Great Christmas read

This book is perfect for the winter Christmas nights in. Filled with sexiness, sweetness and true love. But this book holds a lot of reality in any couples lives.

It was great that we got to read Ruby and Marcus’, or shall I say Angel and Comet, stories! I was hoping this one was about them and it was.

A perfect follow on from Bad Santa and another great little cosy read for Christmas. I loved Ruby/Angel in the first book and loved her even more through this one too. This one is very addictive and you won’t be able to put it down. Though I did get confused when some chapters are Angel and some Comet. We already know they’re ruby and Marcus and the main chapters of the book were named by their real names and it started that way. It’s the only thing I didn’t really like about the book.

It’s fast paced, like the first one, and is Hot and steamy to boot.

I couldn’t wait to get started on Devouring Santa as I had loved Bad Santa but I was a little disappointed that this story was Ruby’s, as I had loved Connor and Eve.

All that changed as soon as I started to read. I realised that Ruby and Marcus’ story was going to be a great one. I felt it had more happening in it and a lot more cuteness ! They were made for each other.

It was good to have another HEA :)

I have wanted to read Ruby and Marcus’s story since the end of Connor and Eve’s story (Bad Santa). This story is short, fast paced, steamy and has a Christmassy feel to it. I liked this book but I didn’t like it as much as the previous one. Although I read this book in one sitting, it did feel slightly long-winded at times.
I felt some chemistry between Ruby and Marcus but I would have liked more. I liked Ruby but I wasn’t a massive fan of Marcus. At times, he came across as selfish. I did like that he loved Ruby and their son. I liked that he redeemed himself in the end. I liked the slight danger in this story. I liked the link to Ruby’s past.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and a Christmassy read.

Marcus and Ruby

For me, this story was so much sweeter than the first. I think its because we get to see Marcus and Ruby as a couple, a family. I love how Marcus has changed from a playboy to a family man. This holiday story has all the feel-goods. Loved it

If your looking for the perfect sexy Christmas read look no further than The Santa Land series. Book Two is Marcus and Ruby’s story. Having met at santa land the year before as Angel and Comet and everything that happened unplanned. Book Two you won’t want to put down. Exciting sexy and lots of action packed pages, with lots of surprises that are a must read.
