I liked the premise of this book but yet again the execution left a lot to be desired. The hero rescues the heroine from a burning building. What wasn't made clear in the blurb was that the heroine wasn't just innocently in the building and it caught fire, oh no, she walks into a burning building because she has to rescue a photograph.

A photograph that is apparently so important she leaves it taped to her locker at work. If it was me and I had a photograph which was that important I would be walking around with it. Anyhow the hero manages to see her in the burning building and rescues her. Convenient. Just like her managing to get all the way to her locker without passing our from smoke fumes or her clothes catching on fire was convenient.

I can't deal with stupid characters so I quit this book after I read the prologue. If you don't mind stupidity in your characters, that kind that could get them killed then I'm sure this book is the one for you.

I really wanted to like this one. A little slow to start, some wish washy feelings and a cliffhanger.

This is the first book I have read by T.N. King but it will not be my last. I really got into it from the first page until the last. We have Ellie a sweet, shy girl who works at a diner and is rescued from the burning diner by a handsome billionaire who happens to be driving by at that moment in time.

Morgan oh what can I say about this billionaire...He is a playboy who panic when he had his moment with Ellie. OH what a moment in time it was to knock this man off his feet so to speak.
You really need to read this book for yourself to feel all the sparks and tingles.

My first story written by T.N. King and I am completely enthralled. I enjoyed nearly every second of it, Morgan ran away too many times but I still want him anyway. I, too, like miss Ellie, would give him chance after chance because I wouldn’t be able to help myself. I understood each emotion Ellie felt, feeling them as if I were in her shoes and it was myself being seduced by Morgan. This was really well written and I was drawn straight in and felt I was going up in flames. This book was so sexy and hot! Wow, I am just in awe. I loved it. Going to buy book two now and start it right away.

Educating Ellie (Book 1 of Catching Fire Series) left me immediately wanting to buy book 2! Ellie and Morgan meet as her place of employment goes up in fire. Morgan rescues Ellie and that is the beginning of their “relationship”. They both have issues from the past that they have to work through. This book has a small amount of master and submissive, if it had more I would have given it 5 stars! This book really delves into the main characters, and the end which is a cliff hanger – leaves you really wanting more. Great book – worth the time to read – I still think about the book and its characters. This book has lots of steam. I received an ARC copy of this book for an honest review.

T.N. King is a new to me author but this is definitely not the last book I read by him. I loved the the author's writing style and the storyline pulled me into it quickly. After escaping a fire at the diner she works at Ellie White impulsively runs back in to retrieve a photo of her father. Businessman, Morgan Hunt, is on his way to a meeting when he see her head inside. He stops to help her and the moment he lays eyes on her he feels an instant attraction. The chemistry between Ellie and Morgan sizzles. Morgan is a playboy and used to getting what he wants and what he wants is Ellie. Can he convince Ellie he wants more than just their amazing night together? When their feelings begin to change how will they deal with them? Will Ellie be able to trust Morgan with her heart? Will Morgan be able to deal with his newfound feelings? I can't wait to read more of their story to see what happens next! Where will the future find them? I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

Somewhat interesting story but riddled with mistakes.

Review may contain bits of information that some may consider spoilers.

I'll be honest, I almost gave this book a lower rating than I did. I've read many romances before that were basically insta-love or insta-lust, in some cases. And I understand that this is a billionaire romance, but I just thought that Morgan spending a lot of money on Ellie in one way or another after only having met her maybe a few days before was ridiculous.

Then there was the fact that he admitted to himself that he loved her, which in some respect it seemed to be what prompted him to buy her some of the things that he did. Next thing you know, however, he sleeps with her for the first time and then leaves her. He realizes he made a mistake and goes back. But then he pretty much does it a second time, claiming he realized her loved her and that it scared him. He'd already admitted to himself that he loved her at the beginning of the book, so it just made no sense to me.

And as for the writing, I found a lot of mistakes in it. It was more like a first draft, a rough first draft, as opposed to a finished product.

I can probably safely say that I'll not be buying book two of this series. Now if it ever turns up on Amazon for free, I may get it. With the way it ended, I am curious about what is going to happen; however, it feels as if this new twist in the story was added as an afterthought. There just didn't feel like there was any lead-up to where the story goes at the very end. Maybe there wasn't supposed to be. I really don't know.

