Ryan Sloan has secrets, and holding tightly to his control is one of the only things that makes sense in his messed-up life. When his secrets lead him to cross paths with philanthropist, Sophie Winston, he knows that being in charge of her pleasure will be the ultimate exercise in control.
Sophie is happy to let Ryan lead the way; she needs to give up control as much as he needs to hold on to it. But the bombshell isn't about to let him keep all his secrets, not when what he gives her—in bed and out of it—means so much.
The truth about Ryan's past and his connection to her brother have the power to change everything, which means Ryan has a decision to make...let go of control and fall for the only woman that's made him want more, or walk away before hearts are broken.
I have SO. MANY. THEORIES. Seriously, so many. This panty-melter is also a killer example of romantic suspense; a tale woven so well that there are a slew of possible outcomes, a range of questions asked (and answered) and an ending that's a happy cliffhanger.
Say what? A happy cliffhanger? Yup! Ms. Blakely wraps up Ryan and Sophie's story neatly, perfectly, sweetly, and then drops a new twist which left me mouth agape and demanding the next book—Colin's book—ASAFP. As soon as fucking possible, because between that ending and the little taste of Colin's love life, I'm on the edge of my seat.
I truly adored Sinful Desire; from all angles, from start to finish, it captivated me, turned me on, puzzled and pleased me and left me wanting Sophie's wardrobe, Ryan's dirty words, and answers. Damn it, I. Want. Answers! (And maybe also a man with a green tie…) ~ Beth, 5 stars

Damn! Lauren really turned up the heat in this book! It was scorching! But it was also tender and sweet. I don’t think there could have been a more perfect title for this book. It was sinful; full of so much hotness, I needed a cold shower. And you felt so much desire between Sophie and Ryan that it was intense.

This book was the perfect blend of romance and sex. The sparks between Sophie and Ryan could be felt from my kindle and their connection was magnetic. When they were together it was hot as hell. But it was also so much more—their connection went beyond physical and finally allowed Ryan to open up.
I loved everything about this book! I loved the family bond with both the Sloans and Winstons. I loved Sophie’s relationship with Holden. I loved how giving and patient and kind Sophie was. I also loved how this story had so much drama in it. The Sloan family is still uncovering secrets from 18 years ago and that bomb dropped at the end, I wasn’t expecting that! I can’t wait to find out more about it in Colin and Elle’s story! ~ Tiffany, 5 stars

Ryan is most definitely the dirtiest character Lauren has ever written. He's dominate and sexy with a take charge attitude. And Sophie is my absolute FAVORITE Blakely girl! Her down-to-earth personality combined with such a bubbly, friendly outlook on life just makes her loveable. The attraction between Sophie and Ryan is explosive and will melt your kindle! Note to self: when Lauren Blakely tells you her book is the hottest one she's ever written, she is NOT exaggerating in the slightest. The second book in the author’s Sinful Nights series, Sinful Desire, follows Ryan and Sophie’s story, and I must say that hot doesn't even BEGIN to describe this book. If I were to compile a list of quintessential Alpha male characteristics, Ryan Sloane would be the fictional personification of this list. This would be reason enough to be head-over-heels in love with Sinful Desire yet the addition of the charmingly coquettish Sophie Winston makes their an unforgettable romance, rife with unparalleled desire and electric chemistry. With its erotically-charged romance, thoroughly developed characters, and elements of mystery and intrigue courtesy of an ongoing subplot, Sinful Desire is the type of book that demands your complete and total attention from start to finish.
A story's characters are always vital to my enjoyment of a book, but I have to admit that protagonists, Sophie and Ryan, are utterly captivating in a way that had me grinning over their flirtatious banter, worrying over their foolish decisions, and swooning over the depth of their emotional and physical connection. While the growth of their emotional connection is gradual, their mutual attraction is evident from their first meeting. Their personas undoubtedly acted as a fuse that sparked their chemistry, so much so, that the pages seem to exude sensuality and sex appeal. Ryan’s confident, commanding, and wickedly charismatic presence perfectly melds with Sophie’s innocent yet brazen outlook on life and love. Theirs is a story of passion, of control, and of surrender. I didn't know what was sexier: the actions or the reactions. Every touch and every kiss is relished with a fierce intensity by both Ryan and Sophie and getting to read the narrative from both of their perspectives only amplified the experience.
What I love most about Lauren Blakely is that her books are refreshingly different from each other, even within the same series, such as with Sinful Nights. Like Sweet Sinful Nights, Sinful Desire is a fast-paced, pulse-pounding thrill ride, although Sophie and Ryan's lust-filled exploration of their baser sexual desires has a different tone and feel than Brent and Shannon's emotionally gripping second chance romance. Both books are amazing in different ways but there’s just something about Sophie and Ryan that’s irresistible. I relished becoming so engrossed in this story that, once I took a breather (because breathers are definitely required, if only to keep from being overwhelmed by the book's sheer carnality), it took me a few minutes to refocus my gaze in an attempt to differentiate fiction from reality. Did I mention this is Lauren Blakely’s sexiest book to date? Because that may have had something to do with the loss of focus...

