A puzzling plot to keep the readers attention from beginning to end. I volunteered to read Cranberry Glazed & Murder. Thanks to the author for the opportunity. My opinion is my own.
This is book number 10 in the Oceanside Cozy Mystery series. It can be read as a standalone. Thanks to the author for the opportunity to read and review this book. These are my own opinions. This book could use an editor, there are missing words and split infinitives which detract from the story and the enjoyment of reading. What I liked: A light, cozy mystery read with a cat & dog loving donut shop owning female private investigator, in a small town setting with quirky characters; no cliffhanger ;no swearing!; no gore; no graphic scenes and the characters! Jamie, Amy’s boyfriend, is finally opening his mobile dog grooming business. He has brought his business to a local park. There he meets a dog owner that drops her dog off for grooming and fails to return for her, Miss Marshmallow. The following day, the owner is found dead in another part of the park. Jamie & Amy are now fostering Miss Marshmallow until a permanent home can be found for her to the chagrin of Dave, the Ryan’s donut loving dog. Heather and Amy are assisting the local police with finding the killer of the dog owner. Read and find out who did it, why and learn about the victim’s past.
Jaime finally has his mobile pet grooming van up and ready for business. At the end of the day he has an abandoned dog on his hands. Turns out the owner was murdered. It’s up to Ryan, his partner, Heather and Amy to find the killer.
I would have given this book five stars but the missing words and misplaced words just throw me off. Otherwise it was well written and a great addition to the series.
Jamie has finally got his mobile grooming van up and running. On the first day out he ends up with a dog and no owner has shown to pick her up. Murder or has the owner just forgotten about her dog?? Interesting story and case for the besties. Another yummy donut and fun seeing the dog dynamics between Dave and Miss Marshmallow.

This series is always new and exciting with new characters coming and sometimes going pretty fast. Jamie's mobile dog grooming is up and running but when one of his customers gets left behind it is up to Heather, Amy and Ryan to find out what happened.
Susan Gillard has done it again -- written another entertaining, clean, quick to read mystery. Jaime finally launches his mobile doggy wash. When one of his clients fails to return for her dog, Heather's sleuthing sense kicks in. Can Heather and the gang solve another murder?

This story is well written and involves another murder for Heather and Amy to work on. After a dog was left with Jamie to groom, the owner never returns to pick her up. The hunt is on to find the woman. Good quick read to enjoy. Loved it.
Ten books and I still can't wait till the next one if you love a breast cozy with characters you will love and a story that keeps you turning the page then Susan Gillards books are for you
Though I do like that Jamie is a larger part of this mystery than before, it was a little bit of an awkward start. The fact that Jamie was the one who initiated the search and no one taking it seriously made it a slow start.
Like I said before, I enjoyed seeing Jamie in the book again. It was an integral part at the beginning. He is normally in the background, so it was nice to see him brought forward and used in a book for once.
Looks like Amy's boyfriend, Jamie, finally has his mobile dog grooming unit ready for its big debut. Everyone is happy for him. Unfortunately he runs into a little mystery of his own and before long everyone is looking for a killer. This is an interesting story with several typos, but I was able to skip over them. I highly look forward to reading more books about Heather and the gang.
