Surprisingly good first aid book for people suffering from anxiety. I think that many will find it useful and o the point, not scary at all nor overwhelming. It was a pleasant surprise. Loved the design as well!
Great for beginners and had some good refreshers for someone who's been working on anxiety for a while. Not a catch all or super in depth but an easy read with some good tools
I gave it two stars just because it had some good nutrional tips for people with social anxiety, other than - to me - these self help books are like telling someone to breathe when they can't.
This was very informative, especially for those that have no background in psych/therapy. It has great coping skills and a clear understanding of anxiety, panic, and how to normalize, accept, and maintain anxiety at all levels.
