January 6, 2021 hero. The plot if such it can be called, revolves around a rich twit enlisting the military to overthrow the US government in order that he not pay inheritance taxes.

The writer, a Travis Corcoran self-identified as libertarian (now anarcho capitalist minus the multi-millions wealth) and advocate for a return of chattel slavery (now a popular US stance), supporter of Putin (another popular US stance), veteran and employee of an unnamed US agency. He was a MAGA hero before the label was coined.

He and six fellow patriots, were incensed by my description of the book as dangerous and unhealthy. In 2025 here we are. Those earning 40,000 or less call for protection of the multi-billionaire, even at the cost of ending governmental services, ending the thin social safety net, allowing unsafe water, air and soil in support of corporate profits from which they do not benefit, direct militarization of police and shredding of their constitution.

They spent a year demanding my response to comments praising slavery, hating the notion of social good (mislabelling that as socialism), decrying civil rights for all citizens and other madness.

With the exception of the Corcoran himself, none included the book on their shelves.🤔
The final comment was delivered by a Claes Rees Jr aka cgr710 now ka Clayton R Jesse Jr in which he proclaims that They had "won" (?), after referencing the contents of my last message to a Goodreads friend.

I discovered that these demented souls had launched a tsunami of truly sick misogynistic, anti-LGBTQ and racist comments against every female creator of channels mentioned for more than a year (it continues still). The physicist, book reviewer, boater, architect and other female creators were neither silenced nor impressed. The world's overabundance of unpleasantness was certainly increased and a chilling self-portrait of the Snowflake (aggrieved, arrogant, mental US man-child) was delivered to a multinational audience. That must count as Victory. USA, Yay ?? Goodreads, Yay ??

That a communist with the opinion that such a common theme in Kindle selections is dangerous and unhealthy could cause a meltdown among US patriots was quite the surprise. It did for me rehabilitate the term "irony". 😊

A final stepaway to the YouTube. This last was made possible by Doctor Who/Never Cruel or Cowardly -Ozar, NCMI, Imperial War Museums, Dark Docs, Dark Seas, Vlad Vexler, Zoe Bee, Think Ukraine, Ember Green, Lynn Saga, Caspian Report, Atun Shei Films, Mandy, J Draper, Bernadette Banner, Dylan Burns, Contrapoint, Keffals, Ben and Emily, Ukraine Calling, SandRhoman History, Military Aviation History, Leena Norms, Petticoats and Prose.

Ominous music begins. 😊 The running history of my experience on Goodreads can be found on my review of Powers of the Earth. The comment gangs are in my opinion unhinged and Their displeasure runs to doxxing, stalking (online and IRL), threats and in future perhaps the Swatting. The employees are petty little men, who enable the madness. Amazon do not move to protect the customer from other members or mad employees.

Goodreads shared my very limited message history with these madlads. That made possible a request from Pine Gap Centre of Australian Intelligence attempt to uncover my personal history through interrogation of the one friend whom I occasionally messaged. My friend contacted me and was seriously concerned for my life. Amazon only became concerned as we began sharing our experience.

That concern extended only to returning my page options to normal, disappearing Lurkers I had not been Allowed to remove, masking comments and the rest. Recently I had my review list altered several times in an attempt to break my queuing process, I imagine. 😁

I suggest precautions when using Goodreads. Remove all personal information from profile and avoid messaging. Remove the Lurker, those who never post. They are monitors for comment gangs, not admirers. Given the Goodreads penchant for Altering customer pages, the screenshot of the odd, ugly and threatening are invaluable. These may make you safer.

Kindle use is more perilous. Do Not Use Kindle Files, Calendar, Contacts or Email. Kindle read customer emails without permission or notice. Do Not "purchase" Amazon ebooks. You own only the device, not the download. Your download may be Altered or Deleted at Amazon's whim. That was a mistake which I myself made. All Silk searches should of course be non-critical and innocuous.

Amazon employees and members do not do introspection. They will never ask "Are we the Baddies?" They possess no recognisable morality but more importantly are patriotic Snowflakes (outraged white US man-children) or fascistic thugs more like. Ominous music ends. 😊

Be well my friend and may we all find Good Reading. 🤗

wasn’t as impressed with this one

This was okay, but nothing special either. It dragged a lot. I think the amount of fighting and violence was too much. It was needed in some scenes but there was no need to drag it out as long as it was. It actually detracted from the story, especially as the bunker fight was all rinse and repeat scenes.