This is a dirty-talking work of art. While a little lengthy (we all like ’em long though), I could have rolled around in the pages for days, especially with Ryan. Holy Hell, I fell for him immediately. My skin prickled and pussy clenched the second he started whispering commands in Sophie’s ear. I’m not sure he could have gotten any hotter. Yes, sir. Please, sir.
Ryan meets Sophie on a complete whim – call it lust at first sight or whatever you want, but when he sees her red lips and rocking body step out of her car in front of the county municipal building he’s instantly hard and needs to know her. Despite their stranger status, their connection is knowing. The anticipation made me feel alive, and Blakely delivers on every promise her characters make.
As their relationship grows from something that could be notched on the one-night stand post to more I fell further for both of them.
I loved everything about Sophie’s strong presence & submissive bedroom spirit. She’s a sassy and accomplished woman and she doesn’t take shit from anyone. She’s completely put together – exactly like this story. Ryan’s dominant nature, need for control, and steely commands had me begging for release. There are so many incredibly hot sex scenes in this book, you should have your vibrator on standby.
The overarching plot involves Ryan’s quest to find out what really happened with his father’s murder. This is a continuation of book 1, but you don’t need to read that one to understand this one (although you should because, BRENT).
The sexiest thing about both of these characters is their confidence and willingness to – *gasp!* – work on things. They know what they want in the bedroom (and it is RED HOT) and while they struggle with issues of the heart, they also act like adults when things get a little complicated. I was cheering for these two from the second Ryan’s dick hardened when he got his first glance of Sophie. The email banter is on point & the submission contains just enough kink to get me off. Basically, this book hits all of my favorite plot points and is hot enough to light me on fire.
Mystery swirls around the story, like a storm cloud building momentum, waiting to strike. Clues are collected, orgasms are reached, and love is solidified. Blakely has incredible talent crafting characters you want to know, want to love, and want to cheer for. She totally achieves that here. Sinful and romantic, Lauren one-ups herself. LOVED. 5 Stars!

I really didn't think it was possible, but this has to be said, sorry Clay and Brent. The Sloan brothers are in town and they are HOT, sexy, filthy and wickedly divine .
Ryan Sloan and his entourage of siblings are introduced in Sweet Sinful Nights. Second oldest, handsome, cocky and dominant. Sophie Winston is a sexy, sultry philanthropist. When Ryan and Sophie cross paths, the chemistry is undeniably fierce. Scorching. Sinful. There isn't a scene that even the reader can walk away unscathed. Ms. Blakely held back no punches and turned the heat WAY up.
Sinful Desire is a romantic suspense. Although the events surrounding the mystery start in Sweet Sinful Nights it's continual. So if this is your first book by Ms. Blakely, nothing is given away. The story itself is so well plotted and developed that as you read, what is unfolding is easily understood. Now, if you are a fan of all things Blakely, you will see how nicely it connects and interweaves neatly with characters from the past and present, as well as possible future characters. This a love story, without a doubt, but it's also something bigger, a little more than just two people coming together. The Sloans, unknowingly, are pieces of a very complex puzzle.
Just when I tell myself that Lauren Blakely can't outdo herself from the previous story, she goes and blows my mind away by creating a new beau and suddenly I am in love, again. This series has me on a SERIOUS book hangover. The feels are deep. I can't wait to read more about the remaining Sloan brothers. I can't wait to see where the new clues fit in. Seriously, READ this series.

