I enjoyed the numerous examples in this concise book. As interview responses ought to be, the book is brief, focused, and informative. I found the book helpful and see the technique as transferable in many situations- not solely an interview I g technique.
I can use STAR in the classroom, in conversations with friends and family, when meeting new people, and even in grant writing. STAR turns out to be like a Swiss Army knife; with four components, I
can apply it to myriad situations with positive effects. The valuable insights peppered throughout this well-written book make this a priceless addition to anyone’s library. STAR was well worth the price.
