Escaping imprisonment might be the least of the Ryken brother’s problems. There’s still a dark curse looming, a dagger filled with dangerous magic, and an alluring sea witch who isn’t as innocent as she seems.
Princess Wrenley will stop at nothing to save them, even if she has to seek help in the most unlikely of places. Even if death is the price.
This is a reverse harem serial, book two of three. Recommended for readers over 18.
A.K. Koonce is a USA Today best selling author. She's a mom by day and a fantasy and paranormal romance author by night. She keeps the fantastical stories in her mind on an endless loop, while she tries her best to focus on her actual life and not that of the spectacular but demanding fictional characters who always fill her thoughts
This is an amazing second edition to the hundred year curse! Wren's journey is so addictive and I need more!
The relationship between the characters takes an interesting turn, as Wren has some decisions to make! With hot guys, and sexy situations, I couldn't put this down!
I really enjoyed reading the curse of the sea and cannot wait for book three.
When I got to the end, holy crap! The ending makes you beg for more.
I would definitely recommend this very intriguing series!
I borrowed this title on my kindle unlimited subscription
Second book in the series and they are no closer to breaking the curse. The brothers are getting closer to Wren although a new face upsets the Apple art slightly
It has a little excitement and romance and although I am enjoying it, it has not gripped me, that said I am enjoying it enough to read book three
I enjoyed the first installment but this was awful. The writing was disjointed like the author wrote the scenes separately and lumped them all together. The MC was kind of wimpy in the first part but in this one she was a wet dish rag. She had no personality and read a like a cardboard cutout. The men were disrespectful and dumb. And that ending...um what? Seriously she agonized about the stupid wedding then she just tells her dad she can't marry him. Then she kills one of her lovers? I don't get it at all. I won't be reading the next installment.
Another short read about Wren and now 4 men in her life. The addition of Ledian surprised me. The curse between the 3 brothers and Wren is still unresolved and the reader has no idea how Wren fits into everything. Or at least I don’t. The steam picked up a little bit in this book and it started with Ledian, which like I said was surprising to me. The ending was quite a cliffhanger and I’m curious as to how the authors will twist it into finishing the story. Decent book but just a little disappointed in the length.
Wow!! This book went by so quickly I was so surprised when I reached the ending!
What can I say. It was interesting to see what happened next on Wren journey to break the curse. I really enjoyed watching her relationship grow with the guys.
In this book Wren had some decisions to make. Her character had some great character development in this book.
Wow! Let me warn you .. the ending will leave you wanting what happens next!! I can wait for the next book. This was an excellent read!
This book definitely leaves you screaming NO!! Wren is learning to stand up for herself and do what's best for her. She meets a new friend and grows closer to her guys. I can't wait for book three.
This is the second book of the Royal Harems series. Wren seems a little lost to me in this book. She is sent away while waiting for her upcoming marriage. She meets an unlikely friend and I feel like she forgets all about the three brothers. She keeps saying she needs to save them but her methods in doing so are a bit unclear. I’m sure more will be revealed in the next book.
This was a fantastic second book, the story got seriously intriguing, I was completely enthralled from the very start. The character growth and evolution of the story is amazing.
Love book, but dang cliffhangers! It has you on the edge of your seat and bam the end! This is a great continuation to the first. It was hard to put down! I love that A.K. Koonce and Nikki Hunter suck you into the story with their writing! It's like you transport into the book itself and don't want to leave. Also, they introduce more characters and there is more told about Nash. I don't like to say what's going on in the book, bc who likes spoilers? Read book 1 and 2! You will not be disappointed!
