Rate this book
Meet Rasheed and Hakeem two brothers who never had it easy but still managed to survive. After losing both of their parents at a young age, they were left alone to hustle their way through life. However, each of them have different agendas when it comes to the game. The moment that Rasheed meets Monday, he is shown something he's never love. He and Monday have a strong connection that neither one of them can deny. Yet, they have no other choice but to deny it because Monday is tied to Rasheed's friend, Remy, and Rasheed is tied to avenging his father's death by taking away the only person that his father's murderer loves the most, which is his precious daughter, Mya. Hakeem is willing to convive, manipulate and deceive as he claws his way the top. One of the people in his destructive path is his very own brother, Rasheed. Using his brother's loyalty to him, Hakeem has constructed the perfect plan to get rid of the person that stole Hakeem's way into the game and to replace all that he has taken from his brother. As Hakeem executes this plan, his love life violently unfolds as his girlfriend, Kiesha, stumbles upon his secrets, just as her own are being brought to light. Along with these brothers and lovers, are a host of best friends and homeboys that add to their tangled web of love, lust and treachery. In this new, Urban Fiction, drama, the Harding brothers are faced with lies, secrets, murder, and deceit that will turn them against each other. As Hakeem loses control, he wonders if he will be able to keep the love of both his girl and his brother. While Rasheed falls in love, he finds himself falling and landing between two women. Will Hakeem manage to scheme his way to the top? And what will happen when Rasheed realizes that while blood is thicker than water, there are plenty times when water will be there when family isn't?

Omg.... this book was so up and down and it kept me coming back every time I put it down... Hakeem was a hot mess. Poor Rasheed was so confused when it came to the 2 women he loved. Monday ass should have put Rasheed up on game the first time she was alone with him after she found out what Remy was up to.
I am so looking forward to a part two to find out what happens with the Harding Brothers and the Avery sisters.

This was my first read by this author, and from that ending it won’t be my last. The Harding brothers consist of Rasheed and Hakeem both like night and day. From the beginning of the book I was getting a weird vibe from one of the brothers as if they were behind everything. Rasheed, is the oldest, and boldest he see what he wants and goes for it, only can read people, but with if the people who’re crossing you the ones you least expect. Hakeem I’m not going to say much disappointed throughout this entire book his actions through the entire book of lies, murder, betrayal, and deception were displayed. A few of the scenes were extremely confusing being some of the situations didn’t go in debt right then and there it waited a few chapters even though the scene took place earlier in the book. Monday, had it hard trying to find her father drove her into a world she knew nothing about, the chemistry she had with one of the characters were truly amazing. Mya poor baby a spoiled little rich girl whose finding love, from a hot guy not knowing the truth about the people she called parents. Brandon, Keisha, Sasha. Remy, and Jasmine are best friends who stick with the main characters through thick and thin, and may even be the enemy. While reading this book I didn’t expect any of the things I read the book took me by storm, and then got crazier by the second. The people who I think are behind everything I find out is not, and they’re just working for a greater cause. I can’t want to find out he really is behind the Hardy’s father murder, and the type of debt one of the individuals is truly in this a great read.

Review of It's Something About This Savage That Drives Me Crazy

Now this is what you call a page turning book. Tianna Timmons gave me action, action, and more action. Some secrets were revealed, and some were still left untold. Will Monday finally reveal the truth before her world come crashing down around her? Where is Hakeem? He is the person who started this domino effect. What will Mya do once she finds out everything that was hidden from her? What's next for Keisha since she is tangled up in Hakeem's madness? I'll anxiously await for part 2 to get the answers to these questions?

So much going on

There was so much going on in this book, that it caused me to get dizzy. A real rollercoaster ride of drama, lies, and deceit. And lets not forget about all the secrets that somehow are being revealed. Poor Rasheed really got himself into a pickle. Those 2 sisters really had him confused. Hakeem, on the other hand, really plucked my last nerve. he was a hot mess. Monday needs to step up and spill the beans. This is my first read by this author, but I will definitely be reading more.

Good read

So much going on that this book was never dull. The secrets and deceit are abundant. Monday is really getting on my nerves by not telling what she knows. Mya is a spoiled brat that need to tell what she knows. Keem is the king of secrets. Can't wait to for the next book, Rasheed is going to flip.... Just my type of story Action packed

Deception

This book is full of deception and it keeps you on your toes. It was really good and I loved the ups and downs of the characters. Mr. Rasheed is my favorite character his bad boy/business man demeanor is what I liked. The book is a true look into the street life and it was very very well written. Kudos to the author now I’m on to book 2.
