The Perfect Gift for Any Dad

Prayer is one of the most important privileges for any dad. Nick Harrison has written 169 prayers on diverse topics and put it into an attractive short package called ONE-MINUTE PRAYERS FOR DADS.

Each page is designed for a quick read with a topic, a Bible verse, a short pointed devotional, then a brief prayer. For example, “Time Flies When You’re a Dad.” Then the Bible verse, “Do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” 2 Peter 3:8 And part of the devotional: “A good dad watches the calendar and knows that his time as a dad while the kids are home is limited and he must make the most of these short, fleeting years.” And finally part of the prayer: “I pray You’ll be the guardian of my time. Help me to make the most of each week.”

The compact style, leather cover and wide variety of prayers make this book an invaluable resource. If you keep it in a desk drawer, you can use one prayer every day for over a year. I highly recommend ONE-MINUTE PRAYERS FOR DADS.

I love this book, it is simple and precise! I love that it shows many subjects to pray for your children that you didn't even though about. A great weapon in prayer!
