Fandom: Harry Potter -------------------------------------------------- After an accident, Harry wakes up in the body of fourteen year old Nathan Ciro, a tormented Slytherin who recently tried to end his own life. His return to Hogwarts causes quite the stir through the staff and students, especially when they realise he is not the same boy as before. He tries to keep his head down, but Tom Riddle has a habit of making himself Harry's problem.
“Kyrios. Kyrios. Kyrios. He knew what it meant, though he had never heard it before. It slithered through the cracks in his chest, burrowing into his chest like it belonged there. Kyrios. Master.”
“This, Tom thought with relish, was the truth. Whoever it was pretending to be Nathan Ciro, this was who they were at their core. A fighter. A protector. A survivor. It was exhilarating to witness, to have more evidence trickle into his grasp. Stunning. Dangerous. Distracting.”
Why did I think this was a finished work😭This fic is so good but now I’m mad that I have to wait for updates which are unlikely to happen since the author said they’re losing interest in writing it. UGH
I really love Harry’s characterisation and how fluidly he wields his magic. I too, would also be in awe of him. I also love that he is the master of death and the way he interacts with ghosts and creatures, really interesting.
I was told this is a tomarry fic but there hasn’t been any signs of romance? I am however not mad because it was very well written. I love Orion and Tom’s obsession with trying to unfurl Harry’s secrets. I’m intrigued by the character of Death and I feel so bad for Harry for once again losing his loved ones and being time traveled back in time in a different body- let my man rest!
nothing could’ve prepared me for the absolute whirlwind of events and random philosophy. how on earth did this evolve from rowling’s version. so so creative & gorgeous writing. I NEED MORE
Surprisingly depressing but I love the way the author dealt with the technicalitues of his situation and came up with canonically acceptable plot devices