That nothing happened in this book, except the fight with the PLA and China. It was as if Tabitha scenes were only thrown in as a scene breaker, as they didn’t really push the story forward. Nothing about why she chose these guys to go after was explained much at all, except that maybe the guy at the top did something against TQB. But it wasn’t explained well what they did.

Having Ectarina give birth at the end was nice, but an obvious plot device to the concept of the death of the the unborn girl, Alexandra, ending with Bethany Anne being able to see the birth of their next generation. Major counterpoint to the earlier death but too contrived and obvious in my opinion.

I also don’t care for the future alien bits popping in. From those you get the explanation that all of these books are just stories being told by those well into the future to a class regarding their Empress. But then when reading them it’s written as if they are current. It doesn’t mix well for me. Plus with having the future already partially laid out, you know certain things will happen or not happen, no matter what. One of the worst offenders for this, the reader knows that Bethany Anne is the Empress in this future. So anytime she goes in to fight, you know she’ll survive. Then when she goes off on her own to fight, like in the Chinese bunker, you already know no significant harm will come to her. Sort of spoils the story. Now we know Adam is also in existence in this future.

Sadly the series turned from fairly good to blah for me. The further you get into it, it just seems the same characters repeating the same jokes and repeating the same style of events. There is nothing surprising or new. Great another rocket scientist joke, mentioning BMW drinking, Tina’s field trip to space, Tabitha repeating the same boring bits, “Don’t say that in front of Bethany Anne” joke, or even the Pepsi/Coke commentary. I realize people in general repeat things often in their life, but we read to experience new things, that maybe we can’t have in real life.

Bringing up the Pepsi/Coke debate. A good boss would understand that everyone has different tastes. It’s even mentioned that after being enhanced, most of the Bitches and the Queen don’t even care for beer any longer. So why is it Bethany Anne, who is supposed to be so good with people, can’t focus beyond her own preferences and has to force those preferences on others. Fine she drinks Coke, but at meetings and where so many others live aboard a ship, there will be some diehard Pepsi fans. I’d prefer an argument between the two sides over a dictator stating you can only have the one she prefers. It might seem like a small item to argue over, but as little decisions are made and handled, usually so go the larger ones as well. A better way to have handled it, after getting enhanced, for whatever reason, Pepsi tastes wrong to this group, where Coke tastes like the nectar of the gods. That or you could make it, the Weschelbag only like Pepsi, due to their nanocytes and Vampire’s nanocytes want Coke. Maybe since their nanocytes are made by differing factions, they pull etheric or other energy differently from these drinks.

I hope that the further this series goes it will get better. Maybe other writers using this universe will help it. Of course that didn’t help with the Martha Carr Oriceran Universe, where so many voices created a universe where the whole didn’t mesh together. In that I couldn’t understand how so many various differing ways of magic could work. Not to mention the rules seemed to change in that world, depending how who was doing the writing - sometimes the same author would even change the rules between books. Don’t even get me started regarding the Maria Apple character Oriceran books - I had to quit reading those as they were so bad, and I have only ever quit reading a series, or even a book, after starting, possibly three times and I’ve read thousands of books. I hope that won’t be the case here, but as Anderle had his hand in that universe too, it has become a concern.

5 You Can Borrow My Ovaries Stars

Sued For Peace is the eleventh book in The Kurtherian Gambit Series by Michael Anderle.

That this is the first book to receive an entire five star review is not shocking. The first human created spaceship (ArchAngel) appeared, followed closely by the second.

We finally brought retribution to the Chinese government in these pages. Hopefully they don’t hold onto that ‘long memories’ ideology. Because all fans of Bethany Anne and Co. know she left them off easy. They could’ve been wiped from the map.

I’m worried about Stephanie Lee, the Leopard Empress. And that right around her awakening, a non-human spaceship is detected entering Earth’s atmosphere. I think the next book will showcase the Queen’s might and encourage the Earth populace to respect their protectors and join up. Here’s hoping honestly🤞🏻.

I’m thankful so much levity and camaraderie was introduced in this installment. With Hirohito, Ryu, and Tabitha. With the introduction of a pinup calendar flaunting the Queen’s Four Horseman and some other leading ladies. Also, with Auran the Merciless’ debut when we regretfully lost Mark Billingsley.

Thankfully, the President of the United States as represented in this universe was not a colossal ass and realized the futility of attacking this rising power. I hope he will bring the US and their government powers to her cause with ease, since some of those below him have rather inflated opinions of themselves.

