I enjoyed the numerous examples in this concise book. As interview responses ought to be, the book is brief, focused, and informative. I found the book helpful and see the technique as transferable in many situations- not solely an interview I g technique.

STAR turns out to be like a Swiss Army knife; with four components, I can apply it to myriad situations with positive effects. Does the job, not bad. Padded, as these things generally are, but probably does more good than harm to hammer the essentially simple STAR concept home. Fairly helpful, I'd say.