This book had all the romance and scorching sex scenes you'd expect from a Lauren Blakely book, but it also had more. A couple, Ryan and Sophie, who I not only loved, but was cheering for more than I normally do when reading a book. I felt like they needed that extra encouragement from me, the reader, to make things work because they had to be together. There was no other outcome to their story. I was happy, nervous, and intrigued with the plot, and the twists that Lauren threw our way. A very strong second book in the series! Can't wait for the next one!

Ryan Sloan and Sophie Winston circle around each other in a dance of lust, desire, and challenge. There is an intensity to their interactions that had me mesmerized. Holy freakin' hotness! She knows what she wants and Ryan fits the bill. She's got her own set of quirks and idiosyncrasies. She's naughty, nice, smart, and even though she is often the one in charge, she has no trouble taking direction. Here whole personality is big, bright, and so feminine and sweet. I loved her as a heroine.

It is Ryan's journey of self discovery and coming to terms with issues he has kept buried for years. But it also builds onto the underlying mystery of his family's tragic past-- bringing in more pieces to the puzzle but also adding more questions and theories. The details of this eighteen year old murder case we learned about in Sweet Sinful Nights are still slowly unraveling. It is compelling and thought provoking. There are some definite twists, surprises, and mysteries.
I love this series. I love this family and the bond between the siblings Ryan, Michael, Colin, Shannon and her husband Brent, and their Grandma. Their lives were all affected differently by past events and it is interesting to see how they are handling it in the present. There are plenty of other side characters that add interest, drama, and more mystery to the story. This one is completely seductive, steamy, romantic, emotional, but also humorous and vexing. I love stories that make me think and try to problem solve, so the fact that this background storyline will run through all four books about the siblings is very intriguing to me and I can't wait to see how all of the little details finally come together to form the big picture. I am looking forward to Colin's book Sinful Longing next and his story was set up a little in this one.

I was intrigued by Ryan after meeting him in My Sinful Nights, but I was in no way prepared for this scorching hot dirty talker. The sparks fly between him and Sophie from the start and though I'm not normally a fan of instalove, I really appreciated that both of them embraced their sexuality and desires. They also handle most issues like mature adults and (eventually) talk openly and honestly so that silly misunderstandings don't get in the way. The family mystery continues to unfold and I really like how the Sloan siblings and the different characters are woven together into the story. A bit of a shocking bomb about the family is dropped at the end, and I'm excited to see how things will evolve now that this has been revealed.
The narration by Teddy Hamilton and Emma Wilder was fantastic and they really brought the heat! No one can go from sweet and tender to growly and possessive like Teddy Hamilton. Yum! ;) I also loved all the different cameos and POV's in the story. Having these voiced by other narrators helps keep the characters straight and makes this an amazing audiobook experience.

Sinful Desire, were do I start. If you’ve read a Lauren Blakely book before you know what her men are like. Let me tell you that her other leading men can just move over because Ryan Sloan is giving them most certainly a run for their money.
This story is about Ryan and Sophie. From the moment they meet on the streets in Las Vegas the attraction is instant. For him as much as for her. Intrigued by this stunning man Sophie knows she’d like to see him again and drops him a hint were she can be found that evening. Hold on to your seat because from there things heat up, yes, getting even hotter. When they are together the chemistry is explosive and they can’t seem to stay away from each other for long. But their relationship does hit a snag when secrets from Ryan’s past catch up with him leaving Sophie feeling betrayed and questioning his intensions. Will the feelings they have developed for each other be enough for their relationship to survive?
Lauren Blakely surely has done it again. Just when you think she can’t make her man any steamier, think again. You will not only love Ryan’s sexy side but also his sweet and loving side. He obviously has a lot do deal with, issues from his past and I love Sophie’s character, a successful business women but a very sensual, sexual women herself. Put the two together and you’ve created a mix ready to explode. The story line was great, hot and steamy but also suspenseful and not lacking drama. Well done Lauren. Loved it and a definite recommend.