That we have yet to fully exorcise the rot of the hidden Illuminati element within these pages as of yet is another blow. Here’s hoping this next book levels them and all that stand against our Queen. So we may move on to finding other Kurtherians and heading into our future introduction of other alien races. May they be more intelligent than the antagonists we have seen this far.

I'd like everyone to know that as I'm on book#12 as this is one of the fastest moving , most interesting series I've ever read. The depth of every character is satisfying, the pseudo science is amazingly well thought out, and out, and this is coming from a reader who, at 65 years of age, has read quite a lot, given as how I've been reading since I was 3 years old. The entire series is well edited, which is wonderful to behold, and every story is convoluted to keep you on the edge of your seat. Because I read a lot, I become bored easily if the are too many errors, and if the action is not quick. This is a well-thought- out, amazing series that I highly recommend to anyone who is discerning in their choice of reading material. Hoo- raj for this author and his support team!---Janis Ward, Kindle Customer, avid reader.

Firstly: Graphic Audio edition 5 stars for audio and cast but I must rate this on the book.

TL:DR: useful if you want to continue the series but likely mostly skippable if you've passed through before

Getting really over the evangelizing of people either being useless or productive in ways she can use, at least in verbal sense, whilst her character tends to act more sympathetic. Feels a bit like an author jamming down their own frustrations even if they don't match the leads performance.

Outside that this book was decent but outside a big note at the endz the majority of it was removing the fangs of one of the major non equal powers (for good reason though)

Slightly spoiler here:
Almost nothing about leopard empress seems to have been discovered by TQB even though some of the groups they hunted were involved.

A totally P...... Off Queen B. .... goes hunting

Another great read. Okay a lot of blood and gore but it's not focused on so even a lightweight like me can enjoy the read (I hate too much blood and gore). She is still trying to track down the ones responsible for the attack on the base. The base they've had to leave now. The space ships are coming along and new more deadly designed weapons are being made. However another enemy has stepped into the ring -China! Attacks on her companies, people and the net have forced to to step from seeking retribution against the killer's to all out WAR! What will the result be? Will her Girls state pairing off? Will new life come out of the old?

Well! Bethany Anne does it again!

When China loses whatever sense it might have had, and sends a black ops group in a raid to grab as much tech as it can from TQB offices, they do the inexcusable as far as she's concerned, and they kill a woman carrying her unborn daughter.

Then, to make matters worse, when Bethany Anne gives them two choices: to kill her, or sue for peace, they again make the wrong choice, and attack her Australian Base.

As far as Bethany Anne is concerned, this means War and, to China's surprise, she shows them just how mistaken they have been, in thinking her easily broken!!!

An awesome read, once more, and totally unputdownable, just like the previous books!

Thank you, Michael, for continuously surprising, and delighting me, with each book I read in this series!

I don't do reviews. It's not that I am so self absorbed to relate to the things that affect me: I'm just old. Late "baby boomer" Vietnam and crap that didn't let go. . . . Can you hear my therapist? I wrote my first review after reading Death Becomes Me. I was waiting for the second book to down load. Been hooked since. Emily, I want to invite you to meet my family. There are a bunch of us. Can't imagine how you keep up with the characters, moods, emotions and nuances of happenstance.OMG(oh my goodness). If you have not tried this series, you have missed a lot of fun. Pull it out. Let go. Have fun. Good work!

Woohoo!

Hot damn! Things just never slow down in these books!
I love how Tabitha is growing into her position as the second Ranger. She’s going to be a handful for her two Tontos. Lol. But I think they can handle their Kemosabe. Barnabas is coming along nicely, although he still can’t handle a hug.
The Chinese just don’t learn. After the assassination of Mark and the murder of of a pregnant research scientist, Bethany Anne decides enough is enough. The Leopard Empress begins to make a move just as Marcus is astonished to see a an alarm letting them know they aren’t alone in space!
More good times are on the way!

Bethany Anne is still being attacked by the Chinese government and the US president has become her ally, unbeknown to his advisors. She prepares to move her whole enterprise off world, just to get some peace. The Chinese are not patient however and given an ultimatum, kill me or sue for peace, they foolishly take the first choice. China is in for a world of hurt. When Bethany Anne’s businesses are attacked and people are not only hurt but killed, the war becomes far more deadly. For everyone of her people lost, China will lose one hundred, is her verdict. War is now inevitable, it’s not just Forsaken or terrorists, it’s the Chinese military.

