I found this to be an excellent resource for learning Lightroom. I felt that the explanations and step by step directions were extremely helpful. I'm able to use Lightroom much more easily to do the editing that I need to on my photos. I also like the fact that there was downloadable content to practice the techniques described. I also like the way the author explained each step in a friendly and non-technical manner. I had tried using another book on Lightroom that was very difficult to follow because it was not written in such a straightforward manner. The only criticism I would have, is that many of the pictures are quite small and difficult to see what the author is trying to show. Not sure of a good way to fix this unless you were to make the book even thicker, however. Overall an excellent resource for anyone who's just starting out with Lightroom.
Pretty good resource and reference for Adobe's Lightroom computer application. It goes into techniques and procedures that one needs to know to use Lightroom efficiently and effectively. There are many illustrations and the explanations are easy to follow. Best used with your own copy of Lightroom so that the reader can reinforce learning.
Very informative, with step-by-step instructions. My issue is that the instructions often didn't apply to my version of Lightroom, even though it purported to written for that version. It will still be a good resource to which I expect to return in future.