Such an awesome story! Loved the ends and outs as everything developed as well as the underlying intrigue that carries across the series.
Sophie was loving and saucy! I loved that she was so understanding and strong. Ryan was fantastic. Love his development and growth throughout. He was so sweet and attentive. I think Ryan is one of the most commanding alphas I've ever read. Definitely the naughtiest character by Lauren Blakely for sure. Ryan was so powerful which translated into serious heat that made for some dirty, raw, filthy, sexy time fun! These two together had so much chemistry and it made for a great pull between the two. I loved their innuendo and playfulness.
I really enjoyed the build to their story and the development, it had a great pace. I thought there was a nice balance between the emotional and physical part of their relationship. They had some ups and downs and I liked how it played out but sometimes felt like Sophie was a bit to agreeable. There is bits of mystery and intrigue as well as some drama, I love that aspect and wish there would have been more of it. Questions were answered, awesome twist at the end, but it's far from over. Sophie and Ryan have closure in this story but that underlying storyline ends with a bit of a cliffhanger making you want the next book.

OMG This book was pure perfection. The plot had the ideal balance between romance, suspense, secondary characters, and K-I-N-K! Oh yes, it has kink, super scorching, toes-curling, squrming and surprisingly HOT KINK! And of course, Lauren’s writing is superb, as always. That’s why she’s one of my favorite authors, because she has the best plotting mind, with the greatest talent to write them into amazing hot stories.
This is the second book of the Sinful Nights series, the story of Ryan Sloan and Sophie Winston. When they met, they had that crazy instant attraction that they couldn’t help but to act on it. It was HOT, and it was awesome this thing that started as a just let’s have sex and good bye, became into something special and beautiful, and it also got hotter with every time they made love. - I will have to say there was one specific moment that OMG had me nervously laughing and … yeah, exactly what you are thinking, it was SULTRY.- But that wasn’t an easy journey for either of them. Ryan had to fight demons from the past and the present, in order to open up for Sophie. And for Sophie it wasn’t easy either, because she’s been always a strong, independant and very confident woman, and falling in love with a man like Ryan made her question herself in some occasions. But they both were so perfect for each other. They were what each other needed, in so many ways: She understood him, she never judged him and the most beautiful was that she loved him deeply and truly; And Ryan gave her everything she ever wanted and needed, even without her asking for it. Their love was selfless and beautiful.
I loved the Sloan family moments in this book. It made me cry and laugh and love them all more and more. Grandma gave the best advices, and only based on a peach pie. Colin, OMG Colin, I’m so sure I’ll love him the most of all the Sloan Brothers. He has that easy, cool, funny, sexy thing that I love in men, and he is so wise. Michael is the toughest of them all, and he was right at the end of the day. And Shannon and Brent (they come as a pack now) it was so awesome to read about them. I just love them, I couldn't help but to smile every time I read their names in this book.
*HUG SIGH* And the murder case! WOW! I’m just in awe! Lauren is the mastermind of the best unexpected cliffhangers in the history of cliffhangers! Thank GOD they are the good kind, because Ryan and Sophie had their HEA in this book, but the story continues with the whole murder case, plus a huge addition that will leave you on the edge of the chair when you finish this book.

