No one could explain the unusual and often senseless acts of violence within the tribal community. Seeking answers, Tribal Police Officer Kyra Soshell and Reserve Officer Dolan White Crane cautiously begin peeling back the layers of criminal case activity, exposing the persons and motives involved.
