Another exciting and mysterious sexy read by Milly Taiden! Loved the chemistry between tatted dragon shifter, Clacher and curvy empath, Lexi!

Excellent story with dragons and an empath. Lexi is beautiful inside and out. She works her family’s nonprofit organization, a women’s shelter, volunteers at an animal shelter, and others. Clacher is a dragon shifter and tattoo artist who has been looking for his mate for centuries. He has just opened a new shop when Lexi comes in. She has brought one of the women from the shelter to apply for a job. He asks her out and knows he is in love with her already. But she keeps having dreams of someone trying to kill her and then big black dragons show up and Clacher rescues her. They have to protect her because she is a mate to one of them but the mating mark hasn’t showed up yet. Clacher is hoping it’s him but is afraid it might be one of his brothers. When she is kidnapped, he’ll stop at nothing to get her back.
Wickedly sexy. Smoking hot dragon. Gorgeous, sweet, lovable woman.

Another hit!

I think there are 2 more books coming but I would be excited for more if possible. The characters are so sweet and funny together. Even the serious males are playful with the women they love. Glad this was a second chance love, and hopefully some of the minor characters mentioned are part of future works.

Second book & its just as good as the first. I love the dragon shifters they are explosive in every way. I love the fact that they are inked men & seriously sexy. Loved Lexi she is so sweet & tough, can't wait for more of the Drachen Mates series.

FREAKEN FANTASTIC!!!
I have really enjoyed reading this series, and can't wait to see what Dragon gets his mate next. This book is fast paced, and keeps you on your toes. One you can't put down.

Wow That was fast.
Things do move quickly in this book, but it does NOT effect the story at all. It does Not mess up your reading, it adds to it.
So wrapped up in this story, now I can't wait for more.
Love that it was instant for Lexi and Clatcher, with a surprise twist- that you just have to read to find out.
This book, does not have many of the characters or appearances from book one. But its great non-the-less.
So in love with this new series!

I love this series. The characters are unique and I really love that the series is focused on Dragon Shifters. Lexi and Clacher are an interesting couple. A centuries old dragon shifter who is also a tattoo artist and a generous woman who runs a woman's shelter and multiple charities who is also a tattoo enthusiast with rainbow hair. I really enjoyed learning their story and seeing them get their HEA. The author did a really good job writing the story.
The narrator, well... do you remember that seriously obnoxious tone of voice that Nicholas Cage used in Face-Off when he was playing the bad guy before the switch with Travolta, well... that's what the narrator of this book reminds me of. It may be just me, but it drove me a bit batty. It wouldn't have been so bad if it was just one character who he gave that voice to, but he used a varied version of it for all the male characters. I'm not a fan. However, I did like his version of the female voices. They were a bit more varied than the males and they didn't sound anything like N.C.!
The story get 5*s, the narration get 3*s, for an overall of 4*s.

I loved the idea of this kind of second chance. Lexi getting flashbacks to her previous time with Clacher as Laila. I really like that they have the opportunity to fall for each other BEFORE knowing they are true mates. That was a pleasant twist from previous shifter books I've read. I didn't like how the story felt almost choppy in areas or there were characters mentioned that I have no clue who they were. That may be my fault since I've read the second before the first. All in all, a good fast read with some action and danger from the black dragons, but plenty of romance, love and of course, sex for Clacher and Lexi.

Absolutely Beautiful
I never fail to enjoy myself with anything that this author writes. I love watching people around me stare at me when I suddenly laugh out loud at something I read. When its family I always have to share and they are usually rolling their eyes ar me.
I love these Dragon mate books, even though you know they are going to end up being mates the journey they take is always enjoyable.
There are parts that will make you laugh and cry. You might even find yourself wanting to slap somebody. But it is all worth it in the end.

Loved it!
This book ticked all the boxes that make me One Click! Interesting storyline, complex characters, AUDIO OPTION for all the books so far. The storyline is unique to this couple yet furthers the series as a whole. I love that this author has the ability to give us this couples complete story with their own HEA, yet leave us wanting to dive into the next book to see where she is going to take the series. Well Done!

Three stars only because I love Milly Taiden.
There were too many plot holes. Why did she leave him in a past life? What was the vision Morgan had with his dragon that was never explained? Overall, these books just seem too rushed. Maybe everything comes together with the rest of the books. But, honestly, these two were hard to get thru and I don't see my finishing the series. I expected more of Milly Taiden.

Boy. Must run out of dark dragons sometime, one would think. Nice that Clacher recognizes his mate even when he doesn't know it. A bit of past life regression, an almost-not-protective enough dragon, and a tongue stud. What more could Lexi want? lol. Have to read to the end to find out.

What bothered me the most about this book, is that we are down to four brother dragons. In the first book, "Bound in Flames", we are introduced to five brothers: Tor, Jae, Clacher, Drayden, and Ker. Well where did Drayden go? All of a sudden he's removed from the family? Readers do notice these things.

Personally I really enjoyed this story. It was a wonderful addition and I am excited for book 3! The book had a wonderful flow and allowed you to get lost in the story. There were no noticeable spelling or grammar errors, which tend to distract me, and a clear story which included enough information that if you didn't read the first story you would not be lost.

I loved this. the continuation from the first but also al good story in it's own right. Lexi and Clasher meet when she takes one of her shelter ladies into his shop for a job. this sparks a series of events leading to love and romance mixed in with danger.

So much more than i expected
I think Milly outdid herself with this one! The character development and depth kept me trying to see if it would follow one path only to never see one coming but wow did it tie it all together. I was a great read

Love dragons.
This book has a surprising twist. I loved the way the heroine and hero danced around their relationship before finally getting together. Love conquers all, even battling dragons. I would recommend this book to anyone.

This was a pretty quick, fun read. With plenty of intrigue, action, humor, and of course steamy romance. I'm definitely looking forward for the next book in the series. I voluntarily read and review this ARC no minority compensation was received the opinions I have expressed are my own.