Colin, OMG Colin, I’m so sure I’ll love him the most of all the Sloan Brothers. He has that easy, cool, funny, sexy thing that I love in men, and he is so wise. Michael is the toughest of them all, and he was right at the end of the day. And Shannon and Brent (they come as a pack now) it was so awesome to read about them. I just love them, I couldn't help but to smile every time I read their names in this book.
*HUG SIGH* And the murder case! WOW! I’m just in awe! Lauren is the mastermind of the best unexpected cliffhangers in the history of cliffhangers! Thank GOD they are the good kind, because Ryan and Sophie had their HEA in this book, but the story continues with the whole murder case, plus a huge addition that will leave you on the edge of the chair when you finish this book.

So let me just say that this is becoming one of my all time favorite series. It’s got everything that you could possible look for. It’s hot, so freaking hot, it’s a love story and holy moly it’s a freaking nail biter. It’s like a mystery and each time you think you know, you have no idea!
Control.
It’s what Ryan Sloan values most. Control of his business, control of his secrets, control of his days and nights. With the way his life spiraled in the past, he needs to stay in charge of his present.
We all met Ryan in Sweet Sinful Nights and I was automatically drawn to him, not even knowing his story. He’s a family man at heart. Always trying to be the peace keeper. Except his past is always front and center. Secrets from the past that he hopes to keep hidden are slowly seeping out and he has no control on how to stop it.
Diving back to his younger years was not a favorite hobby of his. Those days were messy and dangerous and he wished he could leave them behind him.
He’d never been able to, though. They had dug claws into him. Grown knotty roots inside his head and his heart.
It takes one look at Sophie Winston to stop him dead in his tracks. When a chance meeting has them both stopping to take in the other. I have to say that Ryan was my favorite of the series so far, and it’s not just because he plays hockey, I mean that does help a lot. But it’s the fact that he can love so freely once you knock down that wall that he has around his heart and his mind.
And just like that you are so excited for the next book. It’s like Ms. Blakley is putting together a puzzle and she is so cleverly throwing pieces into place. You see the whole picture you think you know what is coming and then boom out of left field she switched the pieces of the puzzles leaving you grasping for more.

Lauren Blakely does it again!
I love her books so much, they're well written, with funny dialogue and super hot romance scenes! This was the second book and it follows Shannon's brother Ryan as he meets the sister of the detective working on his mother's case. I'm glad we still got to see Shannon and Brent and get more details about his mom's murder case. The chemistry between Ryan and Sophie was great and I loved watching their relationship develop. The dialogue was witty and sexy and the story moved at a good pace. The narrator had a great voice and I loved listening to him. He was a good voice actor and helped immerse me into the plot.

I'm sure that Lauren Blakely's books keep getting hotter and hotter. "Sinful Desire" was so hot that I wouldn't have been surprised if my smoke detectors went off. It was seriously scorching!! Sophie and Ryan's story wasn't just about their fantastic sex life though. The couple's romance ran alongside a continuing plot that kept me on the edge of my seat until the very last page.
If you read "Sweet Sinful Nights", you may remember Ryan Sloane. He was one of Shannon's brothers. Ryan wanted control over everything, believing this was the only way he could live. He refused to give his trust to anyone, so for him, relationships were a no-go area. I felt truly sorry for Ryan, the experiences from his past were continuing to haunt him, leaving him consumed with what had happened and unable to live a normal life. Out of all of his family, I felt that he was hurting the most.
When Ryan first met Sophie, it was insta-lust. The couple could not keep their desires in check and it wasn't long before they were tearing one another's clothes off. Sophie and Ryan were so hot for each that their sexual adventures made me blush. They were insatiable. I loved the couple's relationship, they got on amazingly well together, giving each other what they both needed. Control and Submission. They also got on brilliantly outside of the bedroom. Sophie and Ryan made a fun and sexy pair. They were perfect for one another and I soon got the impression that Ryan's relationship rules were about to be thrown out of the window.
I loved Sophie's character. She was fun and lively and had great taste in clothes and shoes. She appeared to be one of those girls who could get along with everyone because of her bubbly personality and sweet nature. Sophie also had a big heart and I knew that very soon, her heart would be full to burst with Ryan Sloan. They truly made the most ideal couple, the only problem was that, unbeknown to Sophie, a connection linked Ryan to Sophie's brother, a connection that involved Ryan's past. A past that Sophie knew nothing about. This connection worried me throughout most of the story, I was certain that something was about to go disastrously wrong for the pair and I was willing Ryan to tell Sophie the truth before it was too late.
This story was filled with hot kinky sex, delicious romance and nail biting suspense. I was engrossed in the story from start to finish, not once losing interest and I can't wait to see what happens in the next book. The Sloan family problems are far from over. This is a continuing series focused around a different couple with each new story but with the same plot running throughout so for that reason I would recommend reading "Sinful Nights" in series order.

