Let the powerful mantras and inspirational quotes in this book reveal your inner strength and guide you to happiness every single day. This little book is packed with wisdom from writers, spiritual leaders, and philosophers, plus simple, easy-to-follow tips to help you think, feel, and act positively—towards yourself and the world.
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to just try one more time - Thomas Edison.
I am so thankful I discovered this quote in this very charming, little book-thing. (I don't know even know if it classifies as a proper book? Oops) There are so many other great, wise quotes by leaders found in this, and it was so inspiring to read all of them.
I loved the whole concept of this book, and hope to pick up the other ones shortly. I really liked some of the affirmations in this, and I believe anyone, at any age, whether going through troublesome times or not, should read this. Whether you read it all at once, or simply one affirmation a day - it will warm your heart with the delicate writing and general thoughtfulness. I'm going to flip back through this a couple of times in the future, because, as the author rightly pointed out in this book, affirmations only showcase their true colours once repeated over and over again.
Pick this up if you have some money on you, or are simply looking for something to boost your mood. It really is very inspirational, and strength building.

An old friend gifted me this book a long time ago, and I finally got around to reading it. I probably should have read it way sooner! It is a great short and easy read that will help you with daily affirmations and reminders to think and stay positive. I will definitely be coming back to this book when I need a shift in my mindset to a more positive place. I think this book makes a great present for those that struggle with self confidence and positivity too. Highly recommend!
Not an absurdly page-turner and nearly bored me. The execution of reasoning and stance by the author was not quite impressive. Out of its hundred and sixty pages, only twenty eight fully made sense to me. Though packed with wisdom from various writers and philosophers, the reiteration seems monotonous and muffled.
However, I am not immensely disappointed with this one, I am pretty sure that my life will never be the same somehow. By the title and few chosen contents, I had contemplated very ebullient things.
If you have a fathomless tolerance to vapid spirituality slash philosophical books, then this is a great catch. Rating it 2 stars.
It’s not wrong, just difficult for me due to the ultra upbeat tone. It feels airheaded, but what it has to say has real value and is also a place to start.
I tell a young kid I work with ‘it’s easier to solve problems when we’re calm.’

I wanted to start off the year with a book that would guide 2024 in a positive direction. This was a quick and simple read of different affirmations and quotes to keep a good mindset for the new year.
This book belonged to my mother and was among her things. Eleven months after her death I am finally getting around to reading it. It is chock full of wonderful positive quotes, affirmations, and excellent advice for manifesting a fulfilling life. An excellent and uplifting read.
Great introduction to the way your thoughts shape your life. The sort of book you can dip in and out of, and just pick up when you need some inspiration. Good one for the library.
