When George's Mr. Dinosaur comes apart, the family agrees to replace it at the local store. The come across the Dino-Roar, a mechanical dinosaur that is sure to bring hours of fun. However, George soon learns that he must be extremely gentle with it, cannot bring it into the bath, and should not keep it in his room. After a short time, things go sour for George and his new toy, leaving Peppa to make a discovery that turns things around. Neo always enjoys the Peppa Pig series and knows all too well how important a favourite toy or item can be.

My older cousin Emma graciously donated to me all her Peppa Pigs books. I like tapping the pages with my finger and saying "glug glug" with a big smile. I also like crawling around with the smaller board books in my mouth. So I guess you could say I'm a massive fan.

When Dr. Dinosaur breaks, George receives a replacement dinosaur that just isn't the same.

Mummy and Daddy Pig have obviously never realized the necessary of buying an exact duplicate of a beloved toy in the event the original is broken or lost.

Nana got this book for Jack in a bundle on marketplace. Jack has never seen Peppa Pig but he loves the books so far. This book was no exception. He loved roaring along with George’s dinosaur and he even mimicked crying when George was sad, which is a new skill for him.

I think George is my favourite Peppa character. Anywho, in this one he learns that simple, analog toys are often better than the fancier, battery-powered options. It is cliche, but often true. I like that it provides a message that we should prioritize fixing our older stuff, if possible.

This book is much like the Peppa Pig books, they are very cute but a bit redundant. My students liked this story very much! They asked for this to be read at the beginning of the year. They are familiar with peppa pig so they recognized this story as well!

So we’ve read this book lot n lots of times but I still think it’s better as the tv episode rather then a book . I’m a bit meh about the book
But like I said my kids love it so we’ve read it lots of times ... if your child likes Peppa and George they’ll like the book too ;)