Lord have mercy can Lauren Blakely write a hot romance novel!
She'd seduced him with her willingness, she'd lured him in with her sweet naughtiness, and she'd captivated him with her mind.
Ryan Sloane is Ms. Blakely's dirtiest talking, hottest, dominate male to date...and that is saying something. And Sophie Winston is his perfect match. She was just such a delightful character, I want to be her.
This book is the second in the Sinful Nights series, picking up where Sweet Sinful Nights left off...questions still abound about the murder of the siblings father and the guilt of their mother. Ryan has been burdened with his mother's secrets for years and it has slowly been eating away at him. He, more than his brothers and sister, has felt beholden to her- making sure he takes the time to visit her, even while he was away at school. While the family drama is a large part of this book it's not the main focus.
This is really the love story between Ryan and Sophie. While Sophie has a lot of love to give, and has been looking for someone just like Ryan, he's not one to open his heart...never making it past a third date with a woman. Until Sophie. From the moment these 2 meet sparks fly...their chemistry is off the charts. I absolutely loved the progression of the relationship- what started out as a hot little interlude became so much more. Ryan didn't know what to do with himself when it came to Sophie- it was heartwarming and heartwrenching to see him go through so many emotions, as he realized she was worth so much more than what he had been giving her and that he was finally so very willing to give her his heart.
His heart stuttered. It stopped beating for a moment, then it thumped harder against his chest, as if it were trying to fight its way out to get closer to her.
I adored this book. I adore Ryan and Sophie. I adore the Sloane siblings. I'm trying not to gush over this book because that's really what I want to do. It's sexy and emotional, it's engaging and sweet, it's truly everything you could want in a contemporary romance novel. I will be sorry when this series comes to an end.

The storyline is quite interesting with hints of danger building in each book as the story of the main characters' father's murder untwists creating suspense and intrigue as you try to decipher the clues along with the characters involved. Each book also has a romantic twist to it, after all it is a romance book first and foremost, with each being unique to the two main characters being featured in the story. In this book Ryan and Sophie's story unfolds and while the story is good, the sex is definitely not my cup of tea. I'm no prude by any sense of the word, but being spanked or having anything entered into the back door so to speak is not my cup of tea. To each their own, if this is your thing then you'll like it, if not then I recommend reading the book so you can gloss over those aspects of the story. I listened to this book on audiobook and the narration was quite good, but I would downgrade this story to 3.5 stars since the sex made me grimace and clench my butt cheeks more than once. You really do want to read all of the books in the series in order as each builds upon the last.

Oh my gosh
That was an ending with a theme tune! Love what is sure to come in the next book, all that I wanted with this couple is wrapped up, but there is more to come with the family's skeletons falling out of the cupboard and that I love! I always want more from a good group of characters.
Lauren's injection of mystery and 'did she didn't she?' has had me gripped in this novel and although each novel can be read as a standalone, I love the interweaving characters and story that carries through them all.
Ryan & Sophie are a match made in a firework factory! Sexual appetites that feed off each other, and with neither a shrinking violet, we have the bar raised in terms of Lauren's dirtiest characters yet!
Yes, thoroughly enjoyed this book, sinfully sexy, filthy and mysterious. Kept me interested, page turning and not above begging for information on what is coming next??