So this book gave me mixed feeling. I went from anger to love in an instance. My anger in Morgan’s regards is really true because he was initially a real jerk. Although covering her with meaningless luxurious accessories, from a sentimental point of view he treats her like trash. He first has an unforgettable one night stand then he runs for his life. Seriously, how can he be such an incapable man. Ellie has had a very hard life, she’s trying to make ends meet by working in a diner. Unfortunately she gets caught in a fire at the diner and while struggling to recover a picture of her beloved father, Morgan comes to her rescue. It is lust at first sight. She immediately remains fascinated by this rich playboy, while he just considers Ellie as a passing fancy. It will take a while but at the end Morgan will have my forgiveness because after a very careful consideration, he will realize that his behavior was simply foolish. Beyond my criticism I really loved this book. In fact I got caught up with the entire story since its first pages. The reader will absolutely love Ellie and her genuineness and why not let me also say that Morgan is sexy as hell.

I enjoyed this short story about Ellie and how impulsive she was and how it would cause her to run back in her place of business to retrieve a picture that meant so much to her him but unfortunately it took everything she had in her and she passed out from the smoke before she made it back to the door and she thought that she saw a handsome guy standing by the door. He, Morgan didn't know why he ran into the diner to save the young woman he saw run back in, he just knew that she needed him and he had to save her she was beautiful even with soot all over her. Morgan had a meeting to get to, after he made sure she was alright he went to his meeting not realizing that he had lost his phone as well as he couldn't keep his mind on business he was so taken with Ellie. Ellie found his phone on the ground and decided that she would return it to him and she called his office spoke to his assistance and she informed Ellie where she could bring his phone. This is really where we get into the story. Very enjoyable and entertaining. Book 1 of 3. Adult content. I was given a copy as a gift from the Author. I am providing a review without obligation.

This is my first book by this author and I loved it. The instant chemistry between Morgan and Ellie is really felt. The interplay between Morgan and Ellie is interesting because even though they connected they get torn apart and fight their connection, more so on Morgan's part. It was interesting to see the inner monologue of Morgan and the struggle he had with wanting or needing Ellie. Ellie is a sweet but hard working woman who just had some rotten luck. Morgan coming to her rescue not only in the fire but all throughout the book it becomes insightful when Morgan realizes that Ellie is saving him ultimately...the ball portion was probably my favorite of the whole book. Ellie has that submissive vibe and predators pick up on that. Was slightly perturbed with the ending with a wide open cliffhanger. Not a fan of those, but it was a perfect set up for the next book. William is going to be the perfect creeper predator. I would highly recommend this book and author!

Steamy story with a few "however's"

Morgan and Ellie were hot together and the sexy scenes were, as I said, steamy.

It was an insta-love/insta-lust romance, but I missed a deeper and more solid connection between both hero and heroine.

I didn't understand nor believed their love for each other being so fast and their reactions toward each other (the good and bad reactions). I was told about their feelings, but I wasnt feeling them.

And the Hot-And-Cold thing Morgan was doing was a little frustrating. Being a "seal dealer" as he claimed himself to be, I expected him to be bolder and more determined even about his feelilngs.

I also felt that the plot was lacking something. I mean, when I read the title and the blurb, I thought it was going to have some kind of initiation on Ellie about something, a whole new world in the bedroom for her. It turns out that it was only freer sex.

It was a relaxing and hot story, though.

Definitely one hot read! I really enjoyed the flow of this story. I was kept interested from the beginning. Loved the chemistry between Ellie and Morgan.
While Ellie is more on all the time and hardworking, Morgan is more go with the flow, and they seemed to balance each other out.
But what happens when their chemistry gets deeper? Will Ellie trust enough to to let Morgan in? And if she does will she regret it? Will Morgan be able to handle his new found feelings or will he run at first sign of trouble? What if he wants to hold on to Ellie, will he be too late?
This is a must read to find out! This was my first book by this author and was not disappointed at all. Can't wait to hear more and see what happens in their next book! What new dramas will Ellie and Morgan be up to?

Such a fun, heartfelt romantic read. The characters are very strong and likable. The heroine, Ellie is a somewhat shy naive young woman who gets rescued from a burning building by Morgan, a billionaire. Morgan is a very strong minded, dominant alpha male who instantly sees something different in Ellie that he really hasn't seen in any other woman he has been with. As much as they try to hide or run away from their budding feelings. Even with a lot of doubt and fear over their feelings, there is no keeping these two apart as their love and chemistry is just too strong. There is a little twist at the end that I wasn't expecting and I'm certainly anticipating the next book. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. This book was filled with twists and surprises! I loved the storyline, it was so different from other Billionaire books. It does have a cliffhanger ending that really shocked me. I wonder where the author will take Ellie and Morgan’s story with it.
Morgan is the CEO of his company and is use to getting his way. He is in control and knows how to use his charms to get what he wants.
Ellie works hard to make ends meet. She barely gets by with her waitress job. Morgan saves her when he happens to see her run back in the burning diner she works at.
I loved the characters and their explosive chemistry! This author is fairly new to me and I will buy more books. Grab your copy for a modern Cinderella story with a naughty twist.

