The Enemy #1-3

The Enemy Series #1-3

Rate this book
Three novels of espionage, betrayal, and constant danger starring intelligence agent Carl Logan, now in one volume!

This three-in-one set includes:

Dance with the Enemy

Carl Logan was the perfect agent. A loner, trained to deal with any situation with cold efficiency, devoid of emotion. But since being held captive and left for dead by one of the world's most violent terrorists, he hasn't been quite the same. Now Logan's chance for revenge has come as the same terrorist reappears in Paris, linked to the kidnapping of America's attorney general . . .

Rise of the Enemy

The Joint Intelligence Agency sends agent Carl Logan on a routine mission to Russia. It should have been simple. But when Logan's cover is blown, with disastrous results, doubts begin to surface in his mind about why the assignment went so wrong. Could his own people really have set him up?

Hunt for the Enemy

On the run in a harsh Russian winter, Logan--once an invaluable asset, now branded a traitor--has been framed for murder, labeled a rogue operative despite two decades of loyal service. And suddenly, one by one, agents and informants from all sidesare dying. Logan is the only man who can put a stop to it, once and for all. The hunt is on . . .

Enjoyed reading this spy series. The author has a way of keeping you interested. A little slow but wow ride increases a you read. He knows how to surprise you in the end. I love a book you cant figure out the characters & how its going to end. I would love to read the first book that introduces Carl Logan. Can some one please tell me I cant find the book. Thanks Rob Sinclair for a great read. I will definitely be following you. Starting second series now.

Utter drivel

I have wasted my time reading some rubbish on Kindle Unlimited, but this takes the biscuit. Total nonsense. Obviously these books are on Unlimited simply because no one would pay for them.

Uninspired

Poor characters and very weak storyline. Would not recommend wasting time with this series. Very disappointing series and best forgotten

Several stories intertwined in fun to read three-book series. Carl Logan was the opposite of his MI5 and 6 operatives. Rather than the ultra-sophisticated hero, he is a cold-blooded killer who developed a conscience later in his life. Or, in the vernacular, a mean SOB who didn't question kill orders. Character development was spot on as he was surrounded by friends and enemies of the same character and inclinations. Definitely recommend the series, but be careful, you may find yourself checking your six with some regularity.

Excellent storyline which kept me enthralled over all three books

Having already read the follow on book I was eager to find out how it all started and was not disappointed in any way.
The author brought to life the characters in such a way that they felt realistic and made me want them to succeed in their lives of espionage and bringing the baddies to justice.

I enjoyed this book, it was fast moving in and the descriptions were vivid. In the third part of the trilogy there were a lot of flashbacks, and for me, these spoilt the flow of the main story, even though they did fill in details of background. There were just too many of them there, perhaps they could have been spread over the three books? But for this I would have given it 5 stars.

I enjoyed the whole Enemy trilogy! Carl Logan is wanted by the people he works for as well as Russia and the CIA. He’s in a race to hunt down the ones guilty of the crimes he has been accused of before it’s too late! This book will keep you on the edge of your seat. The only regret I have, is there isn’t a 4th book. It kind of leaves you hanging.

Good Stories, Well written

Read all three stories in the series. Good action and adventure with a main character who has an almost unstoppable will to survive and accomplish his missions. Well written. Good characters and character development.

The Enemy series

I agree wholeheartedly that the enemy series by Rob Sinclair is action packed but also the most brutal fiction I’ve ever read. How Carl Logan survived the torture he endured,is beyond my comprehension. I love espionage but this was too much for me.

Interesting set of people! Very violent and some may find it too much so - doubt if Logan would really have survived all that pain.

Having said that the three books in the series kept me reading along ideal fodder for virus days!!!

Now looking forward to the next set of Ryker books.

I have been diligently searching for the "next Jack Reacher" and this might be it. Well plotted, the characters are believable and developed throughout the course of the 3 books and the ending is satisfying; leaving me wanting to read the next book. Highly recommended.

Cross between Bond and Reacher but without the grip of either.

I gave up about a third of the way through book one. Found the plot implausible and the writing failed to impress me,
