So first of all Allyson acted crazy when she didn't tell Dane. She would rather her husband almost leave and think she was cheating instead of tell him she thinks she's pregnant. Thats just nuts, i would hate to see her more hormonal than that. This was a short cute read. But I don't know if this is the end of the story, it seemed like it but we don't know what Katherine is going to ask Dane to do......That is going to drive me CRAZY!!!

Perfect end to a series
Wow this was a perfect ending to a perfect series. Part 5 of the fake billionaire series is a novella and carries on with following Dane and Allyson Prescott. Allyson has taken her new roll at work head on and is working so hard but that is taking her away from her husband Dane. She is spending so much time with her new assistant cam but Dane hates him but cam knows her secret. Well not totally he knows there's something medically wrong and that she is keeping it to her self and has not told her husband. Christmas is a few days away and so is her appointment at the Drs but a snowstorm has made them ground the private jet but not in New York where she is desperate to be. Dane knows something is going on with his wife she is holding something back from him and he doesn't know what. After she is so out of sorts he wants to find out she says she was desperate to be in New York for Christmas but she is lieing and his mind starts to think the worse. After numerous things with Allyson happen to help fuel his mind with things he doesn't want to be thinking he asks questions but she is still lieing to him . He is ready to walk when she catches him and confesses all. Will the confession be enough to finally set his mind at ease? Well I'm not going to tell you that lol you have to read it for yourself.
Please remember this is book 5 in the series they can't be read as standalone you have to read from the start. Normally book 1 from left times is free but that may change so don't hold me to that.
I urge everyone to read this series it's sooooo good a drama filled goodness that will have you gripped and on the edge of your seat.

Christmas
This is the 5th book in the series Fake Billionaire series by Lexy Timms, I have enjoyed all the books in the series , It is a story about Dane Prescott he is the CEO of his parents company and Allison his personal assistant, They fall in Love , However there are Lies and lots of mystery thru out all of the books . The author kept the story going thru out the 5 books. First time reader of her books and really enjoy the stories. I did listen to the first 4 on audiobook and read the 5th book. I think Lexy Timms did a great job with the series and I will be reading more of her books

Written in third-person, past tense.
Starts out with a lot of info-dump, and it’s all ‘telling’ writing style, instead of showing. So pretty early in, I found myself struggling to pay attention.
The writing did not improve—it proved to be extremely weak, with the sm3x scenes very cliché. Yikes.
Sadly, it didn’t improve from here—it’s just … too poorly written to give off any enjoyment for me.
Small town.
Set around Christmas.
Winter vibes.

This was an okay production, with the narration sounding very robotic, so not ideal at all, but overall sound quality was good. 3 stars.

I really struggled to read this books I've been on it fir days. I don't quite get the storyline and don't really like all the characters, the heroine is always whining, complaining, having a meltdown over a christmas party she was planing. She was unrelenting, unreasonable, immature, massively reaction over it everything, all the twist were over characterized , too over the top, and not realistic at all. He laid his heart bare for her, yet she treated him so poorly, never really explains why, in the end the twist was stupid and predictable.

She was genuinely kind even to the person who bashed her head with a baseball bat - I mean seriously she wanted to send them a Christmas card and a gift as well, like, really? However she couldn't be a bit nice and honest to the only person in the whole wide world who truly cared about her.
Ugh. Unnecessary drama for the sake of drama.
Will there be another book? What happened to Katherine and her secret favor? What a way to end a series.

Dane y Allyson se acercan a pasar su primera navidad juntos y Allyson busca que sea todo perfecto, e incluso ya tiene todo friamente calculado, sin embargo, una tormenta que no se esperaban arruina todos los planes que tenia ella. En especial debido a que Allyson tiene un secreto que le podria costar el matrimonio si es que no lo revela a tiempo.

What a secret! I haven’t listened to the previous books, so there are a couple of spots that I was a bit lost (and making me want to get the others) but the book was so fun to listen to it didn’t matter. When the secret finally came out I was relieved that even though it’s a doozy, it’s one that is easy to get past and learn to communicate better.

I hate it when someone doesn’t leave you only and pushes so far. Sometimes you need to process things in your own time. With a strong relationship this couple work through their issues. A great performance.