Audiobook review: Team Q.B. Is back and this time they’re taking on a a greedy, down right thieving country (Anderle really lays it out about this particular country’s thieving history- good for him to throw in real life events) that proves they have no honor when it comes to others property. Several battles take place that will leave you rooting for TQB! There is also a bit more female talk in this book with regards to masterminding relationships and a pinup calendar of the guys...just a little girl talk. The world gets to see TQBs might. The narrator did a great job!

WooHoo!!!

I am going to be so sad when these books end. Starts out thinking you are dealing with paranormal things and then throws you into space. What a combo! I am loving this series. I think I will have to read them again. I have lived this story in my head. You will get lost in the imagination of this author. Superb writing and an imagination far beyond anything I have read before. They should make a movie or a tv series out of these books. As long as they follow the books, it would be a hit.

Sued for Peace, a Review

Love all of the books in the series. I love the style and “feel” of the prose. I’d definitely recommend!
Also serving for 23 years in the Army, two deployments Desert Shield/Storm, and Enduring Freedom as a Soldier, then almost two years in Afghanistan as a DoD civilian. I love and can relate to the camaraderie of the characters. Oh, I forgot to mention Ive been training in martial arts for 45 years also. Also relative to the characters in the series.

Love this series!

Just discovering this series and I'm almost all caught up for next release. I'm usually read more romance sci-fi and paranormal. This has a little of everything. Although I really hate the fact that the main character lost her love, I'm hoping that they will be reunited in the future. The only complaint I have is too often the characters have the same names. It like Mr. Anderle is only allowed a few names to use as fictional characters.

Pumped

I can only say that one of my ultimate fantasies would be to have been right there with BA and the teams. China has finally poked the wolf once too often and now it's time to bring the pain. They have a choice. Be destroyed, or sue for peace. Simple really. Other countries better pay attention before the lesson is over and the killing has begun. Meanwhile, the Empress rises and maybe a new player is about to show.

Best Line ever in this book:
Tabitha: ...going to cut off your johnson and put a popsicle stick in its place. This has me cracking up so much while I was talking with my daughter. I had to stop and explain.

There were a lot of great moments in this book. It is funny how Bethany Ann explains the reason why she just doesn't punish everyone to the anthology of going to the playground and punishing everyone just because one child makes a mistake. That was epic to me.

Yeah, this one didn't sing to me. It gets harder and harder for me to play along with the oo-rah factor in these, particularly when the shades of totalitarianism, revenge porn, and right wing fan-service are so blatant. Sometimes it's fun, sometimes not-so-much.

This one was a not-so-much for me.

Super fast action, great world building and witty dialog

Well, our characters are wearing their hero roles with authority and bad@$$ness. The ever progressing plot is on it's way into space. The title could have been, "Vampires from space save the world." Finally, book 11 .is a cohesive display of fantasy turned science fiction and I don't mind one bit.

Lazy

Okay I realize every super hero has to have a super villain. So we have big bad wolves so we need evil cats. Sheesh the super villain cat lady is really bringing me down, kinda lame. Was going to only give this one a 3-star however I have enjoy the previous 10 books. Here is hoping that cat girl and her evil minions are killed off soon.

Another great story!

Well, the enemies certainly got what they deserved. While I’m really glad a lot of innocent people were not killed, I can’t help but feel bad for the mountains. I mean, they are just ‘sitting’ there, minding their own business...

I can’t wait to see how all of the new stuff is dealt with in the next book. :)

History lesson

An interesting technique. More mayhem. More death. More compassion. More of everything (including creative cussing) that makes this series amazing. I think some Cold Chisel needs to be included for future reference, especially for the Aussie vamps.

PS: I finished this at 4am even though I promised myself lights out at 2am!!!!!!

Things just keep getting better

This is the best yet, the hunour, action and suspense really hits you where you like it. The twists especially got me which is good when you are looking to increase into such a large series of books. BA remains fresh and the introduction of new dynamics in the book helps immensely i think.
6 out of 5 stars.

Noice!

So here we are 11 books in and I am just waiting to see how this new threat shows themselves and how they can compete with the Queen Bitch. I also wonder if this Leopard Empress is going to have more of an internal battle or if they are all on the same page in that one head...didn’t sound like it at first so I guess only time will tell. I miss Michael, just sayin.
