Who wants to eat the same things every week, not this family. This slow cooker recipe book is just what I need especially for the winter months. During the summer we grill alot and in the winter there is nothing like a hot healthy meal with easy preparation. The book contains many easy recipes with most of the ingredients you have on hand in your kitchen. The recipes are well written and easy to follow.

Chapter 1 gives you a few tips on the benefits of using a slow cooker and it follows with 96 recipes for soups, main meals, snacks and desserts. Very excited to try a lot of the recipes in this book.

So far, I tried the slow cooked tilapia fillets, which I always was afraid to make in a slow cooker, so I was very eager to try it. Very easy to prepare and the fish was delicious.
