Rainbow Rising: The Story of Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow

Rate this book
Blackmore led rock behemoths Deep Purple to international, multi-platinum, mega-stardom. He quite in ’75, to form Rainbow, one of the great live bands, with Ronnie James Dio and enjoyed a string of acclaimed albums and hit singles, including "All Night Long" and "Since You’ve Been Gone" before the egos of the key players caused the whole thing to implode. A great rock ‘n’ roll tale.

Think I read this during the second half of 2002 after winning a copy in a competition.

Can't recall much about it now, other than it was a good read rather than a great one.