I was provided an early copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. So here we go.....I just finished this fabulous book and one of the things I know for sure, is that I'll NEVER think of Peaches or Peach Pie the same way again!!!
Another few things I know with utmost confidence is that this second book in the Sinful Nights series had me enthralled from page 1 and as I got deeper and deeper into the book, I found it very difficult to put down. There's everything you want from a book - drama, friendship, love and a mystery that's still being solved along with panty-melting steamy sex. WOWZA is what I have to say about the frequent and oh so sizzling encounters that Ryan and Sophie experience together.
We have Ryan who for obvious reasons must have control and who has never let himself feel for a woman anything other than what's needed to get through a few dates. Then there's Sophie who wants what she grew up with - the Norman Rockwell of an example of marriage. When our H/h meet they are immediately drawn to each other and they don't disappoint in how they address their attraction.
I loved how Ryan let himself open up and let Sophie into his world and Sophie gets to see a different side of Ryan that not many people have. We get to see Ryan's brothers and sister and get somewhat caught up on what's happening in their lives since Sweet Sinful Nights too.
But don't think it's all smooth sailing as our H/h face some obstacles that can either draw them closer or push them away from each other for good. Ryan has to face some very difficult decisions and acknowledge things he has tried to ignore for a long time that ultimately drives where he and Sophie end up. Do they get where we want them to? What is the mystery that is being solved and what secrets are revealed in this chemistry filled page turner? Well you'll just need to pick it up to get all your answers!
Here's the last thing I'll leave you with, waiting for Sinful Longing, the next book in the Sinful Nights series is going to be torturous. November 17th can't get here soon enough!!

Ryan Sloan is one dirty talker, and he definitely knows how to make a woman wanton, but that seems to be all he wants and needs from the opposite sex. Lauren Blakely clearly illustrates Ryan’s need to keep everyone, especially women, at a distance by providing readers with his past and the things he has done for his mom even after his siblings washed their hands of her. There’s a mystery unraveling around him about his father’s murder, and he knows information that would be pertinent to the case, but he’s been told to stay quiet, and so he’s taken it upon himself to uncover some truths that may or may not clear his mother’s name or put him and his family in danger.
Sophie is a woman who knows what she wants, and she might just have met her kinky prince. What starts as a fling turns into something more, but there's a connection between Sophie and Ryan that he hasn't been forthcoming about, and as his mother's case continues to frustrate a number of people, it's unclear if what Ryan and Sophie have can compete with Ryan's tormented soul.
Lauren Blakely gets dirtier and hotter as her sinfully delicious series continues. I can’t get enough of her dominant heroes and her strong willed heroines. Ryan and Sophie have such fantastic chemistry right from the start and the fact that they both have siblings who mean the world to them speaks to the kind of people they are. Sophie is just the woman Ryan needs to get him to start living in the present, and Ryan is definitely the man to bring Sophie to her knees, which is exactly where she wants to be;)

Just a few words to describe this book. Sinful Desire book two in this incredible series by Lauren Blakely has it all. A Hot Alpha Dominant Man and a Highly Successful Philanthropist Woman who meet
In the most unlikely of places but the minute their eyes connect you know this is going to be one HOT damn romance between two very Sexual People.
Ryan Sloan a successful business owner who is still living with demons from his past and is just trying to move forward with his life and what he stumbles upon is the most incredible woman he ever seen in Sophie Winston.
Sophie is a woman who has been highly successful in her life but the only thing missing is a man who will satisfy her in everyway possible.
As you read this book there are times when the pages are just to HOT to turn because the sexual chemistry coming off them is incredible.
The whirlwind relationship between the two is fantastic but there will be many obstacles for the two of them to overcome but what you want for them is to find that HEA and hope that the past could stay in the past and they can look forward to the future.
I have loved each and every Blakely Man Lauren has written but Ryan Sloan is put in a whole other category and this is one man you don't want to miss out on.

I'm just loving the continuing mystery woven into each of the books in this series! So, you get a great romance with wicked hot sex, coupled with a twisty mystery that will leave you guessing. It's a recipe for awesomeness!