I loved this book couldn't put it down. Ellie White ran inside the diner were she works while it was on fire to get a photo of her father from her locker. On his way to his meeting Morgan Hunt saw Ellie go inside the burning diner. After Morgan rescued Ellie he left to go to his meeting, but he couldn't stop thinking about her. When Ellie went to Morgans home to return his cell phone that he dropped while saving her he asked her out. Afte having an unforgettable night together Morgan left her with a broken heart, but unable to stay away he came back to asked her to give him another chance. When Ellie went to college with the help of Morgan, on her first day she bumped in to someone who turned out to be her professor William Schwartz. Watching Ellie go to work Professor Schwarts took pictures of her walking to the diner and commenting strange things that he would like to do to her.

This is a new author to me so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I didn’t realize it was somewhat of a cliffhanger but that in no way impacts the story. It just leaves you enough temptation to buy the next one!

Both characters in this book are well written and have just enough flaws to make them personable and real. Ellie is a waitress at a local diner and Morgan is the white knight/billionaire who pulls her out of a fire. So who wouldn’t want to finish reading this story? Can’t go wrong with that in my opinion. Lots of steam and plenty of story here.

I was gifted a copy of this book from the author for an honest and unbiased review. No compensation was promised or received for this review.

This is a fun and sexy page turner that was captivating from the beginning. Ellie makes the big mistake of running back into the diner while it is burning just to get a picture and is overcome by the fire but is rescued by an angel, or at least he appeared to her as an angel. He was actually Morgan Hunt. This billionaire businessman has rescued this damsel and now cannot get her out of his mind. They have off-the-page chemistry and all that heat blows up and, of course, Morgan has his work cut out to win Ellie back. Add in her naivety and these two have some growing to do.

Vibes of Pretty Woman without the prostitution part.

Sweet and down-on-her-luck Ellie is rescued by sexy, smoldering Morgan from a burning diner. Lust ensues, then confused feelings on his part (cue insta love). Morgan doesn't know how to deal with his feelings but definitely has no issues on what to do in the bedroom with this new sub.

This lust-turns-to-love story has its moments, from the "dress" to the yo-yo shenanigans of the hero's "lightbulb" moments when he realizes that he is in love. Ellie may not know much about what to do in the bedroom but she has no issues dealing with her feelings.

3.5 stars rounded to 4.

DISCLAIMER: I recieved a free e-ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own! :D

I did really enjoy reading this book, even though it was more mature than the books I usually read. I did think Ellie and Morgan, the main characters, made a good couple, even though I occasionally thought they were a bit too skittish about one another's actions. I did enjoy that the characters actually sat down and talked about what they were feeling. It made the story feel more realistic.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick, romantic read. It DOES end on a pretty huge cliffhanger, though, so be warned! :D

I just loved how you never knew if Ellie and Morgan would get their HEA as there were so many highs and lows in the book. It was great how both Ellie and Morgan were confident in many aspects of their life but also in many way vulnerable and to the point you wanted to shake both of them and kept you turning the page to see where they end up. This book has a great steady pace and some fairy tale moments but also some twists/surprises you don't see coming. I can't wait to see what happens in book 2!

A great, interesting twist on the Dom/sub love genre. Ellie and Morgan meet in an unconventional manner, and he feels emotions for her that he's never experienced before. He's a man used to getting what he wants, then moving on. Ellie is a young waitress who nearly dies in a diner fire. She's naive and craves life, love, and meaning. Their relationship does not follow the typical pattern, making this a wonderful read. You become invested in their trials, emotions, and drama. Also, does Ellie have a creepy stalker? Keep reading!

This was a first book by TN King that I have read. I enjoyed the premise of the story. I vacillated on the characters. One moment they were fine but the next when they would be all wishy washy made me crazy. The twist at the end seemed out of left field. Cliffhangers are frustrating to me because of the amount that I read often causes me to forget things while I'm waiting for the next one to come out. I hope the next book is better as I really wanted to like this more than I did.

Get ready for a rollercoaster of a ride through this story. Morgan makes me want to scream...both in good and bad ways. His hot then cold actions made me want to bop him on the head. Ellie has her own character flaws, but she seems more stable in her emotions when Morgan isn't messing with them. Through it all, the story kept me engaged and I kept wanting to find out what happens next. And then the epilogue came along. Thanks for that cliffhanger of an ending. Now I wait to find out what happens next.

Ellie and Morgan are brought together by a tragedy. The chemistry between them pushes them into a sexual relationship. When it ends, it leaves her devastated. When he realizes he really wants more, it gets interesting.

I enjoyed the story and the characters. They definitely have great chemistry from the beginning. You hate to see her hurt and hope she gets happiness in the end. I wanted to see him really have to work to get another chance.
