John wakes up on a stone slab in an unfamiliar world. In time he regains his memories and realizes this is like the fantasy worlds he has always longed for but nothing is exactly how it seems. John is now a cannibalistic flesh golem stranded in a remote location with no idea where to go or what to do. He has voices in his head and the core of a dark god pulling his strings and playing with his motivations. It's not all bad though as he has the ability to customize his body and steal souls. Book one is about John figuring out what he needs to do and what he is capable of. There are no heroes in this story, no quests and no escape. If he dies, the world ends. This book has dark themes, extreme cruelty, sexual themes and harem as well as some Litrpg elements.
To put it blunt. This story is a sex filled fantasy. Guy dies, re-incarnates in midevil times, tears stuff up. Has sexy time with multiple women. Women have sexy time with multiple women. There are two people who are clinically inSANE and absolutely wonderful to have in the story. (I REALLY like the crazy one's.) and I will tell you this. This is one of those times where you are rooting for the bad guy all the way. Oh yeah, the MC is NOT the good guy. I mean he has good intentions, but he REALLY likes killing the hell outta stuff, bringing them back to life, only to kill them again and then make them burn for all eternity, and you will CHEER HIM ON when it happens. Also, if you're looking for strong female characters, they are def in here. They don't have as much screen time as the MC, but oh boy. Are they fun to see in action being all murdery smiling like while totally eviscerating their enemies getting covered in blood and LOVING it.
I really liked this book and I'm waiting for the next one to come out. With that said. This will NEVER get made into a movie, it will NEVER be on a best sellers list, but it is a seriously fun fantasy sex romp with a lot of blood and guts.
This book is the edgiest most unintentionally hilarious book I've read in ages. The violence is crude to the point of absurdity. The sex is anatomically implausible. I got this for free through amazon unlimited and I still feel like I got ripped off.
Seriously, wow. I wasn't expecting this to be as good as it was! Warning, this is not for the faint of heart. There is ridiculous amounts of violence, rape, and cannibalism. With some litrpg elements. Kind of like a cross between Travis Bagwell's Awaken Online and Stuart Grosse's Live Free. I really enjoyed it.
Kind of slow beginning since like a fourth of the book in and you haven't left the cave yet. And every other chapter is a new character that doesn't seem to matter and you're forced to learn their life stories. Makes it kind of drag. BUT! It all comes together nicely and I can see why you did it how you did. The ending was pretty good in a setup way and the story progressed in a pretty cool way. The only thing I can say is try to give less information dumps or make it blend with the story more rather than a random life story of a random character. Hope to read more soon!
A guy dies and is reborn in your average medieval fantasy setting, and soon discovers that power comes rather easy and remaking himself and those around him is the way to go. Wich quickly lead to a lot of explicit sex scenes, and some rather gory fight scenes. This is the Explicit Edition so you were warned right from the Title on out.
Having said all that, I must say that the story was fine and, the world OK, but nothing really stood out. In other word this novel was a few fun read if you enjoy the inventive erotic scenes, and a character that is clearly the Bad Guy, your still rooting for.
Despite the interesting premise and progression, despite the lack of moral values and the weird things people do to one another, the book contains lots of typo and grammar errors, that it might need an editor more than another book in the series
Wow. I really enjoyed this. Which is surprising considering. It went places I was definitely not expecting. Got to get the next one. Hurry and get it out there:)
The story itself is good, and there is no shortage of over the top violence etc. The dialogue gets weird in a few places, and oddly enough the most grotesque part of the book is the second chapter. If you want something dark this is it... Right up until it gets close to the end. Towards the end the MC gets kind of white knight "ish". I am not a fan of writers trying to turn the villain in to the good guy and justify thier actions... Moral grey are is good, but making the MC a white knight in disguise is lame. I would have rated it five stars since it's pretty good for this genre, but I removed a star for the use of the word "milady". I can't stand neckbeard lingo... Made me want to throw my phone when I saw it.
Although starting off a bit too dark, this story gathered steam, humor, and characterization to become a delightfully wicked (no, really) LitRPG fantasy.
The editing is solid, the story and perspective is new and (very) different, and the cheerful amorality of a group of love-struck sort-of undead who just want to enjoy themselves and sometimes eat intruders is actually hard to pass up.
If you like dark or horror fantasy (coupled with some very dark humor) then you should probably read this, and chances are you’ll like it as much as I did.
This story was written decently well and it was entertaining as well. However, it is strange in the extreme. As if the author was on some kind of drugs when they wrote it. Granted it is entertaining, however a warning... This is a very strange and perhaps even twisted story.
Now, you've made me fall in love with you dear author with your fascinating world and characters, now I get to pine till a sequel comes out, seriously though this was an excellent book.
This book was awesome! Initially it disgusted and angered me, but before I knew it, I was immersed in the story. The editing is terrible, but the story development made up for it. Can't wait for book 2
I enjoyed the story, but the frequency of the sex scenes was very distracting. I kinda wish I got the other version, but I'm not sure if it lacks anything critical to the story.
The idea for a MC is pretty good and the storyline is great. Bob is hilarious. The sex scenes are well written but take away from story in many instances
I found this book to be great. A powerful mc but not crazy powerful that they can't die. I love this book but the only way for someone to understand this is to read it themselves
Amazing book. Love the slow start, build of powers. Even though the story is so outlandish, it felt possible. I really love the main character. The ?sex? scenes were well done. Nothing too strong.
Well written for the genre, though I am not sure that I like the genre. Limited profanity, prolific pain and punishment. Graphic violence, cannibalism, rape as punishment themes....Not for all readers, but well written.
This is a dark fantasy with a protagonist who is moral in his own way. I like the god component were each decision the MC makes seems to always revolve around world destruction verses not losing home for a better future for his people.
