It's a novel about... how to manage the company... Most of the things in this book happens in the meetings. I know, right?
However book does present interesting ideas. According to the book the most important social construct is a Tribe. Tribes are everywhere. One person belongs to multiple tribes. When a company has multiple tribes and they fight between it's bad. You as a top dog must create super tribe that include all of employees of the company. Strong tribes have: strong enemies, strong goals, dress the same and there are more than 20 in total points which you can find in the book.
I like the ideas presented in the book. I can imagine them working in the small companies up to 50 or so employees. I can't imagine these ideas working in big corporations. But maybe it just me?
